Abstract

This study aim is the investigation of the intersection between the theological-political spheres and the process of subjectivity in the modernity. Through genealogical procedures, we tryed to investigate the birth of the concepts of sovereignty and State, in the end of the late medieval and early modern times, watching some reflections on how works the modern state machine and its images, through the discourses subjectivityoperators / educators. The term education-of-state refers to the process whereby certain educational techniques perpetuates and makes absolutes the discourse of contemporary state. The objective is, in the end, to think the practices of subjectivation beyond education-of-state and unbind the sovereignty of traditional images.
