Expectativa e experiência de parto em uma maternidade signatária do projeto parto adequado

Although in recent years, based on science and politics evidences, we have experienced an important change in the obstetric scenario in Brazil, there is still a gap in care practice, which favors the medicalization of the female body and birth, as well as the inequality of gender and violence against women. The “Projeto Parto Adequado”, supported by the Ministry of Health, which aims to implement improved delivery and childbirth care in private and public hospitals, has been adopted by institutions in order to improve the quality of services, valuing normal childbirth and minimizing negative outcomes for women and infants, as well as providing a satisfactory experience for women. The present study aimed to understand the influence of the Adequate Childbirth Project on the experience of normal birth for women. The Política Nacional de Humanização (PNH) and the Good Practices of Attention to Childbirth and “Boas Práticas de Atencao ao Parto e ao Nascimento”, based on the theory of social representations and as a methodological reference the analysis of thematic content. The data collection took place in a city of the state of Sao Paulo, from January to March 2018 in two stages: in the first one (quantitative part of the research) the “Technique of Free Association of Words with the term “vaginal birth” was applied to 62 pregnant women at their first prenatal hospital visit, and in the second stage (qualitative part), with tracing the deliveries of women in the first stage, 18 puerperal women were individually interviewed with the triggering statement: “Tell me about your experience in maternity”. For the analysis of the material was used, in the first stage the software OpenEvoc and for the second, the software Iramuteq. The analysis of the empirical data allowed to identify that pain, marvelous, recovery, anxiety, desires, love and expectation were part of the central nucleus of the apprehension of women on normal birth and later the experiences were transcribed and treated according to a double criterion of analysis: Lexical Analysis - Word Cloud and 2. Thematic Content Analysis. As the main theme “The Transition of Care Model” and 03 thematic categories: “Surprising model”, “Model that satisfies” and “Model with embarrassments”. Although women have shown an important influence of the Adequate Childbirth Project, women bring notes of still good practices are not completely instituted, as well as demonstrate that they lack to be heard and / or valued. Thus, one realizes that only one policy or one program would not be sufficient to change a reality so concretized. It is necessary to rethink mechanisms that re-signify birth to society, as well as a vocational training path that values gender issues, and a care free of physical and emotional harm.
O estudo da congruência semântica em questões de equação de 1º grau nas avaliações de aprendizagem em processo

This work aims to contribute with research involving large scale research, especially the In-Process Learning Assessment (AAP). With regard to the analysis of this type of document, we present implications of the content of equation of the first degree and linear systems of two equations of the first degree with two variables, from the perspective of the registers of semiotic representation. For the theoretical and methodological course of the research we formulate the following research question: what is the incidence of the criteria of semantic congruence in questions containing first degree equations? The methodological course of this research was qualitative in the documentary modality. In bibliographical terms, our main reference was the contributions of Raymond Duval's theory. In the documentary perspective we present the analysis of the second volume of the Teacher's Book for the 8th year of Elementary School, as well as the analysis of eight questions extracted from AAP editions applied in the period from 2012 to 2018. The results of our research revealed signs in the form necessary attention to the vocabulary appropriate to the algebraic context, as well as the possibility of minimizing non-conserved congruence criteria.
Compras públicas sustentáveis: proposta metodológica e análise dos critérios socioambientais utilizados em editais de licitações de dois campi da Universidade de São Paulo

