Rural Extension can be configured as a tool to access public policies to promote and consolidate sustainable rural development. The present study aimed to analyze the occurrence of Ater public calls in the state of Paraná, focusing on the construction and initiation of the public call INCRA and SAF/DATER/ MDA nº 13/2013, the agroecology public call, including the perspectives of extension workers and other professionals involved in the execution of Ater activities in the region of the Vale do Ribeira. For this purpose, semi-structured interviews were applied to 17 professionals, as well as documentary and bibliographic review about the subject. Through these tools, it was possible to verify that despite significant advances in the agroecological rural extension, many bottlenecks are still present and prominent in these services. If on one hand the government presents proposals and builds with civil society structuring public policies and that leverage the life of the producer, in the other hand the state itself has stuck this development. Cryotherapy is used to temporarily reduce spasticity, but its effects on sensorimotor control components, such as the joint position sense (JPS), and gait performance in hemiparetics individuals are still unclear. Objectives: To evaluate the immediate effects of cryotherapy (ice pack modality) on the spasticity level, ankle JPS and gait performance in chronic hemiparetic individuals post-stroke. Methods: Sham-controlled crossover design. Sixteen chronic hemiparetic subjects were randomized into two groups: 1) those who received cryotherapy and after fifteen days they received control intervention (Cryotherapy Group – CT); and 2) those who received control intervention and after fifteen days they received cryotherapy (Control Intervention Group – CI). Joint position sense (JPS) of the ankle was measured in the paretic side by using a Biodex Multi-joint System 3 dynamometer before and after receiving 20 minutes of either applications. The lower absolute error scores were calculated for data analyses and used to determine proprioception. The spasticity levels of ankle’s muscles were scored according to the Modified Ashworth Scale. The 6-meter walking test was applied to determine participants walking speed. Results: Cryotherapy reduced the spasticity level of ankle dorsiflexors and plantar flexor muscles, without altering the ankle joint position sense and gait speed. For development of an application using OpenFlow protocol, some resources are needed as assets that support it, controller and test environments that can be used as emulated, simulated or even scheduling resources in a testbed. This work aims to explore the differences of implementation and tradeoff between these well-known environments and the trade, pointing numbers that are interesting to choose a method. As a general objective, the study intends to analyze the selected articles in order to verify if they attribute to the hidden curriculum a negative function, or if they also indicate the possibility that it serves the human emancipation. The adopted theoretical framework understands that there are implicit actions, positive or negative, in the relations between curriculum and power that aim to maintain order, contributing to the world vision of the ruling class to prevail. Such actions concern the hidden curriculum and contribute to the hegemony of the ruling class. This curriculum is composed of aspects that exist in school that collaborate tacitly to relevant social learning. Therefore, there is an intrinsic relationship between education and broader aspects of society. However, the hidden curriculum can also act in the sense of human emancipation. It is argued that, in addition to the reproduction of dominant interests, there are conflicts, contradictions and resistance in schools. It is necessary, therefore, to go beyond the reproductive role of the hidden curriculum so that the dialectical movement of reality is evidenced, contributing to social equality. In this sense, the research, of a bibliographic nature, has as corpus of analysis 22 articles published in 19 journals indexed in the SciELO database. Regarding the researched data, it is noteworthy that most of the publications focus on the area of Health. It is verified that most of them refers to Higher Education. Therefore, it is noticed that there is a shortage of articles related to Basic Education and, above all, to the area of Education. In addition, there are no publications of papers in journals specialized in curriculum. The most emphasized aspects in most texts about the approach to the hidden curriculum concept are: i) emphasis on its negative function; ii) its influence on the students' training process; iii) concern of researchers from the area of Health with the teaching of ethics and with the role of the professor; iv) association of the hidden curriculum concept with the disagreement between what is said and what is done; v) relationship between curriculum and economic aspects. The results and characteristics of the studies suggest the existence of a lack of definition of the concept of hidden curriculum, because there is a great dispersion in what is considered this curriculum in the analyzed articles. Most of the works are based on the complaint of the hidden curriculum. However, there are references to the possibility of using this concept for social transformation. It becomes substantial to redefine and resituate the concept of hidden curriculum. It is necessary to go beyond its negative function, using its positive potential for human emancipation, considering it in the dialectical perspective. It is argued, therefore, that the hidden curriculum means a possibility of emancipatory action in the school environment. There is a challenge for everyone involved in education. To that end, we based our theoretical-methodological approach in the Franco-Brazilian Discourse Analysis, especially with the contributions of Michel Pêcheux and Eni Orlandi, also using the theoretical contribution of the studies of Michel Foucault and Debord, in order to understand the exercise of power through the mediatic discourse, in which we understand that there is the control of the speech due to economic, social and political ends that reinforce the relations of force inside the social practices, affecting ideologically the subjects, who are immersed in the symbolic and spectacular representations in advertising speech. Our object of study consists of seven commercials, two of them of women‟s underwear by the brand Duloren, three of them of