listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, O professor na educação infantil: uma revisão bibliográfica sobre as especificidades do docente masculino nas relações em sala de aula(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2020-10-26) Campos Junior, José Carlos de; Sant'Ana, Izabella Mendes; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7860235863062183; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5767083654395121This study aims to investigate, through a bibliographic search, what the scientific literature has investigated and pointed out about the presence of the male teacher in Early Childhood Education. For this, a survey was made at the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD) and ten researches were selected: Bonifácio (2019), Silva (2014), Souza (2017), Aguiar (2017), Silva (2015), Pereira (2012), Gomides (2014), Ruis (2015), Moreno (2017) and Mendonça (2016) contemplate different aspects of the insertion of this professional, such as: reports, experiences, identity and professionalism of teaching. In general terms, it was possible to identify in the analyzed works similar aspects that start with the idea of the feminization of teaching and the existence of a society where the hegemonic perspectives of gender prevail and are perpetuated in school, as well as the existence of strangeness and distrust in relation to the presence and performance of the male teacher in Early Childhood Education. It is understood that the participation of the teacher (man) in this field is fundamental to fight for the rupture of the sexist behavior patterns and stigmas that still permeate the social imaginary regarding the performance of this professional in the work with young children. Thus, it is noted the importance of reflection and debate at school to seek strategies that overcome prejudiced perceptions about the presence of male teachers at this level of education.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Uma abordagem sobre a qualidade da bebida café(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2020-10-26) Baracat, Miguel Nascimento da Silva; Verruma-Bernardi, Marta Regina; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3470912236544684; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3397552387715656This work aimed to analyze and discuss topics, data and information in the Brazilian and international coffee market. Considering the economic, social and cultural importance that coffee represents for Brazil, research sources such as articles, magazines, congresses and books were consulted, seeking to make a bibliographic review of the relevant topics on the subject. Changes in the coffee market in Brazil and in the world were analyzed, highlighting the emergence of niche coffee consumption, especially the specialty coffee market. This greater demand for quality beans is a reflection of the physical, chemical and sensory characteristics that are attributed and evaluated for each type of coffee. There has been an increase in the market for better quality coffees, causing producers to adapt to this new demand, seeking improvements and updates in the entire production process.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Trabalho de conclusão de curso: narrativa sobre meu processo de formação médica(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2020-10-26) Moreira, Meire Savino da Costa Bettoni; Nasser, Michel; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1629054550833348; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0971495744401531This work deals with my path towards medical training. It intends, through narrative, to share this process highlighting important points of this trajectory. It also intends to comment on the Federal University of São Carlos, the city of São Carlos, the medical school, the methodology implemented, as well as the curricular aspects of the course.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Desenvolvimento de biofertilizante líquido produzido a partir de esterco bovino e cama de frango(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2020-10-26) Oliveira, Eduardo Rodrigo de; Rezende, Maria Olimpia de Oliveira; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6164624893473124; Villas Boas, Paulino Ribeiro; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0846037359934643; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7106542815446397The organic agriculture appeal for sustainability guides efforts towards the development and implementation of alternative techniques for the use of synthetic inputs in the fertilization of soils and crops. In this way, researchers and agricultural producers have been encouraged to experiment with biofertilizers made from the digestion of organic materials to replace mineral fertilizers. The difficulty lies in developing competitive alternatives in terms of production efficiency, besides the production costs and the range of attributes gained by the addition of synthetic inputs to fertilizers, such as plant growth hormone regulators. In this work, we developed an easy production method for a liquid biofertilizer made from the aerobic or anaerobic digestion of poultry litter and cattle manure and evaluated its nutrients composition and its fertilizer potential for plants. The developed liquid biofertilizer has contents of 450-600 mg L-¹ Nitrogen, 4-5 mg L-¹ Phosphorus, 560-650 mg L-¹ Potassium, in addition to the presence of Magnesium, Calcium, Boron, Iron, Zinc and Copper. It also demonstrate advantageous conditions for direct application without need of pH or salinity adjustment. In germination assessment with lettuce seeds of L. sativa, it was not toxic for dilutions of 5% to 50% and hindered the proliferation of bacteria and fungi. In the fluorescence spectroscopy analysis, the biofertilizer showed estimated concentrations of 11-26 µmol L-¹ of indolacetic acid (IAA), an important phytohormone responsible for plants root development. The optimum period of the biodigestion process was 30 to 45 days, the production and use of the biofertilizer is a promising alternative to replace mineral fertilizers, mainly those destined for vegetable crops.
