With the advancement of computational technologies, several areas of knowledge have enjoyed more and more of their benefits. One of the benefits that this technological advance has brought, within the area of health are the therapeutic digital games. They help hide the burden of the therapeutic tasks behind a fantasy world, raising motivation and adherence to therapy. However, the design of this category of games is more complex when compared to the design of conventional digital games. Because it is in a multidisciplinary context, it can be said that it is not enough just to have knowledge of game development, being also necessary to have knowledge about the pathology to be attended to and the domain that surrounds it. To date, no formalized methodology for the design of therapeutic digital games has been found in the literature that considers a multidisciplinary team and covers all stages of the design process. With this, this dissertation aims to formalize an semi-participatory approach for the design of therapeutic digital games, providin the participation of computer and health professionals in all stages of the design of a therapeutic game and facilitate communication between the stakeholders through well defined steps and activities. For this, a Systematic Review of the literature was initially undertaken to understand how existing therapeutic digital games were developed. Also as part of the baseline studies, a group of researchers who developed a game for patients with depression was studied, generating an account of experience. An initial version of the approach was presented to students of the Graduate Program in Nursing and applied by students of the Graduate Program in Computing, seeking to obtain feedback from these two groups in relation to the approach. After refinement of the approach, it was applied in the construction of a therapeutic digital game for the children and family attended by Hospital do Amor of the Barretos and evaluated by the professionals involved. The approach was named by SemTh, name inspired by the terms "Semio-participatory" and "Therapeutic Games". The SemTh is organized in four steps for the design, being: 1) Design Problem Clarification, where it is sought to understand the domain and propose the style of the game; 2) Interaction modeling, where the interactions of the game are modeled; 3) Design Materialization, where prototypes are created and the game is implemented; and 4) Evaluation, in this stage the game is evaluated by the team and by the end users. The evaluation of the approach was carried out in a qualitative way, through a questionnaire applied to professionals in the areas of computing and health, who participated in the game design for Hospital do Amor. The results of the evaluation pointed out that with the proposed approach it was possible to direct the computer team and empower the health team during the design of the therapeutic digital game.

Somos todxs estrelas pornô?: a produção de subjetividades-vitrine no Cine Majestick (Fortaleza/CE)
(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-10-01) Coelho, Juliana Frota da Justa; Leite Júnior, Jorge; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7253561448346772; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9703923242820263
The main objective of this thesis is to problematize the production of "showcase-subjectivities" in the porn movie Majestick, located in the downtown of the city of Fortaleza (CE). These subjectivities are assemblages of technologies of subjectivation, such as the architectures, spatialization, temporalization, displacement, and the intersectional and geopolitical spectacularization of sexualities, which make visible practices considered pornographic at the same time as they guard or subvert them. Initially, I discuss the sexopolitics of the construction of the "cinemões" circuit of Ceará's capital, from the family and elitist proposal of the early twentieth century to its gradual pornification in the late twentieth century and the present twenty-first century. Based on two and a half years of fieldwork, fourteen interviews and for what I questioned as a desiring methodology, I discuss the pornographic assemblages in this "cinemão", situating my position as a woman, cis, white, northeastern and middle class researcher, as well as elaborating a critique, from the fieldwork, on the colonization of the body of researchers of the sexualities - mainly of the women researchers - that discards the desires as production of knowledge. The "showcase" - crossed by pornographic networks of the cinemões, which include bodies, architectures, morals, smells, fluids, gradations of light, sounds, diverse substances and other types of stimulants - concerns the spectacularization of sexualities in certain spaces, such as in porn cinemas in Fortaleza, producing porn stars that are not limited to actresses and actors in pornographic films. There is no intention of linking pornography to the total subversion of morally accepted sexual values (since it often ratifies them), but rather to question what kind of pornography (historically associated with obscene jouissance) is organized in these spaces that present themselves in the center of the city of Fortaleza as "cinemas", with emphasis on Cine Majestick.

