Recent studies point to the effectiveness of actions aimed at preventing LGBTphobia in these institutions, highlighting the role of university administrations, the provision of training on sexual and gender diversity, as well as friendships and support networks as central factors in preventing and overcoming this violence. Based on research conducted between 2024 and 2025 at a Brazilian public university located in the interior of the state of São Paulo, this study aimed to understand how friendships and support networks, built from dialogical relationships, can act as factors in preventing violence against LGBT+ people in the university context, as well as to identify actions that higher education institutions can promote for this purpose. The research is based on dialogical learning and communicative methodology, articulated with contributions from critical pedagogy, social psychology, phenomenology, and gender and sexuality studies. Data was collected through an online questionnaire, communicative accounts of daily life, and communicative focus groups. Through dialogue with participants, exclusionary and transformative dimensions that tend to contribute to, or not contribute to, the prevention and overcoming of LGBTphobic violence were analyzed. The results indicated that actions centered on the preventive role of friendships and support networks, constituted by LGBT+ and cis-heterosexual people, as evidenced by international literature, produce transformative impacts also in the Brazilian context. Research has focused on conventional-strength concretes, leaving gaps regarding the performance of high-strength concretes (C55–C90) with diverse types and dosages of fibers and their behavior in beams without transverse reinforcement. This study investigated the contribution of fibers to the shear resistance of high-strength fiber-reinforced concrete (HSFRC) beams without stirrups and conducted a critical assessment of the applicability of the design equations of ABNT NBR 16935 (2021) for estimating the shear capacity of these beams, which are currently not addressed by the standard. The results were compared with recent international guidelines from Eurocode 2 (2023) (EC2) and the fib Model Code 2020 (2024) (MC2020). The experimental program included the mechanical characterization of C55, C70, and C90 concrete reinforced with steel fibers and macro-synthetic fibers (0.5% and 1.0%), comprising compressive strength, elastic modulus, residual flexural tensile strength, and direct shear strength tests using the JSCE-SF6 and push-off methods. HSFRC beams without transverse reinforcement were evaluated to evaluate the influence of concrete strength, fiber type, and fiber dosage on shear behavior. Digital image correlation (DIC) was employed in selected tests to analyze the cracking process. The results showed that fiber addition increased the cracking load, controlled crack opening, and enhanced shear resistance, particularly in the case of steel fibers. The direct shear test methods exhibited significant variability in their results, indicating the need for standardization. The analysis revealed that ABNT NBR 16935 (2021) tends to overestimate the shear capacity of HSFRC beams, whereas the EC2 and MC2020 formulations proved to be more conservative. A calibration of the EC2 equations was proposed, resulting in improved agreement with the experimental results and reduced dispersion. This curricular component not only fosters motor skills but also promotes cognitive, emotional, and social development, encouraging autonomy, creativity, and interaction from the earliest years of life. Therefore, Physical Education teachers play an essential role in planning activities that integrate motor, cognitive, social, and emotional aspects. Their practices should be playful, inclusive, and safe, promoting bodily exploration, collective interaction, and children’s well-being. Furthermore, movement needs to be understood and used as a language of learning, encouraging healthy habits and positive interpersonal relationships. Thus, the main objective of this study was to analyze the didactic-pedagogical possibilities of the Field of Experience “Body, Gestures, and Movements,” proposed by the Brazilian National Common Curricular Base (BNCC), from the perspective of Physical Education teachers working in Early Childhood Education. A qualitative and exploratory research design was adopted. Thirty-one Physical Education teachers from municipal Early Childhood Education institutions in Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, participated in the study. Data were collected through questionnaires administered via Google Forms, ensuring the confidentiality of the responses, and analyzed based on the principles of content analysis. Finally, a booklet containing suggestions of activities for the Field of Experience “Body, Gestures, and Movements” in Early Childhood Education, as well as a Mini Pedagogical Workshop, was developed. This booklet constitutes the educational product resulting from this master’s dissertation. The results indicated that understandings of the body and movement are organized in a heterogeneous manner, shaped by different educational backgrounds, accumulated professional experiences, and concrete working conditions. Amphibian skin is a semipermeable, vascularized organ endowed with multiple functions and complex characteristics, which can be used as valuable tools in ecotoxicological studies. However, the application of cutaneous biomarkers in amphibian research remains limited and scattered throughout the literature, which may hinder an integrated understanding of their potential as well as their possible limitations. Therefore, the aim of this study was to conduct a systematic literature review, critically analyzing scientific publications on cutaneous biomarkers that have been employed in ecotoxicological studies involving amphibians. To this end, a qualitative–quantitative systematic literature search was carried out, focusing on articles published between 1900 and 2024. Searches were performed using web-based search tools and scientific databases (Google Scholar, Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, and ScienceDirect), applying specific combinations of keywords and selecting and classifying articles according to predefined eligibility criteria. The screening process resulted in 54 articles published worldwide, demonstrating that these specific types of biomarkers remain underestimated in scientific research. The geographical distribution of the studies revealed a predominance of publications from European and Latin American countries. Among the experimental models, adult-stage anurans were the most frequently used, and the sex of the individuals was not reported in most studies (74.1%). The results also showed a predominance of studies that did not report the anatomical region of the skin used as the source of cutaneous tissue samples (e.g., ventral, dorsal, lateral skin). Regarding ecotoxicological assay types, studies involving direct dermal exposure and acute exposure durations predominated, indicating a greater interest in simulating immediate effects in toxicological assays. The most frequently studied contaminant classes were agrochemicals and metals, reflecting a preference for more “classical” toxicants in toxicology, while emerging contaminants remained underrepresented, such as industrial residues (3.2%) and radiation (6.4%). The most commonly applied biomarker classes were physiological analyses (33.9%), followed by histological (32.2%) and morphological (18.6%) assessments, highlighting the relevance of the skin as one of the main routes of entry and absorption for various environmental compounds. Overall, our findings not only compiled and organized relevant ecotoxicological data for amphibian studies but also highlighted several methodological limitations that still need to be addressed in future research. A qualitative approach with an exploratory and interpretive character was adopted, grounded in theoretical frameworks from marketing, consumer anthropology, and sustainability studies. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews with owners of these vehicles. In the specialized literature, electromobility is often associated with attributes of environmental sustainability. However, the results indicate that, in the context investigated, purchase decisions are predominantly driven by economic factors related to cost–benefit considerations, while technological attributes play a complementary role. Environmental sustainability proved to be secondary, being mobilized instrumentally within economic evaluations. The findings highlight a mismatch between green marketing discourses and the motivations effectively activated in consumer behavior within the field of electromobility.
