Although they possess distinct territories, the theater presenting itself as a scenic expression for aesthetic appreciation and Philosophy as a critical reflection on man and the world as a whole, we aim to relate some approximations between Theater and Philosophy through the aesthetic reflection of Friedrich Nietzsche's tragic thinking and the psychoanalysis of Sigmund Freud as well as his commentators. We also sought to analyze the possibility of the use of dramatic education and the Theatrical Games System in teaching Philosophy, through some categories of theatrical aesthetics in the educational context, from the studies of Richard Courtney, Richard Schechner, Viola Spolin, Ingrid Koudela among others, in the reflection on the viability of theater teaching procedures with the proposal of the philosophical initiation of High School students of the public school of the State of São Paulo Education Secretariat. The theme of this study focused on the value of the aesthetic enjoyment of theatrical games in philosophizing in the classroom is also developed as a criticism and as a possible alternative among many, of transgression to the neoliberal model of Philosophy Teaching by competences and habilities prescribed in the didactic material in support of the Philosophy Curriculum of the São Paulo State Secretariat of Education (Teacher's Notebook and Student Notebook - Volumes 1 and 2 of the Philosophy Course) and also seeks to subsidize the Professor of Philosophy, a layman in Theater Art, in relation to some books of methodologies of the teaching of theater in the classroom which are available in school’s libraries of the State Teaching Network.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Sarau Palavra Encantada no Cantinho Girassol: um espaço cultural na periferia da cidade de Sorocaba(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-08-30) Oliveira, Marco Aurélio Nunes de; Leite, Kelen Christina; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0993995005511082; Ferreira, Dulcinéia de Fátima; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9339578170693084; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3150158607624053This work had as purpose the analysis of a cultural experiment in the suburb of Sorocaba city. Approach the potentiality of the Sarau Palavra Encantada that happens at the pub Cantinho Girassol as a meeting space, in the regards of the pub as a meeting place, local for exchange of cultural know-how and for the right to the city. Its about a case study. To this, developed a reference list about the concerning research thematic, particularly about: (I) Sorocaba city, (II) its suburbs and (III) occupation of its urban places. Performed semi-structured interviews with recurrent visitors of the cultural place, also consulted regional newspapers archives, in which the meeting place is shown. The objectives included the understanding of the relation amongst the place Cantinho Girassol and the community, in the context of Sorocaba city metropolitan area growth, stigmatized by segregation and privatize of the cultural place, where leisure is related to consumption, as well as the potential of the Sarau Palavra Encantada as a cultural place in Sorocaba city.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Eletrocerâmicas multifuncionais ecologicamente corretas baseadas em (Bi0,5Na0,5)TiO3: a influência da dopagem doadora sobre suas propriedades físicas(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-08-30) Diaz, Julio Cesar Camilo Albornoz; Silva Junior, Paulo Sergio da; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7418621942217628; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5796421075622433In the current context of research that points to the development of ecologically correct materials highlights the fact that a single family of materials can not be obtained capable of mimicking all the properties of PZTs (systems based in Pb(Zr1-xTix)O3). However, some studies have generated new expectations regarding the possible multifunctionality in materials based on BNT ((Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3), being that the doping in BNT and some compositions in the MPB of the BNT-xBT system (BT being the acronym for BaTiO3) with rare earths and some transition metals have shown improvements in some properties and the actual coupling between electrical and optical properties, thus leveraging the interest and diversification of the research on BNT based materials. The general objective was the study of BNT and BNT6 ([(Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06]TiO3, in the MPB of BNT-xBT system) doped with different elements, Sm3+ and La3+ acting as donor elements at position A and Nb5+ being a donor element at position B. The samples were produced by the solid state reaction method. A suitable processing route was determined for producing the studied samples of the systems BNT-100xSm, BNT6-100xSm, BNT6-100xLa and BNT6-100xNb, obtaining samples of high quality, high densification and absence of spurious or secondary phases. In all cases, it was carried out a study including structural characterization at room temperature and dielectric and mechanical characterisations (DMA and flexural) as a function of temperature and for several frequencies. Additional characterizations (TSD current, photoluminescence, and hysteresis P-E measurements) were used when required. It was possible to glimpse a general panorama for the BNT, presenting a consistent physical explanation of all the processes observed in the studied