Debates on the concept of sustainable public procurement have gained more space in public management guidelines, even though most public administration still do not know or do not use these practices. The objective of this work was to verify if the socio-environmental standards of sustainable public procurement according to the Brazilian legislations are being incorporated in governmental biddings. Therefore, a bibliographical review was done on sustainable public procurement in Brazil. The main legislation aimed at regulating the use of this practice was identified, founding the benefits of its use and the obstacles faced by the public administration for its implantation. A methodology was proposed for the identification of socio-environmental standards in public procurement for the sustainable purchase of microcomputers, based on the evaluation of the product life cycle and the pertinent legislation. After the identification of the standards, an analysis was made of how these can be evidenced in an objective manner in the bidding documents. As a result of this methodological proposal, the Matrix of Identification of the Socio-Environmental Standards for the Acquisition of Microcomputers was made. Subsequently, a case study was made to analyze the use of social and environmental standards in bidding documents for the acquisition of microcomputers from two campuses of the University of São Paulo. The growing number of legislations on sustainable public procurement over the years shows the importance of the issue to public agencies. The methodology proposed for the identification of socio-environmental standards in public procurement was effective and could be extended to the acquisition of other goods, provided that it is adapted according to the analysis of the product life cycle and the legislation pertinent to the goods or service that will be purchased. The developed case study showed a low incorporation of socio-environmental standards in USP's bidding documents, but an efficient way of guaranteeing compliance with the legislation relevant to sustainable public procurement is the incorporation of these standards into the fixed information of public notice pre-approved by the university. The request for environmental certifications proved to be an important tool to demonstrate the fulfillment of the socio-environmental standards in the acquisition of microcomputers. Given these results, it is concluded that, in general, there is a significant amount of legislation that requires and supports the use of sustainability standards in public procurement, but these are ignored by the public administration, both by the executing agency of the bidding, and by the oversight body of public accounts. It is hoped that sustainable public procurement will be the rule and not the exception in the near future, where the public administration must act as a protagonist, incorporating standards and good practices of sustainability in its activities and in its bidding documents for goods and services, contributing to changes in society's production and consumption patterns for sustainable development.
Práticas de gestão da qualidade na relação cliente-fornecedor em produtos eletrônicos

The electronics industry, as a driver of most other sectors, has been gaining prominence in recent years. The opening of trade barriers has made the market more competitive, which is why it requires a new look at quality management in the supply chain (GQCS), which has a systemic approach and aims to improve performance throughout the supply chain. through quality management. The main objective of this work was to evaluate the practices adopted by organizations according to the theory of quality management in the supply chain in the customer-supplier relationship, in particular in an electronic-electric product supplier. From the Systematic Bibliographic Review (RBS), nine main areas related to GQCS have been identified: Communication and partnership; strategy; Quality tools; process management; customer and market focus; supplier relationship management; information and analysis of quality data; management of human resources and innovation, continuous improvement and product design, and according to the main objective of the work was focused on the area of relationship management with suppliers. The data were collected using a semistructured interview conducted in an automotive engine manufacturer and an electronic component supplier, both located in the state of São Paulo, as a main instrument, so it is not possible to generalize the results, but to show the existing relationship . Through the case study carried out, it was possible to identify several present practices, highlighting the measurement and analysis of performance indicators as the main motivator in the search for the improvement of quality in organizations, as well as it was observed that the practices of incentive for improvement the quality of the products received from the suppliers and the joint elaboration of actions and improvement projects require a greater strengthening and incentive by the organizations in order to contribute to the quality improvement in this customer-supplier relationship.
Análise da abordagem de educação ambiental nos livros de biologia - PNLD 2018

The textbook is still one of the main resources used by teachers in the classroom. In this sense, the analysis of themes conveyed by these works reveals which conceptions and approaches are considered by authors, publishers, and also by the State, responsible for the National Textbook Program (Programa Nacional do Livro Didático - PNLD). Environmental Education was consolidated as public policy in Brazil and, although it is a diversified field of study, we now perceive that it has been homogenized in reformist discourses of maintenance and social conservation. Environmental Education becomes important, therefore, not only for the discussion about environmental conservation but also for the understanding and transformation of social reality. With the analysis of the Environmental Education theme in Biological textbooks of the 2018 PNLD, we intend to reflect on how these contents are evidenced. In this scenario, we performed descriptive bibliographical research, in which the data were analyzed with a proposal based on the content analysis (CA) of Bardin (2016). The analysis pointed out that the theme is unevenly distributed in the analyzed collections. According to the National Environmental Education Policy (Política Nacional de Educação Ambiental - PNEA), Environmental Education needs to be developed as an integrated, continuous and permanent educational practice. Thus, it is necessary to approach the theme then, in an equal way in the programmatic contents, a fact not observed in the analyzed collections. The analysis also showed that terms referring to Environmental Education are found in all collections, mostly present in the body of the text, which we consider a positive aspect since environmental discussion must occur throughout the development of the theme and not as something parallel and disconnected from the content. In addition, we find that most of the registration units are in the respective collections, in the volumes in which contents related to ecology are approached. With regard to the current studies on Environmental Education, we noticed that the textbooks did not advance much on this subject, giving it the unique and exclusive objective of raising awareness for environmental conservation. In relation to the categorical analysis, the analyzed collections show a conservationist and pragmatic tendency, privileging the transmission of knowledge of ecological systems, with the intention of raising awareness and sensitizing individuals towards a socially responsible behavior.
