listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Por onde caminha o desenho na escola: pensando seus espaços na educação infantil(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2019-12-18) Santos, Érico Vinicius Fonseca dos; Lombardi, Lucia Maria Salgado dos Santos; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5697508831302188; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7194212781429971Based on the understanding of Art teaching as an indispensable part of the set of knowledge to be worked in the public schools of Early Childhood Education, this research aimed to identify the spaces covered by children's drawing in the school context, its creative possibilities and its meanings related to psychological, sensitive and interpretative development of the context in which the child lives. With a bibliographic character, the research was based on three main approaches: the meaning of the child's graphics (both as expression and as creation); the process of teacher´s education to work with drawing in school (thinking about the conditions of these professionals in parallel with the appreciation or devaluation of Art / Education in the country); and the identification, in the literature of the area, of paths taken by children´s drawing in the kindergarten, having the artistic making as a key element in pedagogical approaches. With the accomplishment of the research, it was observed the necessity of a careful perception for the significant artistic making of the drawing in pedagogical practices in Early Childhood Education, evidencing an extensive course of possibilities and limitations. The importance of artistic education in the Pedagogy course was observed, in addition to the lack of cultural and social incentives aimed at ensuring favorable conditions for good quality public education in the country, from teacher education to the material structuring of schools.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Grau de conectividade entre os mercados de milho brasileiros(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2019-12-18) Meza, Christian David Hurtado; Cruz Junior, José César; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0086426315229286; Figueiredo, Adelson Martins; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2582161065438214; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2582161065438214Corn production is one of the main economic activities in Brazil and it is used in the domestic and foreign markets. In addition, Brazil’s corn production has an important growth potential, therefore, more economic agents-like consumers, producers, hedgers, speculators, importers, exporters, local´s governments- have been involved in the corn’s market, then all of them need to understand the behavior of the market. Against this background, it is necessary new research in order to understand futures and cash prices dynamic. Hence, the main objective of this study is to examine the relationships and interactions within the Brazilian’s corn market. We used the data from Brazil’s futures market and five spot markets-Cascavel (Paraná – PR), Chapecó (Santa Catarina – SC), Rio Verde (Goiás – GO), Campinas (São Paulo - SP) and Sorriso (Mato Grosso - MT)-from January 2004 through September 2019. We used a methodology developed by Francis Diebold and Kamil Yilmaz (2009), based on the generalized variance decomposition framework from a Vector Autoregressive Model (VAR) or a Vector Error Correction Model – VECM. This methodology allows to measure both static connectedness -using full sample- and dynamic connectedness -using rolling window-through the measure the spillover index from simple pairwise to system-wide. The results reveals that the markets are well-integrated, in both short and long runs. In the same way, the results suggest that Cascavel, Campinas and Futures markets are important transmitters of information; by contrast, Sorriso transmits little information to other cities. In the analysis using rolling windows, it is possible to identify that connectedness is affected not only by prices variations but also by national and international economic changes. The results are useful for those looking for references of corn’s market integration in Brazil.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Caracterização do perfil de fluxo atômico de um conjunto de microtubos para aplicação em experimento de átomos frios(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2019-12-18) Biscassi, Mateus Antônio Fernandes; Teixeira, Raul Celistrino; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6108339817883159; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1206748652428108In this monograph, we will initially discuss notions about the main cooling techniques used in cold atom experiments. This will be presented in order to motivate the main theme of this work, the characterization of the velocity profile of an atomic beam. This characterization was carried out in two steps, the development of an experiment that measured the profile of the atomic beam produced in our laboratory and the development of a theoretical model to adjust the data. Through the applied method, we obtained results that agree well with the experimental data, and thus we conclude that the technique used to characterize the atomic beam was successful in describing the system.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Documentação pedagógica enquanto um exercício de sensibilização: do protagonismo das crianças ao olhar atento do educador(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2019-12-18) Camargo, Gabrielle Augusta Silva de; Lombardi, Lucia Maria Salgado dos Santos; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5697508831302188; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1239810678327227This undergraduate thesis investigates the pedagogical documentation as an essential element to Early Childhood Education, allowing teachers being more critics with their practices, valuing more the children, their learnings, and different childhoods. During 2018 and 2019, critical thoughts were accomplished about the author own practice with a group of 18 children, using photos, drawings and speeches registers to compose the research. Teachers’ critical thoughts can contribute to the development of the children identities, helping them to be more autonomies and creativities. The main goal of this research is to know different ways to create the pedagogical documentation and to document practices, comprehending the documentation in its complexity, studying and extending meaningful knowledge to the pedagogical practice, that craves for the legitimacy of the children’s rights, helping the improvement of the public education and the construction of a fairer society. This paperwork came from a bibliographic and pedagogical research (LANKSHEAR & NOBEL, 2008), making an effort to establish praxeological knowledge (FOCHI, 2019) through dialogues between theory and practice, dialogical articulation between context and individuals, understanding this movement as something essential to Kindergarten, to teachers’ practices, children and their childhoods.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, O papel da resiliência na redução do desperdício de alimentos: um estudo qualitativo na díade varejo-fornecedor de frutas, legumes e verduras (FLV)(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2019-12-18) Costa, Flávio Henrique de Oliveira; Pereira, Carla Roberta; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6148011136943940; Silva, Andrea Lago da; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2380499339281186; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4268252162111647Increasingly complex supply chains have become more vulnerable to risks and consequent disruptions of different natures. In the perishable chain, this ends up resulting in increased food waste. To respond effectively to these events, organisations need to develop dynamic capabilities (DCs) and resilience for managing their resources. Considering this opportunity, this thesis aims to explore how the contribution of resilience elements to the reduction of waste from FLVs occurs in the retail-supplier dyad. To this end, a systematic literature review was first carried out (2000-2017) and 143 articles were selected and analysed to gain in-depth knowledge of the elements of resilience and causes of food waste, as well as the relationship between both constructs. Then, empirical research was developed using a multi-case study on four food retail chains focusing on the retail-supplier dyad. Based on the empirical analyses, new causes of waste emerged, namely: unpredictability of competition, store location and consumption aspects. It was also observed that the most recurring causes of waste were rigid standards of appearance and shape, short shelf life, inadequate demand forecasting and consumption aspects. Among these, the most aggravating factor was the short shelf life of products, which reduces the time available for transportation and display, and can become even more critical when difficulties arise with retail demand forecasting. Some aspects of the dyad influence the relationships between elements and causes such as: type of purchase (producers or wholesalers), the place where goods are received (Distribution Centre or store-to-store delivery) and type of demand forecasting (centralized or store-to-store). From the results of the cross cases, as well as the microfoundations of the theory of dynamic capabilities (sensing, seizing and transforming), a model with 24 possible actions was developed to make these FVG chains more resilient and oriented towards reducing food waste. In the theoretical context, this research contributes by exploring the relationship between elements of resilience and causes of waste. In practical terms, identifying elements of resilience enables organisations to take effective action to reduce food waste in this particular chain.