temperature range. In this case, mechanisms of mobility of ionic space charge were observed and described, that were not yet reported in the literature. For BNT6, frequency dependent processes were identified at high temperature through dielectric and mechanical measurements, suggesting the mobility of oxygen vacancies. Effects of substitution of Sm3+, La3+ and Nb5+ on BNT and BNT6 were analysed. X-ray diffraction patterns at room temperature reveal the stabilization of the tetragonal phase with addition of each dopant. Dielectric measurements and anelastic spectra show that the increase of the Sm or Nb content induces monotonous displacement to low temperature of the observed processes, in contrast La induces shifts with a non-monotonous tendency. The compositional disorder induced by addition of the dopant element generates, in all cases, changes in both the relative variation of the elastic modulus and the real part of the permittivity, which may indicate the deterioration of piezoelectric properties. As expected, Sm3+ doping generates photoluminescence. The anelastic and photoluminescence spectra allows us to state that the different mechanisms required for charge balancing in Sm3+ doping in BNT and BNT6 are the reduction of a small amount of Sm3+ together with the preferential substitution of Sm3+ in the Bi3+ position. It can be observed that the shift to low temperature of the processes observed in the dielectric and mechanical measurements, induced by the addition of Nb, occurs together with the consolidation of the tetragonal structure, which may allow the stabilization and correlation between polar nano-regions with phase P4bm in lower temperature, thus favouring the relaxor behaviour in the system BNT6-100xNb. The study of the P-E hysteresis loops as a function of temperature in the BNT6-100xNb system showed promising energy storage properties. Finally, a possible sequence in structural evolution with the addition of La can be indirectly indicated, the stabilization of a major tetragonal ferroelectric phase in BNT6-0.7La and BNT6-1La compositions was unexpectedly observed, which could explain the non-monotony observed in the measurements with the increase of La content.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Avaliação na educação infantil: percepções de professoras de um centro de educação infantil municipal de Sorocaba (SP)(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-08-30) Amaro, Vanélli Pires; Nascimento, Fabrício do; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3496410597486943; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0032796695123429The objective of this research was to investigate how the teachers of a municipal education center in Sorocaba (SP) perceive the process of evaluation of children in pedagogical practice. The interest in the research theme came up in a context of changing the guidelines of the Municipal Department of Education in relation to the process of evaluation of children in early childhood education, through the document Guidelines for Pedagogical Documentation in Early Childhood Education. This qualitative research (LUDKE and ANDRÉ, 1986) used the methodology of case study, according to Yin (2001), seeking to apprehend the teachers' conceptions about the evaluation process, through interviews and consultation of documents. Understanding evaluation as an inseparable part of pedagogical practice, from a mediating perspective (HOFFMANN, 2014) whose objective is to make decisions to favor student learning (LUCKESI, 2002), without anticipating fundamental education practices (GODOI, 2010; MORO, 2016), we tried to answer the following questions: What conceptions do the teachers present about the evaluation process in early childhood education? How are their evaluation practices and what pedagogical guidelines do they seek to follow in order to achieve them? Which relationships do teachers establish between evaluation and the teaching-learning process of children? With the presentation of the document of the Municipal Education Department there was a proposal for a change of assessment instruments. However, in addition to the evaluation instruments, the document also presented the conception of children as a historical and rights subject (BRASIL, 2009a), being a participant as person and as a citizen in the various social contexts, as well as in the construction of knowledge and culture (OLIVEIRA-FORMOSINHO, 2007). Through the analysis of data it was possible to identify that, although they understand some aspects of the evaluation in a different way, the teachers conceive that their completion occurs daily and using various forms of registration, according to the guidelines of the document and the design of pedagogical documentation. Were verified progress and difficulties faced by teachers in this process of new conceptions and evaluation practices, as well as relationships established with their pedagogical practices. The research poses as a possibility to broaden the discussions on evaluation in early childhood education, in the search for progress in the aspects that are still necessary, so that it approaches more and more of offer of a quality education for young children.