In the case p<2n-1, we conclude that there is no germ of reflection application A-finite f:(\C^{n},0) \rightarrow (\C^{p},0) with corank f greater or equal 2.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Meta-terror: o uso da metalinguagem como recurso narrativo no slasher movie(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2020-04-24) Marchi, Marcelo Eduardo; Gamo, Alessandro Constantino; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8208629144314123; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5205042029981999Slasher movies - horror films characterized by the well-known premise of the serial killer that terrifies a group of young people, such as The Texas chainsaw massacre, Halloween, Friday the 13th and A nightmare on Elm Street - were a tremendous success with audiences during the first half of the 1980s. However, after that peak, the subgenre went into clear decay, since the exhaustive repetition of its formula ended up saturating viewers. Interestingly, in the mid1990s, it was the self-reflexive use of that same formula that ended up revitalizing it: premiered in 1996, Scream achieved a huge box office, became a landmark in popular culture and gave rise to an unexpected trend of slasher movies investing on metacinema. With daring and creative films like Behind the mask: the rise of Leslie Vernon and The cabin in the woods, the post-Scream era of horror movies has left us a rich field of study regarding the use of metacinema as a narrative resource and the ability to reinvent a subgenre through its own limitations. Thus, this research seeks to carry out a historiographical synthesis of the slasher movie based on the works of authors such as Carol J. Clover, Adam Rockoff, Richard Nowell, Jim Harper, and John Kenneth Muir, with the main focus on the elements of metacinema that have been found since the beginnings of the subgenre, but which gained strength especially with the release of Scream. Based on this and in a deep film analysis of selected works, it will be possible to understand the particular way in which each film used these elements, as well as the role of metacinema in reviving the slasher and in the process of making its formula increasingly dynamic.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, A educação física e as dimensões do conhecimento na BNCC: um estudo a partir dos planos do ensino dos professores de uma rede municipal de ensino(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2020-04-24) Vidotti, Pedro Henrique Carbone; Ramos, Glauco Nunes Souto; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0134679842280022; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3829917896340920The National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) approved in 2017 aims to promote changes in the curricula of the education system and schools in the country, stimulating the development of essential learning. Besides that, in the Physical Education discipline, one of the novelties is the inclusion of the eight dimensions of knowledge: Experimentation, Use and Appropriation, Fruition, Reflection on Action, Construction of Values, Analysis, Understanding, and Community Protagonism. Therefore, the purposes of this research are: a) to build an understanding of the Dimensions of Knowledge; b) to identify how they are already approached by teachers and c) to analyze and propose, together with teachers, what are the pedagogical possibilities of this concept. The research has a qualitative approach with interpretive description characteristics, employing documentary research and rounds of conversation as the data collection technique. The National Common Curricular Base and 17 didactic sequences from 8th and 9th grades designed by Physical Education teachers from a municipal education system were analysed. The round of conversations was composed of 32 teachers and the coordinator of the discipline of the education system. The information collected was classified into two categories, namely: Dimensions of Knowledge, at which each group of knowledge was prominently discussed, and Echoes, that sought to identify and interpret the participants' positions regarding the implementation of the base and the Dimensions of Knowledge. In the 17 didactic sequences analysed, were found 97 learning expectations that indicate the Construction of Values, Analysis and Understanding, and the moderation concerning Use and Appropriation, Fruition and Community Protagonism. At the National Common Curricular Base, in the 21 skills described for the 8th and 9th grades, there was a more eminent balance between the dimensions and the thematic units. We considered that the Dimensions of Knowledge are concrete possibilities to know, practice, appreciate, democratize access, develop values and understand the operation and the social aspects of bodily practices; therefore, are didactic tools for the discipline teachers to build their pedagogical proposals.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Desenvolvimento de imunoensaio eletroquímico para detecção de anticorpos anti-Zika vírus visando o diagnóstico da doença(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2020-04-24) Castro, Karla Patrícia Ribeiro; Gibin, Grazielle de Oliveira Setti; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8018437774723623; Faria, Ronaldo Censi; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8659496864305621; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5598520065900060Zika Virus (ZIKV) is a flavivirus transmitted by Aedes species. The disease may be asymptomatic or present clinical such as: conjunctivitis, fever, headache, and in severe cases development of fetal microcephaly and Guillain-Barré syndrome. The rapid spread of the virus and the difficulties of diagnosis require development of alternative methods for diagnosis with