listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, “Nós não somos agência humanitária, nós somos a agência do Reino de Deus”: proselitismo religioso e ação social evangélica com migrantes(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2026-03-04) Faustino, Rafael; Ruseishvili, Svetlana; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8978076849998172; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-8170-9692; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4423196105508468; https://orcid.org/0009-0002-3383-0935; Ruseishvili, Svetlana; Oliveira, Marcio Sergio Batista Silveira de; Souza, André Ricardo de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8978076849998172; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0466443465021289; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7016915324466152; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-8170-9692; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-1689-3574; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-5224-3117In this research, I investigate the extent to which the assistance provided by evangelical organizations and churches to people in forced displacement is conditioned by an expectation of religious loyalty or adherence. To this end, I analyze the activities of a network of evangelical churches in relation to Ukrainians brought to Brazil following the onset of the war in Ukraine in 2022. Data collection was conducted through 22 semi-structured interviews carried out during fieldwork in Curitiba and Prudentópolis, in the Brazilian state of Paraná, with representatives of participating churches, volunteers and other individuals involved in the migration process, and Ukrainian migrants who remained in the country. Data analysis is guided by the Sociological Discourse Analysis (SDA) developed by the Madrid Qualitative School, understanding discourse not merely as vocabulary employed, but as a form of production of reality and knowledge, inscribed in power dynamics and beyond intentionality. I argue that evangelical churches and organizations frequently operate in the migration field in a proselytizing manner and with expansionist objectives, utilizing social actions to fulfill the biblically inspired mission of converting people from all nations. These actors pursue this end through diverse approaches and discourses but often seek an "integral" action that positions them as the primary or sole benefactors of the assisted individuals, while discouraging them from seeking other sources of support. These strategies encounter barriers that limit their outcomes, the main one being the difficulty of reaching a significant number of non-evangelicals in specific contexts. I further suggest that there is a trend toward growth in evangelical social action regarding forced displacement, stemming from religious leaders' identification of this field as fertile for reaching individuals of diverse cultural and religious profiles; from their extensive networks of religious, political, and economic connections; and from the increasing openness of national states and international organizations to their participation in humanitarian policies and in the migration governance.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Equações semilineares com não linearidade de absorção e medida como dado(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2026-03-04) Segantin, Carlos Eduardo Passarin; Miyagaki, Olimpio Hiroshi; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2646698407526867; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5608-3760; Presoto, Adilson Eduardo; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6788916708841254; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-2502-8435; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8804626665987421; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-8879-679X; Presoto, Adilson Eduardo; Madeira, Gustavo Ferron Madeira; Neves, Sérgio Leandro Nascimento; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6788916708841254; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1540196066117667; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7097113765082244; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-2502-8435; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-4715-319X; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-8758-0233This work aimed to investigate the nonlinear Dirichlet problem with measure data and the difficulties that arise by reducing the regularity of the data. An analytical framework was established to study the existence, uniqueness, and regularity of solutions when the boundary data is a measure, generalizing classical formulations that require data in Lebesgue spaces. The approach is based on Sobolev space theory, the notion of capacity, and measure theory, employing tools such as the Newtonian potential, Kato's inequality, and the weak and inverse maximum principles. The text develops the necessary theoretical foundations to address the subject, among them: measure and integration theory (including the Radon-Nikodym-Lebesgue decomposition for \(\sigma\)-finite measures), properties of harmonic functions, Sobolev space theory (embeddings, trace, Poincar\'e inequalities), and the formulation of the Poisson equation with measure data in the distributional sense. The main results obtained include: the characterization of solutions as the sum of a Newtonian potential and a harmonic function; the equivalence between distributional and dual of the set of smooth functions vanishing at the domain boundary formulations of the Dirichlet problem; and the derivation of more general versions of the maximum principle (weak and inverse) in the context of measures, using the decomposition of a measure into diffuse and concentrated parts with respect to Sobolev capacity. These results consolidate the basis for the subsequent study of nonlinear problems.