Determinantes sociais, prevalência e fatores associados à autopercepção de saúde em Mâncio Lima

A avaliação da autopercepção de saúde é útil para obter informações sobre o estado de saúde de
populações. Os Determinantes Sociais da Saúde (DSS) podem influenciar o resultado dessa avaliação. O
objetivo desse trabalho é avaliar como os DSS influenciam na prevalência de autopercepção de saúde
“regular” ou “ruim” e seus fatores associados na população urbana de Mâncio Lima, Acre. Trata-se de
estudo transversal, de inquérito domiciliar, realizado na área urbana de Mâncio Lima. Realizou-se
análises exploratória, descritiva, bivariada e teste Qui-Quadrado com α = 0,05. Valores p < 0,05 foram
considerados significativamente estatísticos. A prevalência de autopercepção de saúde “regular” ou
“ruim” foi de 44,5%. Sexo, idade, escolaridade, presença de morbidades nos últimos 15 dias, benefício
governamental e renda per capita associaram-se ao desfecho. Assim, saber os fatores que interferem na
autopercepção de saúde é importante para a criação e melhoria de políticas públicas de prevenção e
promoção à saúde.
