listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, A gestão do conhecimento nos processos do Departamento de Almoxarifado da UFSCar(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2015-08-13) Silva, Jônatas Rodrigues da; Martins, Manoel Fernando; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3921504261628850; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1451204934266281Knowledge management is the orderly activity that an organization conducts to appropriate the known knowledge, register and catalog it, and make it available to the entire organization. The management, creation, and dissemination of knowledge is important for any organization. The present descriptive investigation, through a case study, analyzed the actual knowledge in the processes performed by the Warehouse Department at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), and has identified the tacit and explicit knowledge, and proposed a model for the Management of knowledge at UFSCar. The main theoretical reference was the theory of knowledge creation proposed by Japanese professor Ikujiro Nonaka.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Teoria do grau topológico e sua aplicação em um problema elíptico ressonante superlinear(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2015-08-13) Gabert, Rodrigo de Freitas; Rodrigues, Rodrigo da Silva; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9606661651573155; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1113124124946591In this work, we will show an important tool of nonlinear analysis, which has great applicability in partial differential equations: the topological degree theory. We will construct the topological degree in finite and infinite dimensions and show its main properties. Through this theory we will prove existence of solutions for two nonlinear elliptic problems with Dirichlet's boundary conditions, which were studied in [8]. To make topological degree be applicable to such problems, it will be of great importance obtain a-priori estimatives for possible solutions of these problems. To this end, we'll use inequalities of Hardy-Sobolev's type.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Padronização de extratos de folhas de amoreira com potencial fitoestrogênico para uso no tratamento dos sintomas do climatério(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2015-08-13) Bergo, Patrícia Luísa de Souza; Forim, Moacir Rossi; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1234565160573730; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4595777908539024Mulberry leaves are commonly used by women to alleviate hot flashes, shivering and night sweats. These symptoms appear due to the irregular estrogen secretion by ovaries during climacteric and are often alleviated using natural products for non-hormonal replacement therapy (NHRT). A recurrent issue regarding the use of plant extracts as therapeutics is the lack of standardization, compromising their efficacy. In the present work, hydroethanolic extracts of Morus alba leaves with pharmaceutical potential were qualitatively and quantitatively standardized. All extracts were screened by in vitro assays for estrogenicity based in estrogen receptor cell model (ER+ MFC-7). The ones containing up to 35% ethanol (v/v) induced cell proliferation like 17--estradiol. The extracts with alcohol level between 35 and 75% behaved as partial agonists, while higher alcohol content extracts killed the cells. In ER selectivity in vitro assay based on ER- cell model (MDA-MB-231), extracts prepared with up 55% ethanol were inactive and the others killed them. Cell-based assays using non-tumoral fibroblasts showed cytotoxicity for extracts with ethanol concentration higher than 60%. Thus, extracts prepared using 0-35% ethanol were the more suitable for phytoestrogenic sources in NHRT. Ethanol solutions (50-60%) were the best ones to get an extract with antitumoral potential for triple negative breast cancer subtype. Multivariate exploratory techniques were applied to analyze the chemical profile provided by FT-ICR-MS and LC-DAD-MS. Extracts with estrogenic activity had 3-O-(6”-glycosyl), 3-O-(6”- rutinosyl) e 3-O-(6”-malonylglycosyl) derivatives of quercetin and kaempferol. These 6 coumpounds were then defined as chemical markers for the quantitative standardization of mulberry leaf extracts, expressed as total flavonoids content (TFC). The maximum TFC was below 3% (w/w) in the total agonistic-like extracts. In the partial agonist-like and highly toxic ones the average levels were 4.8% and 4,4% respectively. The influence of environmental factors over the bioactive compounds content in mulberry leaves was also investigated. Four-seasons: the highest TFC was found in the beginning of spring (4.9%) and the lowest one in autumn (2.0%). Circardian cycle: the maximum TFC was reached in early morning (2.4%), gradually reducing throughout the photoperiod. Senescence: TFC average increment at 0.53% monthly. Hydric stress: higher TCF values (2.0%) were found during drought periods. Quantitative analysis of the chemical markers was also performed in samples of mulberry-based herbal drugs. The TCF results showed a huge variability among them (0.28 to 13.88%), clearly evidencing the lack of standardization of raw materials to be used in formulations. This work highlighted that mulberry leaf hydroethanolic extracts are sources for phytoestrogens and hence have promising potential for treatment of climacteric symptoms, but the control of extraction solvent composition is the key to efficacy. Small changes on it can interfere substantially in the expected biological activity, hence the concentration of bioactive compounds must be kept under an optimal range, even in an unfavorable environmental condition.