Faced with this pandemic scenario, the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) adopted teleworking to ensure the continuity of its activities. In 2022, UFSCar implemented the Management and Performance Program (PGD), which regulated this change, transforming the logic of the services provided. This research aims to analyze the perceptions of civil servants at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), Araras campus, about the Management and Performance Program (PGD). The analysis included both employees participating and not participating in the program, as well as the managers responsible for monitoring deliveries, considering the diversity of activities carried out at the University. To this end, a mixed approach was adopted, combining qualitative methods, which explored the perceptions of individuals, and quantitative methods, which allowed patterns and trends to be analyzed. The research also included participant observation, providing a broader understanding of the context studied. PVA films were prepared with 4 % (w/w) KL macroparticles - including unfractionated KL and the fractionated forms KL30, KL40, and KL50 - and with 0.4 % (w/w) lignin nanoparticles (NP), derived from the same fractions (named NPKL, NP30, NP40, and NP50). All formulations, including the control (pure PVA), were blended with 10 % (w/w) NPK fertilizer (nitrogen‑phosphorus‑potassium, 10–10-10) and plasticized with glycerol for film casting. After 21 days of UV-C exposure, films containing LNP retained over 90 % transparency, compared to ~70 % for pure PVA. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) confirmed reduced photooxidative and thermal degradation in lignin-containing films, especially those with KL30 and NP30. Biodegradation assays using respirometric CO₂ analysis showed accelerated release for NP30 (up to 90 mg after 20 days), reflecting enhanced microbial activity. Leaching assays demonstrated controlled release of NPK ions over 40 days in films with NP. In mulch film application tests with cherry tomato, PVA + NP30 showed seedling development comparable to commercial mulch and superior to control films. However, this material is also subject to degradation, and its relatively recent application in concrete structures implies a lack of data regarding its long-term behavior and durability, especially in Brazil. To anticipate these results, the application of accelerated degradation protocols combined with mechanical tests allows for a better understanding of the mechanical behavior and durability of the material in exposure environments over predefined periods. The objective of this study was to evaluate the durability of full-scale concrete beams reinforced with steel and Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) bars using the accelerated conditioning protocols of ACI 440.9R (2015). The experimental program initiated by Mazzú (2020) was completed, exposing reinforced concrete beams to laboratory conditions and saline solution for 1000, 5000, and 10000 hours. Three-point bending tests were conducted to assess the mechanical behavior and durability after the complete accelerated degradation cycle. An additional experimental program was carried out in which GFRP bars, both unprotected and protected by concrete, were subjected to the same conditions as the beams and evaluated through mechanical and microstructural tests to investigate their durability and degradation mechanisms. After 5000 hours of saline immersion, the GFRP-reinforced beams showed a 12% reduction in load capacity and a 13% reduction in stiffness, demonstrating the efficiency of the applied protocol in accelerating degradation. GFRP bars protected by concrete showed greater reduction in tensile strength after 10000 hours of exposure compared to unprotected GFRP bars (62.99% and 47.85%, respectively), due to the influence of concrete alkalinity. Through a comprehensive literature review, the research seeks to analyze the internationalization process, the internationalization of science and technology, and the role of internationalization in higher education, especially regarding the academic mobility of undergraduate and graduate students, as well as faculty members. The methodological approach adopted is documentary, descriptive, quantitative and exploratory in nature, utilizing data from UFSCar’s Office for International Affairs. The objective is to collect, organize, and structure the data in alignment with the research objectives. The study maps variables such as participants' gender, age group, home and host institutions and countries, as well as financial support mechanisms. The findings indicate UFSCar’s active engagement in the AUGM ESCALA Programs. However, in the context of undergraduate mobility, the absence of systematized data impairs a comprehensive assessment of the outcomes and institutional impacts of both incoming and outgoing mobilities. Nonetheless, a significant reduction in the availability of places in the Undergraduate Student ESCALA Program suggests a potential correlation with changes in the funding structure for incoming mobilities. Regarding graduate-level mobility, the data suggest that the Graduate Student ESCALA Program was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, yet the relatively low financial requirements point to the potential for expansion. In the ESCALA Faculty Program, the data reveal a higher number of incoming faculty to UFSCar compared to outgoing mobility. In terms of academic disciplines, a predominance of foreign students and faculty in the Exact Sciences is observed, whereas UFSCar students tend to seek mobility opportunities in the Humanities. The data also show a higher participation of female students in mobility activities at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Finally, the lack of data regarding race and ethnicity is noted, which constitutes a relevant gap, particularly within the context of Brazilian higher education institutions.
