This doctoral thesis has as its research object the specialized audio descriptions of still images (ADE) produced for a blind student of the Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, at the Federal University of São Carlos (BSI-UFSCar), offered in the distance modality. For the development of the research, we followed two hypotheses. The first is that the ADE, in educational contexts, activates four semantic Categories – under subjective principles inherent to the audio description and in varying degrees and occurrences – namely, Structural, Directional, Terminological and Lexical. The second is related to the fact that the most representative linguistic signs of these four Categories have a high frequency in the corpus. In this sense, our objective was to build the ADE Linguistic Corpus, according to the methodological assumptions of Corpus Linguistics, and to analyze it in the lights of the Bakhtinian Theory of Language and the Communicative Theory of Terminology (TCT), seeking to identify the four Semantic Categories in question and to classify them according to the conceptual traits concerning their use. As for the justification, we can find support in the originality of the research, that is, in the fact that no works that deal with the theme have been found in the queries we made in the following databases: Eric (Institute of Education Sciences); Scopus; Google Scholar; Capes Theses and Dissertations Catalog; SciELO (The Scientific Electronic Library Online). In addition to this research, we surveyed 18 definitions of audio description, and only in 4 of them did we find some kind of reference to the educational context, none of which had an emphasis on such context. In methodological terms, we first chose the most appropriate linguistic corpus construction methodology, followed by the choice of the corpus analysis linguistic tool. With the ADE Linguistic Corpus built for manipulation, we defined the theoretical basis, essentially divided into the theories of the Bakhtinian circle and the TCT. Next, we proposed a selection of linguistic signs for analysis, based on the frequency of use. Finally, we analyzed the selection of linguistic signs from the ADE Linguistic Corpus, extracting a series of data about each Category, which led to the conclusion that the Categories can be considered universal because they are intrinsic characteristics of the images themselves and of the discursive role they perform within areas of expertise. Describing them, however, is another matter, related to the enunciative place of the audio describer. And to become an enunciator of this genre of discourse called ADE, whether in a context of face-to-face or distance higher education, of AEE, or in an editorial context (in the production of accessible resources), the audio describer must take into account seven discursive elements, extracted from the analyses of the four Categories, which are: the Terminological Facet of the image, the Pedagogical Intentions, the Recipient, the Theoretical Affiliation, the Prototypicality of the Structure, the Structural Directionality and the Style. It is understood, therefore, that we should move away from a systematization of the audio description practice, because new contours are demanded in each context, as well as other voices, and certain language activations to the detriment of others.

Permanent Protection Areas (PPA) are protected by the Native Vegetation Protection Law (NVPL – Law 12.651/2012), however, these areas are historically used for other purposes, and, therefore, not necessarily have forest cover or native non-forest vegetation. This study intended to understand the dynamics of change in land use/land cover (LULC), from 1985 to 2020, in PPAs of hydric, altitude and declivity types, in the state of São Paulo, considering article 4º of NVPL. Hereof maps and tables of declivity and altitude PPAs were produced through Digital Elevation Model (DEM) of São Paulo, and additionally to hydric APPs provided by the Brazilian Foundation for Sustainable Development (FBDS). Furthermore, LULC and Change Transition data were used between the years 1985 to 2020, provided by MapBiomas. The results pointed out that between 1985 and 2020 there was a reduction of 88.6 thousand hectares of natural formations throughout the State, as follows, in 2020, occupied 22.48%. The main transition of natural formations was due to agriculture and silviculture expansion (1.089 million hectares). Even so, there was the emergence of new forests on a scale of 1.07 million hectares, with agriculture and silviculture being the LULC class that most gave way to natural formations, and this change from agriculture to natural formations may be due to the abandonment of areas of low interest for agricultural purposes. The studied PPAs occupy about 11.8% of the State, however, in 2020 only 52.36% were covered by natural formations, this number was 46.87% in 1985. Consequently, today the residual of these PPAs were occupied by agriculture, livestock and silviculture (45.31%); anthropized areas (1.57%); and water bodies (0.77%). The transitions of change within the PPAs occurred on a larger scale between natural formations and agriculture and silviculture, where natural formations ceded 132.9 thousand hectares to agriculture and silviculture, while it also became to occupied 280.6 thousand hectares of agriculture and silviculture. Analyzing the PPAs in a regionalized way, by municipality, it was observed that the municipalities in the central-south and central-east regions showed a higher percentage of their territories occupied by PPAs. The southern (Vale do Ribeira) and eastern (Mantiqueira region) regions transacted mainly between agriculture and livestock for natural formation; and natural formation for agriculture and silviculture. In the eastern and western/northwestern areas of the state, agricultural use within the PPAs remained without changes between the years analyzed. In relation to urban structures, in PPAs, these advanced over agricultural areas and natural formations. Finally, it was noted that the dynamics of change between natural formations and agriculture and silviculture occurred from one to the other. Regarding non-natural occupations inserted in PPAs, these are not necessarily illegal, as the NVPL recognizes the consolidated use, establishing mechanisms of mandatory restoration strips and there are laws that allow the intervention and suppression of vegetation under specific conditions.

The experimental test was carried out at the sheep center of the Federal University of São Carlos - Lagoa do Sino campus, where 10 Santa Inês lambs were submitted, being males and females different allocated in two treatments based on protein supplementation (T1 corresponding to 16 % and T2 at 20% protein) in the animals' diet, with 5 repetitions each, composing a completely randomized design. Parameters such as weight gain (WG), daily feed intake (CR), feed conversion (CAS) to be evaluated. Data were always collected by the same evaluator, in addition to data collection on serum levels to be analyzed in the laboratory, such as albumin content and urea-N concentration. The present study aimed to evaluate different levels of protein in the diet of Santa Inês lambs during the dry season. For GP, CR and CAS the two diets (treatments) were equivalent according to the statistical analyses. However, albumin content and urea-N concentration showed differences between treatments T1 and T2.
