Abstract

The changes occurred in the 80 s decade make the municipal districts took more and more responsibility about the 90 s decade urban problems. Among them, the dwelling access amplification and low gains community life s quality, guidelines contained in the Urban Reform. In this sense, municipal districts should develop public politics to social habitation involving habitational financing to low gains community, having in view that Federal and State Governments had absented themselves about this responsibility. Considering this context and having in view the actual Municipal s financial difficulties, it is necessary a better understanding about this phenomenon, elaborating strategies to solve it. This way, this work accomplish statistics acts carried out by Jaboticabal s municipal district in the 90 s decade, intending to analyze the Jaboticabal s public financing tendencies, through indicators.
