Silva, Weslem Liberato (Universidade Federal de São Carlos, UFSCar, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Matemática - PPGM, , 23/10/2012)This thesis was developed in two parts. Firstly, we consider a pair of fiber-preserving maps f1, f2 : M → M in a fiber bundle with base S1 and fiber Klein bottle. Using an algebraic system of equations we found in ...
Inforzato, Caio Carlevaro (Universidade Federal de São Carlos, UFSCar, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Matemática - PPGM, , 24/09/2012)We present an introductory study of smooth manifolds, bundles and Stiefel- Whitney classes (of real vector bundles). We explained that, given a certain smooth m-dimensional manifold, the Stiefel- Whitney classes of its ...
Paiva, Thales Fernando Vilamaior (Universidade Federal de São Carlos, UFSCar, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Matemática - PPGM, , 28/03/2014)In this work we study the theory of Reidemeister coincidence classes for coincidences between two sections s; f : B → E de um fibrado q : E → B, both the algebraic treatment by the Reidemeister action and the ...