beer by the brands Antarctica and Devassa and the remaining two of the Motel Lemon. Our analysis was made from four discursive sequences, in which we analyzed the slogans, the images (color and layout), the physical and ideological positioning of the female image and the title. We understand that these elements, common in the construction of advertising, constitute the ideological, social and historical mark that inscribes the subject in different discursive formations, retake forgotten discourses in the imaginary and reconstruct them under other conditions of production, questioning the subjects and making them identify with the ideological formation that is conveyed by the product / service being sold. The considerations derived from this research led us to reflect on these effects of meanings, which tend to represent women, through certain discursive practices that evidence a confrontation of discourses and accentuate other discourses that are reconstructed and reformulated in an apparent new discursive event. Thus, it is necessary to consider the media not only as a means of information, but as a strong ideological instrument that reproduces recurrent discursive practices that are the reflection of the devaluation of the female figure, due to a socio-historical condition and reinforced by the market industry. Periods of exacerbations are frequent and are associated with increased risk for cardiovascular disease and reduced overall health status. The involvement of cardiac autonomic modulation (CAM) has been evidenced in this population in stable periods; however, knowledge about CAM in exacerbated hospitalized COPD, as well as on the influence of functional aspects in this function is still scarce. In this context, of exacerbation of COPD and the possibility of advancing the knowledge about the cardiac autonomic nervous system and the functional capacity in this clinical condition motivated the development of this dissertation, which will consist of the presentation of a study titled " Increased parasympathetic cardiac modulation in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: how should we interpret it?". The aim of this study was to evaluate MAC responses in patients with COPD during exacerbation of the disease compared to patients in stable condition and to verify the possible association of these responses with functional capacity. Patients with COPD were included in the study and divided into two groups according to the clinical condition: stable and exacerbated. The exacerbated patients were evaluated in the first 24-48 hours after initiation of pharmacological therapy for exacerbation. The HR signal and the RR intervals were recorded for 10 minutes in seated position for later analysis of MAC using heart rate variability (HRV) indices. Clinical and functional data were obtained by evaluating handgrip strength, dyspnea and general health status. Our results showed higher values of the representative indices of the parasympathetic modulation for the exacerbated patients compared to the stable patients: RMSSD (17.8 ± 5.6 vs 11.7 ± 9.5 ms); HF (111.3 ± 74.9 vs. 45.6 ± 80.7 ms2); SD1 (12.7 ± 3.9 vs. 8.3 ± 6.7 ms). Significant and negative associations between HF and handgrip strength (r = -0.58) and LF with dyspnea were found (r = -0.53) (P <0.05). These findings can be attributed, among other factors, to the influence of vagal activity on the respiratory system, which results in narrowing of the airways and consequent worse clinical status. Reinforcing these findings it was possible to verify that the parasympathetic modulation is inversely associated to the functional capacity in the exacerbation of the disease. It is a set of issues related to teachers of basic education, both teachers' trainers (TT) and beginning teachers (BT). The questions are related to training needs and professional learning (and consequently professional development) of these educators. The central questions were: Considering the development of PFOM, TT mobilized what knowledge, from those indicated in the literature as appropriate to their role? These professionals have presented training needs related to activities concerning the mentorship process? Which were them? Do these needs relate to those reported by the BT followed up? The main objective was: identify the training needs of the TT of PFOM and understand the relation between the knowledge mobilized in their acting as mentors. Methodological design was carried out through qualitative approach having as research object narratives produced by TT and by BT during the participation in the PFOM. Data were analyzed using the content analysis techniques supported by the ATLAS.ti software. Results evidenced that, although the guiding principles of PFOM were the same, each trainer has developed his own interpretations about mentorship processes. Such interpretations were influenced by realities and contexts of individual performances, as well as by tasks performed by these teachers. We identified that during their performance as mentors, TT mobilized the following set of knowledge: i) being able to understand the demands of BT; ii) know to analyse the steps of the training process; iii) know to seek information and make partnerships; iv) know to organize reflections and communications on training practices; v) knowledge of experience, the ability to act in the face of educational practices; vi) know to organize training strategies; vii) know to learn from the relationship between trainer and BT; viii) know to have a good interpersonal relationship. Apparently, TT and BT have presented different training needs. Training needs voiced by TT while performing the role of mentors were configured in the context of management and establishment and organization of strategies in the face of adult education. BT training needs were linked to: indiscipline, literacy, classroom management, inclusion and curriculum of early childhood education. Mentorship contributed to disruption of difficulties faced in the continuing training in-school, allowing a more horizontal formation with the participation of both parties (trainer and subject) in the structuring of the processes. It also met the real needs of participants. Since it is very difficult for a single professional to handle working alone in the training of teachers, it was clear the importance of mobilizing partnerships within the networks and/or educational systems and within school itself. The objective is to understand the relationships established between young high school students and school knowledge in a context