A feira COMSAL como espaço de sociabilidade entre os sujeitos na UFSCar campus Lagoa do Sino

Abstract

This research aimed to describe and understand how Feira da Lagoa works, the result of the extension project entitled Commercialization with Food Security (COMSAL) started in 2016. To do this, we used a bibliographical review on the historical constitution of the fair and the family. farmers, as well as the sociological analysis of the COMSAL fair in the territorial space of the Lagoa do Sino campus. Through this study we were able to understand that the COMSAL project is closely related to the fundamental pillars that permeate the Pedagogical Curricular Proposal of the Administration course, namely: Territorial Development, Sustainability, Food Security and Agro-industrial Systems.