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Linked Open Data em coleções de patrimônio cultural: aspectos da representação da informação para Humanidades Digitais(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-08-30) Ninin, Débora Marroco; Simionato, Ana Carolina; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9896600626524397; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0665489360444494Introduction: The emergence of the Internet and the Web platform raise new possibilities and challenges of management and access to knowledge, stored in digital environments in the form of data. In this context, the tools for description promoted by the Linked Open Data movement are highlighted, through Linked Data principles. The connection and availability of cultural heritage data, present in libraries, archives and museums, offer new possibilities for learning and dissemination of knowledge in Humanities and the vast cultural heritage distributed throughout the globe. Given this scenario, the question is: how do Linked Data principles contribute to the representation and access to cultural heritage collections? Purpose: To analyze the Linked Open Data in cultural heritage institutions, in order to contribute to studies about representation and access to cultural heritage collections. Methodological procedures: This is an exploratory theoretical-applied research, with a qualitative approach, carried out through a bibliographical and documentary survey about the research question. The scientific bibliography and relevant documents were analyzed in order to provide support for the representation and promotion of access to the cultural heritage collections within the scope of the Linked Open Data movement. Results: The results achieved included 1) academic contributions regarding the benefits of using the tools of the Linked Open Data movement, highlighting issues of interoperability (technical and semantic) and data sustainability, 2) the survey of Linked Open Data initiatives in international cultural heritage institutions, 3) the presentation and discussion of data models adopted by the initiatives Europeana and DPLA and the data scheme of the DigitalNZ project and 4) presentation of the solutions developed by the cultural heritage community to use the metadata standards for the Linked Open Data description of cultural heritage collections. These results demonstrated that the cultural heritage community has sought to take advantage of the benefits offered by the Linked Open Data movement, especially with respect to the sustainability of the processes of description and access to the data of cultural heritage collections and, with that, this community seeks to approach the practices and goals proposed by the Digital Humanities discipline.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Educação ambiental dialógico-crítica e sua relação com a prática da agroecologia e da educação do campo no território do extremo sul da Bahia: entre o descompasso e o desafio de transformação(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-08-30) Ferreira, Caroline Lins Ribeiro; Pereira, Kelci Anne; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2206007189343788; Logarezzi, Amadeu José Montagnini; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6153358744019882; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5135544340165468This thesis highlights experiences related to the practices of rural education and agroecology, formative matrices and practices that can help in the problematization of socio-environmental issues traditionally debated by environmental education, adopting a dialogical-critical perspective, with a view to the formation of sustainable societies . The qualitative methodology, with approximations of the dialectical historical materialist method, made it possible to show contradictions in the agrarian context of the extreme south of Bahia and also to identify peasant practices promoted by the Landless Rural Workers Movement, which have identified articulations and possible paths for the overcoming antagonistic contradictions, faced with the degrading historical moment, marked by the absence of agrarian reform and other obstacles in the formation of sustainable societies to overcome these antagonistic contradictions. We make observations, individual and collective interviews with subjects of this territory and systematize the information in field diary from the categories of environmental education, field education and agroecology. During the field research Ne, after the analysis of all the systematized material, the research was based on the experiences of the School of Agroecology and Agroforestry Egídio Brunetto, its articulations with rural schools, as well as the classes with the adult literacy method "Yes I Can". In all experiments there is a clear intention to build systematic processes of agroecological and field education, based on the agrobiodiverse productive matrix and the pedagogical matrix of the Landless Workers' Movement, which associate collective organization, work, culture, social struggle and history, in their educational actions at school and beyond. As a result, we have verified that these experiences, with all the contradictions that surround them, have the potential to problematize socio-environmental issues traditionally debated in the area of environmental education, particularly in a dialogic-critical perspective, which involves denouncing the agribusiness productive model its anti-ecological and socially unequal pedagogy) and the announcement of a praxis that tries to tune the limits and the ecosystemic possibilities with the productive and cultural needs of the peasants, implying a new work culture and new socio-environmental relations in the direction of to form sustainable societies. The research identifies the principles and practices of Social Movements in the field and discusses how they can articulate a dialogic-critical approach to socio-environmental issues, while also indicating the potential of this approach to environmental education for the strengthening of socio-environmental practices related to rural education and agroecology.