Lógica de Programação para alunos surdos do ensino médio: desenvolvimento à distância de material didático

Abstract

Disciplinas com termos técnicos e conteúdos abstratos como Lógica de Programação podem ser um grande desafio para o ensino de alunos surdos de Ensino médio. Um material específico para o aluno surdo desta disciplina pode ser muito útil. Em caráter exploratório, usando métodos qualitativos e quantitativos, este trabalho tem por objetivo compreender a dinâmica da construção à distância de material para alunos surdos do Ensino Médio em Lógica de Programação utilizando materiais e tecnologias disponíveis e de baixo custo. Os resultados sugerem que a criação do material pode ser beneficiada quando apoiada em elementos imagéticos em detrimento de textos apenas verbais oferecidos pelo professor. A interação do professor e intérprete é essencial para as melhores escolhas e abordagens e o storyboard se mostra um poderoso recurso, sobretudo no trabalho à distância.Abstract: Subjects with abstract terms and contents such as Programming Logic can be a great challenge for technicians of deaf high school students. A specific material for the deaf student for this subject can be very useful. On an exploratory basis, using qualitative methods and understandable objectives, this work has the capacity to build material at a distance for high school students in Programming Logic using materials and technologies that are available and cost-effective. The results obtained revealed that the creation of the material can greatly benefit from the use of image elements, compared to exclusively verbal texts offered by the teacher. The interaction of teacher and interpreter is essential for the best choices and approaches, and the storyboard technique proves to be a powerful resource, especially in distance work.
