Abstract
This work aims to present and study Sheaf Cohomology, which is a theory used measure the obstruction of solving a problem globally when it can be solved locally. To this end, we discuss basic definitions and results from category theory, which enable us to conduct an organized study of (pre)sheaf theory and homological algebra, including abelian categories, that will be essential for our objective. We will also define the Cech Cohomology, which helps us calculate the Sheaf Cohomology in “well-behaved” spaces.