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Viabilidade de uso de cordoalha de aço CP-210 RB em viga pré-moldada para pontes(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-08-30) Migliore, Gabriel Moreira; Parsekian, Guilherme Aris; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7798651726059215; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8296104014070125This work aims to document the production process and characteristics of the new Brazilian prestressing steel CP-210 RB, as well as evaluating its use viability and to indicate design guidelines for the application in the design of precast prestressed concrete beam bridges. In this thesis, numerical examples of the design of isostatic reinforced beam are presented considering the use of conventional passive reinforcement and prestessed concrete using either CP-190 RB and CP-210 RB steels. Design procedures consider both full and limited prestessing specifications. Typical, design details are also considered. Comparative studies of materials and execution procedures are considered assessing the bridge deck, designed with several girder beams, for execution of the prestressed or reinforced precast beams. The number of girders and the deck width were determined according to the DER-SP specification for road bridges and overpasses. The beam height varies according to the span length. Designs assessed both the Service Limit State and the Ultimate Limit State considering each construction system. From the analysis results, trend lines were determined indicating the class 450 isostatic precast beams for road bridges production cost, with deck width of 14 m and nominal length from 20 to 35 m, considering solutions in reinforced concrete and CP-190 RB and CP-210 RB prestressed concrete options. With the trend lines, it was possible to determine that bridge or overpass for deck structure with lengths greater than 22 m are economically viable with the use of precast prestressed girders using the new Brazilian CP-210 RB steel. This work also presents, for each chosen construction system, the equations to determine the production cost of precast girder as a function of the nominal length of the deck structure and according to the production items unit costs: concrete, formwork, CA-50 steel, CP-190 steel, CP-210 steel and anchorages. The results show that the anchorage cost represents about 15% to 20% of the total production cost of the prestressed beam, beings this cost higher than the concrete and formwork costs in the case of full prestressing. The relative cost of the anchorage decreases with increasing the nominal length of the deck structure.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Estudo comparativo sobre famílias de pré-escolares com deficiências, dificuldades escolares e desenvolvimento típico(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-08-30) Marins, Danielli Gualda; Cia, Fabiana; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5999108571365402; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1142606280990974This study aimed to: (a) explore the possible risk and protection factors of families of children with disabilities, indicative of school difficulties and typical development, and (b) examine the relationships between parental variables. The participation of 15 Childhood Education teachers aimed to divide the children according to an assessment conducted by the Capacities and Difficulties Questionnaire (CDQ) and the academic part of the Social Skills Rating System (SSRS). In fact, 87 family members (mother, father or guardian) participated in the study, of which 27 had children with disabilities, 30 had children with signs of school difficulties and 30 had children with typical development. Data collection took place in seven municipal pre-schools. In order to meet the objectives, the family members answered, in the form of an interview, to six instruments: Brazil Criteria Questionnaire, Semistructured interview script, Shared and Engagement Routine Checklist between Family-School – parents’ version, Family Environment Resource Inventory (FERI), Family Needs Questionnaire (FNQ) and Social Support Questionnaire (SSQ). The qualitative data were analyzed through the elaboration of subcategories, with the participation of three experts. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive methods - measures of central tendency and dispersion. To compare the quantitative data between the three groups, the ANOVA test was used, as well as the chi-square test to perform the qualitative comparison between the groups. The results showed statistically significant differences between the groups. The parents/guardians of the group with children with typical development (GTD) presented better organization and routine supervision, as well as better relations with the school, specifically in relation to the parent-teacher and parent-student dyads. The sociodemographic aspects of the parents/guardians of the group with children with low academic performance and behavioral problem (GAP/BP), together with the paid activity practiced outside the home by most of the participants, have possibly impacted on the difficulty they had to meet at home, follow up on their children’s homework, and engage directly with the school