In this work, we have developed a study of the impact of two variables (Water and Monohydroyized Epoxy Resin) to Epoxy resin raw material in the behavior of the reactivity and viscosity of a " Epoxy System (Parts A - Resin Modified + Component B - Curing Agent) used in the manufacturing of blades Reinforced Plastic (FRP) for wind power generators. Over 90% of Global manufacturers of blades utilize the infusion process, which requires the speed of evolution of viscosity depending on the reactivity of the epoxy system meets specific conditions and limitations of the infusion process in their plants. Knowing that those two variables have a direct impact on the property of viscosity, we have evaluated separately the correlation of the variables with the epoxy resin and the component "A" of epoxy system. The objective of this project was to obtain the ability to predict and then set the best parameters for those variables that did not cause any disturbance rheokinetic when using Epoxy System.