high specificity and sensibility. In this scenario, we proposed an electrochemical method for detection of Ab1ZIKV antibodies using magnetic beads modified with a recombinant non-structural protein (ΔNS1ZIKV) and anti-IgG antibodies labeled with horseradish peroxidase enzyme (HRP). The analytical method proposed involved the fabrication of microfluidic device and an immunoassay based in a sandwich type strategy. The device was built using low-cost materials, and the system’s layout comprised of an arrangement of 8-working electrodes, a pseudo-reference electrode, and a counter electrode. The electrochemical detection was performed based in the HRP electrocatalytic cycle by injecting a solution containing hydroquinone (redox mediator) and H2O2 as substrate. Cathodic peak current of HQ reduction was obtained as analytical signal and its intensity was proportional to the logarithm concentration of Ab1ZIKV. The immunoassay showed a linear response in the range of 0.01 to 9.8X10^5 pg mL-1 presented an equation of "Ip(µA) = 0.04 + 0.01 CAb1ZIKV" obtained by linear regression with a correlation coefficient of 0.981. The limit of detection and quantification obtained were of 0.48 pg mL-1 and 1.45 pg mL-1, respectively. The proposed immunoassay proved to be efficient for the detection of anti-ZIKV antibodies, presenting a low limit of detection, ensuring be a promise tool for diagnosis of the disease.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Visualização de informações para acompanhamento de alunos em ambientes de aprendizagem eletrônica(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2020-04-24) Macedo, Maylon Pires; Zaina, Luciana Aparecida Martinez; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0192085115595443; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0905286355746275The Information Visualization area studies ways to present data graphically in an efficient way to assist the user in decision making. Education professionals have been increasingly interested in the inclusion of visualization tools to improve the analysis of Educational Data. However, tools for delivering visualizations on Educational Data do not often provide resources aligned to the needs of the target audience. The objective of this master's project was to propose a guide, called Vis2Learning, composed of recommendations to help the developer build visualizations about Educational Data applied to the context of e-learning. For each application scenario covered by the guide, the following information are provided: the most suitable graph format; your characteristics; application examples; and general recommendations to bring improvements to the data visualized through the graph. Based on a preliminary study of the literature, were found some gaps related to the process of developing visualizations in the educational scenario. A Systematic Literature Review (RSL) was conducted to understand what approaches were used in this context. Based on the results of RSL, was discovered that when developing visualizations on Educational Data, researchers tend to perform exploratory research and develop visualizations based only on examples. Vis2Learning was proposed based on an analysis of studies and results reported in the articles obtained in the initial stages of RSL. From this analysis, lessons learned during the evaluation of the visualizations developed for the educational scenario were extracted. These extractions were validated by a trio of specialists in: Educational Data Mining; Human-Computer Interaction; and Information Visualization. After extracting and validating the recommendations, the final version of Vis2Learning was defined. Vis2Learning was evaluated from two perspectives, namely: an assessment aimed to collect the perception of end users about the adequacy of views developed based on Vis2Learning for the educational scenario; while in the other evaluation, was analyzed the utility and ease perceived by developers in the use of Vis2Learning for the development of visualization prototypes on Educational Data. The result of the evaluation with the end users showed that traditional views built based on Vis2Learning were considered more suitable for the educational scenario in relation to the views built by the Google Sheets algorithm. In the evaluation with developers, the Vis2Learning helped participants to gain awareness of good practices in the development of visualizations and supported the process of choosing the visualization format taking into account the user's context.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, A participação das meninas nas aulas de Educação Física: dilemas de um professor no ensino do futsal(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2020-04-24) Malvar, Antonio Jorge Martins; Souza Júnior, Osmar Moreira de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9176123942671062; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1647102159867151School Physical Education has always faced problems related to the participation of girls in their classes, a situation that, despite the female achievements, continues until the present day. The resistance of girls to participate in practical activities is notorious, especially when this participation takes place in mixed classes and / or requires certain skills not previously explored. This is a qualitative research, type ethnographic study, which has its problem situation materialized in the context of the limited participation of girls less competent sports in the Collective Sports Games (JEC) in Physical Education classes. The objective was to analyze girls' participation in futsal practice in school physical education classes in a 6th grade Elementary Municipal Public School located in the urban area of Feira de Santana - BA. In a futsal teaching unit were used as data