institution. In the case of the group of children with disabilities (GD), even though it was ascertained that the children in this group did not often perform activities at home, established routines for daily life activities and took walks, it was found that they established better relationships with the school than the group of GAP/BP. The discussions and hypotheses raised suggested that the school institutions which GD, GAP/BP and GTD children attended to were related differently to each of their families, assuming that the best interactions were with those with children with typical development. In view of the findings, this research confirmed the initial questions that there were particularities among the families of the three groups, considering that children with typical development had protective aspects from their immediate context to the relations that indirectly affected their academic and behavioral performance. The families whose children showed signs of school difficulties were the group that showed the most unfavorable conditions at all environmental levels ascertained, as well as the identification of a relationship with the most precarious school, either because of their own cultural and socioeconomic conditions or by the posture of the institution. In families where the children had a disability, it was observed the presence of risk and protection mechanisms acting simultaneously, since several conditions were favorable to their development, but the lack of practical and instrumental support may have led to some types of demands.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Análise de bolhas especulativas no mercado futuro brasileiro de commodities agropecuárias(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-08-30) Silva, Priscila Fulvia Bittencourt da; Cruz Júnior, José César; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0086426315229286; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6959485708473940We used agricultural commodities futures prices to identify speculative bubbles in the Brazilian derivatives markets between 2008 and 2017. We applied the Generalized Supremum Augmented Dickey-Fuller (GSADF) test to analyze if corn, soybeans, coffee and live cattle futures prices moved temporarily away from their fundamental values. This study aimed to fill in a gap in the literature that analyses the existence of speculative bubbles in the Brazilian agricultural futures markets. Our findings support evidence for multiple periods of bubbles in all markets, except for coffee. We found that 40,4% of the bubbles were short-lived, lasting between 3 and 8 days, and that on average, there were more positive (60%) than negative bubbles (40%). Most of the bubbles events occurred in corn, which represented 87% of the total bubbles episodes during the analyzed period. We verified that prices movements during a speculative period were asymmetric, as the initial price variation was usually larger than the last. We expect that our findings can be useful for market participants who trade futures contracts as a way to hedge their cash position, or for speculative reasons. In addition, a better understanding of prices behavior can help market participants to manage their portfolio risk, and help regulators to ensure that trading rules are respected, and markets function efficiently.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Desafios na análise de benzofenonas em leite materno por injeção direta de amostras usando cromatografia líquida hifenada à espectrometria de massa(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-08-30) Costa, Welma Beatriz; Cass, Quezia Bezerra; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9197210255594409; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9269599255194908As a solution to the paradigm of achieving maximum efficiency in a shorter analysis time, Ultra High-performance Liquid Chromatography (UHPLC) coupled to mass spectrometry (MS / MS) have been successfully explored. The biggest problem still liesin sample preparation which causes waste of time and generates residue, demanding usually high use of organic solvents. Methods by direct injection of samples furnishes more efficient and greener approaches and have been efficiently used for LC-MS/MS analysis. The present work describes the challenges involved in the quantification of three benzophenones in breast milk by direct injection of the sample using albumin serum bovine restricted access phases (RAM-BSA). This work describes the results obtained for the determination in breast milk of 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone (BP-1), 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone (BP-3) and 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone sulfonic acid (BP-4). . The results of obtained showed protein exclusion levels greater than 82% for three different aliquots (n = 3). The studies of matrix effect, process efficiency and recovery were not satisfactory due to strong interaction of analytes with the RAM-BSA phases and also to memory effect. Sample preparation by precipitation of protein was used as a proof of concept but the memory effect remained even when we used different analytical columns, different elution modes, and bovine milk as a matrix, indicating contamination of the chromatographic system and making it impossible for the validation of the method. The screening of breast milks samples by LC-HRMS obtained from 26 different mothers allowed the identification of BP-1, BP-3 and BP-4 in 88% of the analyzed samples.
