Diretrizes de melhoria na relação entre liderança e equipe a partir da percepção dos envolvidos: estudo de caso em uma empresa de consultoria

As leadership teams evolve, new perspectives emerge. There's a deeper interaction between leaders and team members, fostering collaboration and friendship, leading to positive impacts for organizations. This paper aims to understand the dynamics between leadership and teams, hypothesizing and proposing improvements based on their perceptions. Employing a case study methodology, qualitative and quantitative interviews are conducted with a sample of 55 participants, exploring their views on the relevance of relationship quality in the workplace. The research emphasizes the significance of recognition, feedback, and trust in leader-follower dynamics, noting disparities between managers and employees. It suggests enhancements, such as strengthening interpersonal relationships and promoting constructive feedback, while acknowledging study limitations and potential response biases.

As stated in the pedagogical project of the UFSCar Medical School, the final paper must be a reflective synthesis moments of the student's graduation, covering teaching, assistance, extension and research. This work is subdivided into topics: cycle I, cycle II, cycle III, electives and complementary activities, which I carried out as a medical student, demonstrating my growth and professional training during graduation.

In this final paper, I intend to briefly address my trajectory within the medical course at the Federal University of São Carlos. The most important points of the three major cycles that make up the course: basic cycle, clinical cycle and internship. In addition, I will report on the two years of experience participating in the Education Program for Work for Health - PET Saúde/Interprofessionalidade. These last few years have certainly been one of the most important of my life.