collection instruments the class diaries, with records happening immediately after classes, and as a pedagogical strategy the conversation wheels with students, that have been recorded in audio and later transcribed for class diaries. After collecting and reading the analysis corpus, the data were analyzed and categorized through inductive analysis, resulting in the categories "Achievements and overcoming experienced by girls", “Difficulties and challenges faced by girls” and “The teacher's view of the teaching processes of futsal”. From these analyzes it can be inferred that both TGfU and Sport Education have the potential to assist Physical Education teachers in teaching sports at school. It was identified that a group of girls who engaged and participated in classes more effectively presented indicators of evolution from the technical-tactical point of view in futsal. In contrast, it was showed that there was a lack of didactic treatment of attitudinal knowledge who presented themselves as the biggest obstacle to the authentic participation of the majority of girls in classes, insofar as we identified that structural sexism operated through symbolic violence, oppressing and removing these students from classes. It should be noted that this sexism was not exercised without resistance movements on the part of the students, who sometimes expressed their awareness of the mechanisms of oppression and empowered themselves in the process. Despite all the difficulties faced, the speech of one of the girls at the end of the intervention, indicating that boys and girls had to learn to live together, reveals that attitudinal knowledge was being developed throughout the process coeducative, contributing to the rescue of values such as respect for differences, autonomy, interaction and collaboration.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Biologia e manejo cultural das plantas daninhas Spermacoce densiflora DC. e Spermacoce verticillata L. (Rubiaceae)(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2020-04-24) Castilho, Juliana; Forti, Victor Augusto; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5742976162363922; Monquero, Patricia Andrea; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2766526793830455; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9250121223521038The occurrence of the false buttonweed weed (Spermacoce densiflora DC. and Spermacoce verticillata L.) in agricultural areas, especially the known MATOPIBA region (Maranhão, Tocantins, Piauí and Bahia), has become a problem, since the area is considered one of the largest grain producers in Brazil. Field observations reported the lack of chemical control of these species. As a result, the present work aimed to understand how the biology of the species Spermacoce densiflora and Spermacoce verticillata, with variables related to germination and emergence, may contribute to the development of management strategies for these weeds. In this context, four experiments were developed. In the first, the influence of light and temperature on seed germination was studied, in a completely randomized design. Six temperatures (15, 20, 25, 30, 35 ° C and 20-30 ° C) and two light conditions (presence and absence of light) and a 12-hour photoperiod were studied. It was found that the species S. densiflora is photoblastic positive, as there was no germination in constant darkness. Regarding germination, S. verticillata found that the species is photoblastic neutral, however the germination of the species is favored by the presence of light. For both species, the highest percentage of germination and germination speed index were obtained under alternating temperature. In the second experiment, the effect of sowing depth on seedling emergence was evaluated. Seven sowing depths (0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, 6.0 and 10.0 cm) were studied. The evaluation period was 42 days after sowing. The emergence of seedlings, of both species, was maximum when placed on the soil surface. From 0.5 cm deep, there was a significant decrease in seedling emergence, and the emergence rate was zero at a depth of 10.0 cm for both species. In the third experiment, the effects of different amounts of straw (half, as recommended and twice as recommended for use) on the surface of the cover plants were studied: Cajanus cajan (Guandu beans), Crotalaria juncea (Crotalaria), Dolichos lablab (Lablab), Pennisetum glaucum (Millet) and Sorghum bicolor (Sorghum), on the emergence of species. The fourth experiment evaluated the allelopathic potential of aqueous extracts from aerial parts of species used as green manure in different concentrations (20%, 40%, 60% and 100%) on seed germination. In addition, tests were performed with PEG-6000 in order to determine the influence of the osmotic potential of the extracts. The use of cover plants can be an alternative in the integrated management of false buttonweed weeds. There was no significant difference between the different amounts of straw used, however the use of half of the recommendation was the least effective. Millet and crotalaria outperform other cover crops. Regarding the experiment with extracts, with the increase in concentrations there was a reduction in the percentage and speed of germination for S. densiflora and S. verticillata, and the osmotic potential of the aqueous extracts of the aerial part, of the cover plants varied between -0, 37 MPa and -1.24 MPa. Considering that in the experiment with PEG-6000 there was no germination of weed seeds with an osmotic potential below -0.8 MPa and that the percentage of germination in treatments at -0.2MPa and -0.4 MPa were higher than the rates obtained in the experiment with aqueous extracts of cover plants, it can be inferred that, possibly, in this interval, there was an allelopathic effect of cover plants.
