This present study looks for exploit tools and concepts of Project Management and Agile Methodology, both discussed in some disciplines of the Environmental Management and Analysis bachelor degree at UFSCar, which are very common in professional scopes of multiple companies. The study was realized in a Publicity Agency situated at São Carlos – SP and involved the practical analysis of the realized activities and the literature review of the observed concepts inside the agency. The study made it possible to see the importance of the Project Management and of the application of the tools which promote the intern communication and the generation of value for improve the general results to the clients and, in consequence, to the agency. The internship accomplished all the objectives proposed by the interested parts and made it possible for the intern for his intended professional development at the Marketing, Publicity, Planning and Management areas. Beyond that, another discussed points were about the importance and difficulties for a Environmental Manager and Analyst to work at those knowledge areas.