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Avaliação do ensino de comportamento monetário para adolescentes com autismo e deficiência intelectual(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2026-03-04) Lima, Daniela Cristina de Araújo; Afonso, Priscila Benitez; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0000868072508462; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-3501-7606; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8587734335931592; https://orcid.org/0009-0001-1988-1034; Orlando, Rosimeire Maria; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4254571422608459; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-0990-6146The acquisition of monetary behavior involving addition has been investigated using the constructed response matching to sample (CRMTS) procedure. In this context, the present study aimed to verify whether the insertion of this procedure into a relational network, using whole monetary values corresponding to two-, five-, ten-, and twenty-real banknotes, as well as one-real and fifty-cent coins, would allow for the emergence of the mathematical operation of addition. Five youths diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual Disability (ID) participated in the study. The experimental stimuli employed throughout all phases of the procedure were organized into four sets: orally dictated values (A), pictorial representations of banknotes and coins presented individually (B), pictorial representations of combinations of coins and banknotes composing whole values (C), and the mathematical operation of addition involving these stimuli (D). The teaching procedure was structured into six phases: multiple baseline across tasks; teaching of AB relations; teaching of AC relations; testing for transitivity of BC and CB relations; testing for the emergence of BD and CD relations for addition; and two follow-up measures conducted seven and thirty days after the teaching procedure. All tasks were presented in a computerized format. The results indicated that all participants already demonstrated AB relations in their initial repertoire, corresponding to matching dictated values with pictorial representations of banknotes and coins. The number of direct teaching trials required for the acquisition of AC relations, involving dictated values and quantities of coins and banknotes, ranged from one to five. Participants showed difficulty understanding that the requested value could result from the combination of smaller values based on the orally presented model. The participants’ initial repertoire did not appear to interfere with the emergence and maintenance of addition operations (CD relations), with consistent follow-up performances ranging from 80% to 100% accuracy. These findings support the argument that difficulties in retention often attributed to Intellectual Disability may, in fact, be related to shortcomings in instructional programming. The CRMTS procedure proved effective in promoting the emergence of addition within the context of monetary behavior, and the use of computerized tasks appeared to enhance participant engagement, indicating that evidence-based practices can provide functional and individualized pedagogical alternatives.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Ansiedade, depressão e o papel da granularidade na regulação emocional(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2026-03-04) Costa, Henrique; Schelini, Patrícia; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6185333517392859; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8549526521397479; Miguel, Fabiano; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8404130543685490Emotional granularity, defined as the ability to differentiate and label affective experiences in a specific way, has been associated with protection against the development of psychopathology. In the university context, characterized by high demands and pressure for performance, deficits in the discrimination and regulation of negative emotions can intensify symptoms of anxiety and depression. This dissertation investigated the relationships between probable signs of anxiety and depression, negative emotional granularity, and the use of emotional regulation strategies (cognitive reappraisal and emotional suppression) in Brazilian university students. The study included 174 undergraduate and graduate students (M = 23.5 years), who responded online to the HADS, ERQ, DERS, and PANAS instruments. Analyses involved descriptive statistics, mean comparison tests, hierarchical linear regressions, and Multiple Correspondence Analysis. The results indicated high prevalences of probable signs of anxiety (43.6%) and depression (18.9%), as well as significant differences in the dimensions of the DERS, highlighting greater deficits in knowledge, clarity, and access to regulatory strategies among participants with clinical symptomatology. No differences were observed in the frequency of use of reappraisal and suppression strategies, suggesting that the impairment is related to the effectiveness and flexibility of emotional regulation, and not to its attempt. Anxiety proved to be the main predictor of overall negative affect. The Multiple Correspondence Analysis identified distinct affective profiles, characterized by anxious exhaustion and defensive hostility. It is concluded that clinical symptomatology compromises the success of the regulatory process, mediated by low emotional granularity, indicating that interventions should prioritize increasing emotional differentiation and strategic flexibility.
