Emotions are an important aspect of the user experience when using a system. In the literature, there are works that propose systems that change as user interfaces (UI) considering emotions, taking into account what is felt before or during use. However, no works were found that change the UI, taking into account the emotional state that the user would like to feel. Furthermore, as emotions are easily changed by internal and external events, it is necessary to offer UI that considers and reacts to emotions in interaction time, demanding a flexible software solution. Also, the measurement of emotional state can consider, in addition to the user’s self-expression (subjective feeling), also motor expressions, such as facial movements, and physiological signals, such as heart rate. Obtaining data requires the adaptation of different sensors in different contexts of use, which demands that the computer system have high maintainability. Thus, this undergraduation conclusion work aimed to extend the specific UIFlex plugin to create a flexible infrastructure, with good maintainability, capable of offering UI adaptations in interaction time based on the emotional states that a user feels and desires. to feel. In addition, the software solution was adapted to the IBM MAPE-K blueprint. Versions with and without MAPE-K were compared according to software evaluation metrics. The results suggest that the adequacy to the blueprint brought benefits to the maintainability of the proposed solution.

Brazil has wide potential to develop itself in a sustainable way. The UN 2030 Agenda, combined to Brazilian Impact Investment Ecosystem, is part of the fronts that provide economic growth linked to increased social and environmental impact. This study aimed to discuss the characteristics and possibilities of Impact Investment, in addition financial loans, through the case study of an Impact Investor, Bemtevi Investimento Social. By means of qualitative descriptive research methodology, it was possible to map Bemtevi's activities and identify which of them are not related to the financial resource loan, such as: the inclusive selection process, the employment of the Theory of Change methodology to define the strategy and results monitoring, the follow-up and counseling during the Bemtevi Journey and the stimulus to interest reduction attached to achieving socioenvironmental impact goals. These characteristics strengthen the continuity of Social Businesses, being a push for Sustainable Development guidelines.

Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), interferential current (CI) and Aussie current are different types of electrical stimulation used in the treatment of both acute and chronic pain, however it is not known if there is a difference in relation to the hypoalgesic effect and sensory comfort between them. Therefore, the aim of this study was to compare the hypoalgesic effect and sensory comfort between TENS, CI and Aussie current in healthy individuals. One hundred and twenty individuals were randomly assigned to four groups: TENS, CI, Aussie current and Placebo. The electrical stimulation was administered to the dominant forearm with a strong but comfortable intensity, for 30 minutes to the three groups of electric currents and to the Placebo group, the electrodes were positioned with the equipment turned off. The pressure pain threshold and sensory comfort were measured, respectively, with a digital algometer and visual analog scale. There was a significant segmental and extrasegmental hypoalgesic effect between the active groups compared to the Placebo group at the first 15 minutes of application. At 30 minutes, there was also a significant segmental and extrasegmental hypoalgesic effect between the active groups compared to the Placebo group. After 20 minutes of stimulation, there was no significant segmental difference between groups. And after 20 minutes of stimulation, there was a significant extrasegmental hypoalgesic effect in the active groups compared to the Placebo group. There was no significant difference in sensory comfort between the electrical currents. In conclusion, TENS, CI and Aussie current showed greater segmental and extrasegmental hypoalgesic effect during stimulation compared to Placebo and sensory comfort was similar between them.

Itu, a vila do açúcar: espaço urbano, cultura material e vida cotidiana (1780 a 1830)
(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-06-15) Francischinelli, Fabiana Leite de Camargo; Lana, Rita de Cássia; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1816504631940006; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9035279419745744
The dissertation is configured as a case study from the perspective of historical geography, which seeks to understand the social space of the village of Itu, in a time frame that covers the period from 1780 to 1830, where due to a combination of factors internal and also external, the sugarcane monoculture had a considerable increase in its production in the locality, making the village of Itu the largest producing unit in São Paulo at the end of the second half of the 18th century, with production numbers well above the other captaincy villages. Thus, from this point of view, the research aimed to analyze the spatial formation of the city of Itu, eg, how the urban plan of the village had its patterns changed, frightened houses were built, improvements in the public space became visible and new perspectives and realities began to project itself into the lives of its inhabitants, understood as those individuals identified from the existing compulsory population packs, a significant increase in their number and expressed in the countless elements that made up the local material culture. Therefore, the past study of the village of Itu is only possible based on the theoretical methodological framework of historical geography, which, based on its interdisciplinarity, provided the appropriate and necessary tooling in this study where space and time interact. Primary sources such as inventories, bundles of the population of the village, minutes of the chamber, reports from the overseas historical archive, maps, iconography and travelers' reports are used in conjunction with secondary sources, such as Petrone's “sugarcane crop in São Paulo” and are capable of to elucidate considerably this past space, filling gaps and enabling the identification of the most diverse factors that together formed the village of sugar. The data obtained by the research pointed to new cultural elements inserted in the locality, exercising influences and being a determining factor of the most diverse transformations that the city of Itu went through, implying in the relevance for the understanding of the space of the understanding of the social layers that interact and in which , from the central figure of the owners of the mill, it was possible to interpret the social organism and the classes that gravitated around these dominant figures, with whom slaves, aggregates, traders, tropeiros kept a relationship of dependence. As possible conclusions raised, it was observed that the power structures of the ituana society established the hierarchy and delimited patterns and symbols of its members, which identified themselves as a community through the uses, customs, material goods, or even by the clothes, allowing an understanding broader of a society that was formed out of a slave-based agricultural economy, and these configurations found in the past would be reflected up to the present day, whether in social formation or even in the appropriation of city spaces that have significant inheritances from that period.
