Conflitos e violência no campo no estado do Pará de 2003 a 2018: uma análise da concentração fundiária brasileira
Abstract
This article aimed to analyze the causes that intensified the occurrences of conflicts and violence in the field for the state of Pará, from 2003 to 2018. Based on the production mode and territorialization of the peasantry, especially of landless rural workers, it was raised reflections regarding the land structure in Brazil. For that It was used the historic of land occupation in Brazil, as a process of land concentration; public policies about agrarian issues for the analyzed period; data collected by governmental organizations and institutions, as well an analysis of the implications of the implementation for the agribusiness as a production model of capitalist agriculture, besides a brief discussion of the increasing criminalization of social movements in the Brazilian field, thus resulting in a material that houses the allegations of violence against peasants in the state of Pará.
