Like this, The objectives proposed here are to understand how the Pedagogical Coordinator gives shape to her experiences and meaning to the profession, in the relationship with what circumscribes the existential territory it inhabits, what are the legal protections, duties, working conditions and training processes that give new meaning to their place in the profession. Path that directed studies and reflections on the field of affections that permeate this entire process of taking of position and construction of a place for oneself in the Pedagogical Coordination. Therefore, a life-training research is assumed, based on the contributions methodological theorists by Sicard Nakayama and Brito (2020), Delory-Momberger (2006), Josso (2002, 2010), Souza (2014), Barbosa (2000), Kastrup (2009) and Freire (1997), in which the method of Cartography of the human and narrative is combined (auto)biographical, in order to follow the processes, learn about the experiences in its creative dimension for the resignification of oneself, both with the group of Pedagogical Coordinators participating in an extension course promoted in favor of research, which was consolidated by uniting the university and the school, as well as an interweaving of the researcher's own experience in life working as Pedagogical Coordinator. This movement of investigation into that research is carried out with others and not about them, led to an analysis interpretative- comprehensive in the light of Souza (2014), giving new meaning to the entire process experienced in itself and in research, a movement that also directed the exercise attentive listening based on Passeggi (2018), recording the entire itinerancy of life intertwined with research in a diary in which listening and writing of oneself and/with the other, opened trails, new routes to understand what circumscribes this professional and academic existential territory lived with the Pedagogical Coordination. Among the M/HEAs produced to date, great emphasis is given to the equiatomic Co20Cr20Fe20Mn20Ni20 (at.%) alloy due to its good combination of strength and ductility. Studies in this field are increasingly being expanded to non-equiatomic compositions, and there is great opportunity in the development of M/HEAs with excellent mechanical properties. Therefore, based on thermodynamics calculations (CALPHAD method) novel non-equiatomic CoCrFeMnNi M/HEAs were designed aiming at obtaining optimized mechanical properties, tailoring deformation behaviors (TRIP-TWIP) via constituent concentrations. A total of 3 non-equiatomic M/HEAs (Co15Cr15Fe50Mn10Ni10, Co20Cr20Fe40Mn10Ni10, and Co25Cr25Fe30Mn10Ni10) were produced; the alloys were then annealed, thermomechanically processed, characterized, and mechanically tested by tensile tests. The annealed and deformed samples were characterized by a combination of electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD), high-energy synchrotron X-ray diffraction (HE-SXRD), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It was revealed that increased Co and Cr reduced stacking fault energy (SFE), increasing recrystallization rate and suppressing grain growth rate. Grain refinement was more effective in the Co25Cr25 alloy, where the optimal strength-toughness occurred. Due to the decrease in SFE, a transition in the dominant deformation behavior occurred from TWIP (Co15Cr15) to TWIP/TRIP (Co20Cr20) and finally to TRIP (Co25Cr25), with the TRIP being more pronounced in Co25Cr25. These failures primarily occurred in interpersonal communications, decision-making, and leadership. The solution provided by the industry, government, and aerospace agencies was to apply a set of training and practices based on psychological aspects and simulations, which were termed Crew Resource Management (CRM) and have since increasingly enhanced aircraft operations' safety. Other industries recognized the advantages of CRM and began applying it to their own operations, especially in high-risk industries. Despite numerous advancements and the use of high technology, the manufacturing industry faces challenges related to operational quality and safety, including those of employees and equipment. CRM could be a tool to mitigate negative consequences related to these challenges. This work aimed to summarize, through a Systematic Literature Review using the PRISMA method, how CRM is applied in various industries, particularly in manufacturing and non-civil aviation transportation. It also aimed to understand, using field research at an automotive manufacturer in south-eastern Brazil, whether a safety culture already exists and whether it could facilitate the implementation of CRM programs and training in the manufacturing industry. It also aimed to assess its congruences and discrepancies compared to the Systematic Literature Review. In a context where global population growth and the exacerbated impacts of climate change pose critical challenges to food security and environmental sustainability, the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices emerges as an urgent necessity. In this scenario, species of the genus Bacillus, notable for their resilience and ability to promote plant growth through, for example, the solubilization of nutrients such as phosphorus, are explored as microbial inoculants, due to their potential to increase agricultural productivity. However, the variability of environmental conditions highlights challenges regarding the survival and efficiency of these inoculants, demanding strategic innovations. This research proposes an integrated methodology aiming to enhance the survival and efficacy of phosphorus-solubilizing Bacillus strains, thus establishing a sustainable and ecologically responsible alternative to conventional chemical fertilizers. This approach was outlined through three strategic axes: 1) optimizing cultivation conditions to increase the microorganisms' resistance to environmental stresses; 2) encapsulation in biopolymeric matrices to ensure controlled release and protection of the inoculants; 3) the application of Laboratory Adaptive Evolution (ALE) to select strains with improved salinity and drought resistance and growth-promoting capabilities. Adjustments in the cultivation process parameters, such as pH and temperature, along with production scale, resulted in a significant increase in the production of resistant microbial spores, reaching a concentration of 1.31·1012 CFU/mL in a bubble column bioreactor, with a sporulation efficiency of 100%, heat resistance of 78.4%, and an energy efficiency 4.83·1010 CFU/J. The encapsulation technique, employing starch-based biopolymeric matrices with additives like maltodextrin, cellulose, and bentonite, demonstrated protection of the inoculants against environmental stressors, such as UV and extreme temperatures. Different release profiles were observed among the modified films, with variations in initial and prolonged release rates, demonstrating the influence of material properties on the diffusion of microorganisms. While the addition of maltodextrin accelerated the release of microorganisms, cellulose and bentonite increased retention and allowed for gradual release. The application of ALE resulted in the development of Bacillus strains with greater tolerance to saline and water stress, capable of solubilizing phosphorus, producing exopolysaccharides, and forming biofilms. The PME was a requirement of the National Education Plan - Law No. 13,005, of June 25, 2014 (Brazil, 2014), which specifies, in Article 8, the requirement of elaboration and / or adequacy of the Municipal Education Plans within one year, counted from this law, which approved the National Education Plan (2014 - 2024), and which determined as the responsibility of the states and municipalities to elaborate respectively their plans in a democratic way, in order to ensure the effective participation of society. The research was limited to the period 2015-2020. The methodology was developed through qualitative research, consisting of bibliographic and documentary analysis and interviews based on a semi-structured script of questions. Data treatment was performed through content analysis, based on Bardin (1977). Three actors contributed to the data collection (03), being a component of the Technical Support Team of the PME, a member of the Permanent Education Forum and a member of the Municipal Council of Education. The results show that: the municipality of Sorocaba did not carry out its biennial stages of Monitoring and Evaluation of the PME, which directly affects the quality of public educational policies and the quality of education.
