Punir e remir: as dinâmicas que permeiam o direito à remição da pena através da leitura no sistema prisional brasileiro

The present work seeks to understand the dynamics surrounding the right to sentence remission through reading in the Brazilian prison system. Through this process, Brazilian inmates can reduce their days of sentence by writing reviews of literary works read during their period of incarceration. In dialogue with international literature on punishment and also with authors addressing the Latin American context, the objective was to map the processes that surround the right to sentence remission through reading. To achieve this, in addition to discussing the literature on the subject, a survey of the history of the right in question was conducted up to the present day, along with interviews with individuals who, in some way, have a connection to it. Through bibliographic data, quantitative analysis, and interviews with individuals involved in remission practices, it was possible to observe that the right in question has shown good theoretical development, especially in recent decades, but limited practical development. Furthermore, it was noted that the practice of reading primarily reaches individuals with advanced educational levels, restricting itself to a small portion of the prison population.

Environmental Interpretation (IA) constitutes a set of technical, artistic and philosophical procedures, applied in order to propose the revelation of meanings, instead of simply communicating information, aiming to establish a transformative relationship between the public and the protected heritage. In this context, the present work presents a conceptual AI project proposal for the Gruta dos Paiva, located in the buffer zone of the Intervales State Park (PEI), in the State of São Paulo. The project was designed to contribute to the implementation of conservation management strategies, as the cave is one of PEI's tourist attractions. The research was developed through a systematic literature review, adaptations of the ROVUC method for field activities, interviews, dialogues and participatory seminars. The results presented correspond to a base of interpretative means, considering the attractive potential of each point of interest studied. The study presents information for more detailed discussions on proposals and standards for materials and graphic solutions, itineraries, content and interpretive panels arranged on the trails, in Gruta dos Paiva and its surroundings, through suggested routing, with the insertion of a geological itinerary, animated production for graphic representation in the audio visual hall, installation of sensory spaces to ensure local accessibility, installation of interpretive panels and personalized itinerary for the karst route.
Construção de aplicativo móvel para planejamento reprodutivo na atenção primária em saúde: tecnologia mhealth aliada a enfermagem na promoção da saúde

Introduction: Comprehensive care for sexual and reproductive health still falls far short of what is recommended in guidelines, standards and protocols. That said, to achieve comprehensive care that provides an expanded clinic, it is important to highlight the role of the entities involved in this health care production process. In view of the above, professionals who work in the ESF must be trained to meet the demands in reproductive planning, while permanent education stands out, through educational technologies to strengthen care and manage important information, ensuring continued care. Research Question: What theoretical knowledge supports the development of a technological solution such as Mobile Application (APP) to optimize the assistance provided by nursing in Reproductive Planning in Primary Health Care with a view to Health Promotion? General and Specific Objectives: Develop a technological solution to optimize the assistance provided by nursing in Reproductive Planning with a view to Health Promotion; (i) Provide information to support the construction of the mobile application, through an Integrative Literature Review; (ii) Prepare content on Reproductive Planning and sexual and reproductive health care for the mobile app; (iii) Build the application interfaces with the goals for usability and accessibility in mind. Method: This is a methodological study, through the construction of a hypermedia system in four stages: modeling, navigation design, abstract design of the interface and implementation. Ethical and Legal Aspects of the Research: Considering that the integrative literature review is a systematic methodological study, from the appropriation of secondary data in the public domain, there will be no need to submit this project to an ethics and research committee, as it does not require this protocol for its development. Results: The integrative literature review brought us important evidence and support for building the application. The articles served as a basis for elaborating the construct's content through national and international references that supported the creation of the proposed technology. Discussions: In the context of health, access to information through mobile and wireless digital technologies at any time and anywhere has provided and contributed to positive transformation in the world of work, giving it an irreversible new meaning. Digital health technologies, such as this application, will support nurses within the scope of Primary Health Care in the practice and assistance of Sexual and Reproductive Health in their daily work.
