Abstract
The present study aims to analyze, in the light of Autonomy theories, the trajectory of writing a scientific paper with the support of a digital course focused on English for Academic Purposes. The theory of Genre Analysis and Academic Production is also part of the theoretical framework of this research and supports the proposed analysis. This is a narrative research and the instruments for the investigations are the diaries about the participation in the chosen course and the path of writing the scientific paper. The diaries make it possible to carry a self-reflection regarding the process and an analysis of which are the potential contributions of the digital resource for the academic production.