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Cinética e variação molecular de substâncias húmicas formadas da lixiviação de macrófitas aquáticas(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2015-08-13) Assunção, Argos Willian de Almeida; Bianchini Júnior, Irineu; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0659731944736389; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8321009983922077The humic substances (HS) are important to aquatic ecosystems. In this study we investigated the kinetics and molecular variations of dissolved fulvic acids (FA) and humic acids (HA) formed from aquatic macrophytes decomposition under aerobic and anaerobic conditions. The results supported the proposition and validation of kinetic models that treated the formation, transformation and mineralization of dissolved SH. Although mineralization and humification are concurrent events, the aerobic condition favored these two processes contributed primarily to HA formation. The detritus showed different mineralization and HS formation potentials. Larger amounts of HS were related to higher carbon content in the detritus and lower mineralization of dissolved organic carbon (DOC). The SH mass loss rates were lower than the refractory fraction of particulate detritus, showing the recalcitrance of dissolved HS. The DOC with higher C/N proportions presented higher coefficient rates. The HS presented similar characteristics regardless of detritus source. However, aerobic conditions favored variation of polysaccharides content in HS, indicating transformation of these compounds. Aerobic conditions favored dissolved HS mineralization and its assimilation by microorganisms. The AH presented higher reactive fraction than FA, and was an important precursor of FA. The FA presented refractory characteristics and formed less HA, indicating that the liginocellulosic compounds of the detritus are the main precursors of HA.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Paratopia política e formação do ethos discursivo na atividade literária : uma análise discursiva de narrativas brasileiras(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2015-08-13) Ponsoni, Samuel; Baronas, Roberto Leiser; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4613001301744682; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6739815431846441Our research seeks a discursive understanding of some literary events that occurred during the last Brazilian dictatorship, that is, between 1964 and 1985, during which military and civilians perpetrated a coup to the political and democratic state of law. During this period, various cultural, social, political events were severely repressed. There was, during the most repressive years - 1970 - an institutionalized censorship, which bared subversive content to the existing order. It is precisely in this most repressive period that it is focused our research to bring literary materials for analysis of some linguistic phenomena. These materials are some texts, tale genre of Cadeiras proibidas by Ignácio de Loyola Brandão, 1976, and Seminário dos ratos, by Lygia Fagundes Telles, 1977. These materials are the corpora of the research, which were taken sets of textual sequences for analysis, foundations of some theoretical notions from a discursive viewpoint of discourse analysis, more specifically those forged in the polls and French scholars. At first, this research aims an understanding of how such literary constructions created conditions of possibility to produce, incorporate and manage discursive places of meaning, even having as historical conditions of production, a curtailed and oppressive socio-cultural environment. This time also, we want to understand how it was possible the literary creation itself, at a time of censorship and repression, by a hypothesis that is based on the notion concept of paratopia, from Dominique Maingueneau in his studies of literary discourse. To the different axes of paratopic creation, we want to add an axis specifically of political creation, which would explain a certain theoretical and analytical path to literary productions in the historic time when appeared such narratives. In a second step, there is a shift that aims to establish a different theoretical and methodological procedure for, in the same process, comprehend, describe and interpret linguistic elements and discursive elements of these corpora. In this second "time-purpose" it is firmed the hypothesis of scrutinizing the composition and formation of names and descriptions given to characters in their actions in the narrative plot. Moreover, as these names and descriptions are joined also to the composition of stereotypes that ultimately sustain discursive images that the characters give themselves and others, building dialectically, then, a discursive ethos of these texts for the historical and social context in question. These elements, we believe, make up the set of forms for adhesion of speakers to a desired speech by literary texts in any possible worlds. Trying to answer these questions and hypotheses are the objective of this research.