Tudo sob controle: percepções dos estagiários sobre controle e autonomia em uma empresa de marketing digital
Abstract
The present research sought to understand how this change in the forms of control adopted by technology companies are perceived by workers, whether they perceive themselves as autonomous or controlled, in a Digital Marketing company, in São Carlos-SP, which I will name company A. More specifically, I intend to analyze the set of company practices, within the speeches of the interns, analyzing their perception of the liminality between the perception of control and autonomy. I will mainly resort to the theoretical assumptions of Dardot and Laval (2016) for the analysis, in the discussion about flexibility and change in the forms of control, the workers of areas where the execution is intellectual and creative, with a demand of bias the requirement of a worker autonomous and self-managed that have high demands for the production of human and engaged capital. Throughout the monograph, it is argued that the discourse of entrepreneurship was one of the main factors for the transformation of control mechanisms.
