Description
O objetivo deste estudo foi fornecer a caracterização completa da dependência da fase PhHP-SAP e K2HP-SAP na idade e sexo calculado a partir da variabilidade espontânea batimento a batimento do período cardíaco (HP) e pressão arterial sistólica (SAP). Foram avaliados 110 indivíduos aparentemente saudáveis (55 homens e 55 mulheres), com idades entre 21 e 70 anos. A faixa de idade foi dividida em cinco décadas: de 21 a 30 anos (21-30), de 31 a 40 anos (31-40), de 41 a 50 anos (41-50), de 51 a 60 anos (51-60) e de 61 a 70 anos (61-70). Foram avaliados a média e a variância do período cardíaco e pressão arterial sistólica e análise espectral cruzada entre a pressão arterial sistólica e o período cardíaco (K2HP-SAP, PhHP-SAP, BRS).