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Escola em tempo integral : política educacional, gestão da pobreza e a produção social do consenso(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2015-08-13) Rabesco, Rafaela; Georges, Isabel Pauline Hildegard; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8496471825849003; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8741066777099421This research was aimed at studying / researching the process and the social consequences of educational policy management for the Brazilian public school, whose tendency is to implement the School Full-Time. Based on the analysis of official documents and reports, the literature review on the topic and a qualitative research with the research subjects we seek to dwell on the analysis of the following key questions that guide the study: To analyze how the model of education full-time was historically, becoming a consensus with regard to educational policies aimed, in theory, improving the quality of education; Understanding the influence of multilateral organizations in the social production of this consensus and the practical view of implementation in developing countries, such as Brazil; Examine ways of receipt of such policy in the school ground through the research subjects who experience in a concrete way, the dilemmas posed to school through this educational modality that expands the role of the school while makes new demands to those who make up in its various spheres; Identify and describe concepts and comprehensive education practices full time evidenced in educational programs of the municipality / school searched; And may, therefore, examine what are the specifics of this program, in normative sense, the municipality studied in relation to national policy School Full-Time and observe to what extent this school marked out in full-time school attaches to the role of people management poor and poverty, as a space of "guardian" of children in situations of social vulnerability; After carrying out semi-structured interviews, informal conversations, observations, systematic notes in Fieldbook and the daily life of the school in the city studied, it was observed that: You can not understand the meaning of school full time today, without taking into account the social changes from the 1990s, mainly to turn the social policies of management parameters in international organizations (such as the World Bank and UN) regarding combating poverty (or vulnerability), to moralize the discussion depoliticizing it at the same time. And socially producing consensus that educational (and social) policies, focused on poor management (and poverty), when guided by the individualization both in the process of work as the education / training process - mobilizing subjectivity "autonomous" and "trained "that can emerge through self development - act to legitimize, in the name of social justice, individual success. The school produced under this social effect is extended in time, but without corresponding qualitative straight to it promulgates, due mainly to the conditions of objective and subjective insecurity which promote individualization rather than the collective, the guilt due to the charges social circle, body and mental suffering on the negative and lasting effects on the subjectivity of teachers and the lack of perspective in relation to the direction of the teaching profession and school as fact institution forming and socialization of knowledge.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Estruturação genética populacional de Salminus hilarii (Characiformes : Characidae) na Bacia do Alto Paraná(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2015-08-13) Nunes, Aline Galindo; Freitas, Patrícia Domingues de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5647631868534064; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7305656895958851The Salminus genus is characterized by predatory fish medium to large, migratory and ichthyophagi, very appreciated in fisheries and gastronomy. Among these stands out the Salminus hilarii species, popularly known as tabarana and considered top of the food chain, due to its high degree of selectivity for environments with rich water oxygen which constitutes a good environmental indicator. This species occurs in the São Francisco basins, Paraná basins and Jaguaribe river, and depends on specific hydrological conditions to carry out their reproduction. In this context and because of intense anthropogenic interference that such river systems have suffered, population's study of tabaranas in the upper Paraná basin can contribute to a better understanding of aspects related to its population structure and conservation of their populations. Thus, the aim of this study was to characterize the population genetic structure of S. hilarii at different periods in rivers of the Upper Paraná basin, in order to better understand the population dynamics of fish and effectively contribute to their conservation. It was used for molecular analysis 15 polymorphic microsatellite loci and mtDNA (D-loop). The results revealed the existence of population differentiation among the rivers sampled. Nevertheless, individuals sampled in the Jacaré-pepira river and Cubatão showed no genetic difference, indicating the occurrence of gene flow between populations sufficient to maintain the genetic homogeneity. Moreover, it was possible to identify the temporal structure into the Turvo and Jacaré-pepira river. A high genetic diversity was found in populations of Upper Paraná basin sampled rivers. The D-loop analysis showed no population structure between samples, but indicated the occurrence of a high diversity. The contradictory results may be due to mutational rates of the markers used, since microsatellites have high mutational rate. These results are important for understanding the behavior and biology of these fish, and also to establish fisheries management programs and conservation S. hilarii in the upper Paraná basin.