Technology parks promote science, technology, and innovation through elements such as universities, research laboratories, high technology companies, incubators, infrastructure service providers, among others. This research proposes guidelines and technical recommendations to be applied in the design of these projects based on architectural and urban strategies that aim at greater environmental sustainability and the mitigation of the impacts generated by anthropic action. For this, were identified sustainable strategies for the variables of this study from the methods and systems of certification and environmental orientation that provide guidelines in this sense, verified parameters for territorial occupation with higher environmental quality, norms with indicators of urban sustainability, evaluated the potential to apply a current concept central to sustainable development - the food, energy and water nexus - and analyzed technological parks in operation or in the implementation phase that somehow propose to minimize environmental impacts. The following analysis variables were considered: natural resources, environmental comfort, energy, waste and urban insert. The results showed that for the effective caracterization of a eco-technological park, it is necessary to generate environmentally more advantageous and beneficial situations that only the use of design premises that function as mitigating measures. They also demonstrate that eco-technology parks should aim for the highest possible self-sufficiency and, therefore, are opportune for the adoption of strategies that incorporate the food-energy-water nexus, as the approach Roof Mosaic. From this perspective, this study contributes to the elaboration of the Nexus Emission Index (NEI), which evaluates the potential of CO2 emissions avoided by these vectors and serves as an instrument of verification and prioritization in the final decision making by those responsible for the projects of these enterprises. From this, a technical-conceptual repertoire was systematized with 61 guidelines and technical recommendations for the design and characterization of eco-technology park.

Currently the number of works that seek to understand the difficulties involved in the teaching and learning process in Biology field, more specifically in the Molecular Biology subfield, has been grown exponentially. Such concern reflects the importance of this content that is established by different documents related to education, as the PCNEM and the State of São Paulo Curriculum. Molecular Biology is one of the basic topics to be guaranteed to the learners. The present research aims to analyze the difficulties encountered by students residing in a small city in the interior of São Paulo in understanding concepts related to Molecular Biology and and their applications and test the hypothesis that a new teaching material can improve students' knowledge and make them learn this content. According to the State of São Paulo Curriculum, the Molecular Biology content must be taught in the second year of High School, and for this reason the data collection was developed with a group of students properly enrolled at this level of education in a state public school in a small city in the interior of São Paulo. The theoretical basis that provided us grounding to understand and discuss the difficulties faced by students related to this subfield of knowledge is based on the concepts of habitus, field and capital, elaborated by the french sociologist Pierre Bourdieu. The methodologies adopted to collect the data obtained were the focus group and the prosopography, while our methodology for analyzing the data was made through content analysis. After data collection it was possible to confirm some difficulties in teaching this subject already pointed by the literature, such as: the abstract character of the content; the difficulty of the students in understanding the information disclosed by the different mass media; the inappropriate format of the teaching material currently available in the public education network of the state of São Paulo; teaching based on memorization; among other difficulties. It was also possible to show other difficulties that make the teaching of this content an obstacle both for teachers and students, such as: the reduced number of Biology classes; the organization of content according to the Sate of São Paulo Curriculum; the lack of extra class study; the absence of family support; the continued progression; the cultural heritage of the students; the large number of students per classroom, among others. Beyond the difficulties, it was possible to raise suggestions to facilitate the understanding of this content, some more likely to be performed than others. Among the suggestions, we can mention: the development of interactive and practical classes; monitoring in reverse period; use of teaching materials that are less repetitive and that can challenge the students; among others. In relation to the handbook we tested, we believe that it may contribute to the teaching and learning process in Molecular Biology, since there was great acceptance of it by the students. However, there are many problems to be solved related to Molecular Biology teaching.

The aim of this doctoral thesis was the development of analytical procedures for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of leather samples using LIBS and WDXRF techniques for direct analysis of solid samples. The first part of this work reports the development of classification models for the prediction of quality parameters of bovine and ovine leather tanned with Cr. In total, 375 leather samples were analyzed by LIBS and three classification models were developed using reference values obtained by physical-mechanical tests (official methods to certify the quality of leathers): K-nearest neighbors (KNN), soft independent modelling of class analogy (SIMCA) and discriminant analysis by least squares method (PLS-DA). The models had satisfactory results with correct prediction percentages ranging from 75 (SIMCA) to 80% (PLS-DA) for the calibration samples and from 72 (SIMCA) to 81% (KNN) for the validation samples. The second part deals with the establishment of a sample preparation procedure for leathers, in which digestion with HNO3 and H2O2 was used. In the experimental procedure 60 samples were evaluated and the concentration range of the elements determined using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP OES) were as follows (mg kg-1): Al: 94-1,011; As:
