listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Distinção e o posicionamento no campo da ciência da informação: análise de indicadores métricos de bolsistas produtividade em pesquisa do CNPq(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2020-02-26) Villanova, Andre Philippe; Silva, Márcia Regina da; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5381461208053330; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2463863820080732All phases of science production go through internal and external evaluation screens, approved by the scientific community itself. The positive result of these evaluations is one of the aspects that defines the positions that the agents involved in scientific work can reach before this scientific community. The objective of this research is to investigate quantitative aspects of the scientific production of Information Science in relation to the Bourdieusian precepts of distinction and positioning in the field. To this end, an academic-scientific field will be taken as an excerpt, namely, the CNPq productivity fellows in this area. To achieve the proposed objective, the theoretical-reflective study was adopted as a methodology, based on the reading and inferences of Bourdieusian concepts and the use of the bibliometric approach. The sources of data collection were the CAPES Portal and the Lattes Platform. The data were processed using Excel tools and Vantage Point software. In general, there is an advantage for granting scholarships to researchers who already had processes contemplated, this fact is associated with the “power” of accumulated capital. It is observed that a researcher who reaches this scholarship tends to seek the permanence of his position of influence in the field, which culminates in a reasonable number of researchers who remain with the funding for more than fifteen or twenty years. There are indications that the number of process concessions is a tool to regulate the number of researchers. Thirty percent of the researchers had mobility from one category to another higher, indicating that there is a need for greater investment of time to ascend in the categories. As for the profile of the fellows, the group is formed by a female majority. There is a balanced proportion of the typology of the scholarship in the genres, this data denotes that there are no signs of the “gender” factor being preponderant for the distinction in the typology of the scholarships. The proportion of foreign researchers is very small in relation to national researchers, which may indicate that this field in Brazil does not present a distinction related to nationality. The two most used forms of scientific communication for fellows are journals and congresses. Most articles are published in national journals. The CBT guidelines are greater than the master's, which in turn are greater than the doctorate, which surpass the postdoc. The narrowing of the guidelines can represent that the higher titles are more scarce, demonstrating that the distinction and positioning that a legitimate title occurs in stops and the dispute becomes more fierce along the way. The indicators analyzed in this research reveal the distinction and positioning of the field of Information Science, but it does not mean that they condition researchers, this dynamic occurs through the structure and behavior of agents in the field, as described by Bourdieu and identified in this research, it is not a question of determinism or subjectivism, but of relations based on the dispute for positions in the scientific field.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Boas práticas em medicações injetáveis: uma estratégia educacional digital para profissionais e estudantes de enfermagem(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2020-02-26) Roseira, Camila Eugenia; Figueiredo, Rosely Moralez de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2597491235073085; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6191593587072537Safe injection practices involve measures that prevent damage to the health of the patient and the professional, such as infections. To stimulate safe practices, the availability of educational materials addressing this theme, supported by Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The objective was to build and validate educational material for nursing professionals and students aiming at good practices in the administration of injectable medications. This study consisted of the construction and validation of the Safe Injection Practices Questionnaire (SIPQ), structured in four domains for contextualization of this scenario. The SIPQ was distributed electronically to professionals enrolled in the Regional Nursing Council of Sao Paulo. In total, 1925 professionals participated in this stage. Most professionals (41.62%) it belonged to the middle level and was active in hospital service (57.45%). In general, the answers were configured within safe practices with injectables, however, some actions mentioned presented risk to infection, since the frequency "always" was indicated by: 1.24% for the reuse of the same syringe for salinization of venous accesses of different patients; 8.26% for reuse of intravenous catheter extension plugs and 2.32% for inappropriate storage of these; 80.46% for the use of gloves for the administration of intravenous injections; 12.97% for participation in training for the handling of needles and catheters with safety devices and 20.08% for the transport of syringes and needles unprotected after use. These data supported the construction and validation of the open on-line course and without tutoring " Safe Injection Practices: actions for infection control", composed of ebook (hand hygiene and actions for infection control, such as the prohibition of reuse of inputs), podcast containing actions for the professional healthcare (use of gloves, participation in training and prevention of accidents with sharps) , forum to stimulate interaction between participants and an evaluation questionnaire for certificate issuance. The course material was validated by content, being considered adequate by all evaluators, while the questions were considered clear and pertinent. To evaluate the reaction to the course, after making this available in the Portal de Cursos Abertos (PoCA), 17 participants left their perception about it, pointing to the thematic relevance and acceptability of the tools (the forum being possibly the least attractive tool). Therefore, it was noted that most nursing professionals report Safe Injection Practices, however, there are actions that should be considered in order to subsidize safe practice. To this do so, the course built, validated and made available free of charge and openly can be used as a support tool by all those involved in the area.