of student occupation against the School Reorganization proposed by the government of the state of São Paulo in the second half of 2015. For this purpose, young people were invited to participate Students (girls and boys) from schools that were occupied in the city of São Carlos-SP, with ages between 15 and 17 years. The research has a qualitative methodological approach and seeks to understand the discourse of the participants through two main instruments of data collection: "balance of knowledge" and semi-structured interview. The obtained results bring to the understanding and characterization of the relations established with the scholarly knowledge of the young people interviewed, who pass through the school space, the socialization, the political vision they express, the community, the family, the teacherstudent relationship and also the relationship School-student management when we consider their social relations with knowledge. It also pervades aspects of personal taste, the future expectation and the self-image that they make of themselves, when we consider their relations to identity with knowledge. And they also go through pedagogical aspects, through the activity of the subject and through learning when we consider their epistemic relations with knowledge. One of the problems of the use is the contamination. The purpose of this paper was the physico-chemical characterization of eucalyptus bark used as a fuel in a wood panel industry, relating the high heating value (HHV) with the ash content. Six treatments were provided according to the particle size: T1 (850µm to 425 µm / unwashed), T2 (250 µm / unwashed), T 3 (<150 µm / unwashed), T4 (850µm to 425 µm / washed), T5 (250 µm / washed), T6 (<150 µm / washed). The material was assessed regarding moisture content. The treatments were subjected to HHV and proximate analysis. The ashes were analyzed under SEM - EDS in order to identify the components/contaminants. The data obtained in this study were statistically analyzed using the software R. The material presented moisture content of 70% on a dry basis, which is considered high for use in bioenergy. Contaminants comp onents such as calcium and silica were identified in the ash material. The proximate analysis showed a significant difference among treatments, the ash content presented values from 2.63% (T1) to 13.86% (T3). The process of washing the bark was efficient f or the reduction in ash content only in the particle size <150 µm. The growth of cancer cells in particular has been used for cancer -fighting drugs tests. The major obstacle faced in the present is that of the drugs that have a good effectiveness in cultured cells, few have the same result in clinical trials. Antitumor drugs are tested in cells that are grown in two dimensions (2D), whereas tumor cells in organisms grow in three dimensions (3D). For this reason, there is a need to establish a methodology for cultivation of cells in 3D, like in spheroids model, because in these cells mimic the tumors in vivo. Several methodologies for production of spheroids are being searched, and the dynamic model, which is usually held in bioreactors, presents the advantage of producing a large amount of spheroids. A big drawback of using bioreactors is the agitation required to maintain homogeneous environment can be lethal to cells. To work around this problem, different types of bioreactors have been researched, and the Taylor vortices bioreactor, characterized by low shear stresses generate. As a supporting feature to reduce cell death to improve cellular aggregation, the viscosity of the culture can be increase by the use of inert additives such as dextran. The aim of this work is to identify important factors to reduce the lethal effects of agitation and facilitate the formation of spheroids using a bioreactor of Taylor and increase the viscosity of the medium with dextran use. Using a bioreactor of Taylor of 100 mL were made eight experiments of tumor RT4 lineage of bladder cancer using two methods of agitation. For each agitation methodology, four cultures were used at two stirring levels and two viscosity levels in McCoy’s medium at 37 ºc and pH around 7.20. In all these cultures, it was possible to obtain spheroids, however the culture of 90 rpm, 0,80 cp and intermittent agitation was the only in which was obtained spheroids with a mean diameter in the range of 300 to 400 μm were obtained, there were few spheroids produced. In most cultures spheroids were obtained in the range of 100 to 200 μm and with circularity values close to 0.80. In general, crops with higher viscosity provided better aggregation results. This resource can be associated to video games and different levels of assistance can be used for specific and oriented tasks. However, there are insufficient guidelines to prescribe rehabilitation therapy of the lower limbs. The first aim of study was to verify whether a single session of robotic therapy promotes short-term ankle motor adaptations, influencing the coordinate movements (sub-maximum torque maintenance of ankle – steadiness), maximal strength outcomes, such as torque, power and work and functional performance in chronic post-stroke individuals; and the second objective was to describe the analysis the metric data related to accuracy, speed, smoothness and movement initiated without assistance, as well as trajectory variation recorded during robotic ankle therapy protocol based on the criteria of increasing and decreasing impedance adjustments. Both studies had double-arm pilot design, on a convenience sample of participants with chronic stroke (n = 14) who had residual hemiparetic deficits and an equal number of age- and sex-matched non-disabled control subjects. In the first manuscript, balance, mobility and function were measured. Concentric isokinetic and steadiness tests were assessed using dynamometry. The maximum and minimum muscle activation peaks were recorded by electromyography simultaneously with concentric tests. For submaximal sensorimotor control analysis (Steadiness), the standard deviation, coefficient of variation and root mean standard error (RMSE) were recorded. In the second manuscript, game score, movement initiated without assistance, initiation time, mean speed, number of speed peaks and trajectory variation were variables recorded over seven blocks with variable assistance levels. A motivation questionnaire was given to the hemiparesis group. The main results were motor adaptations in sub maximum maintenance, which were identified preferentially during the dorsiflexion. The hemiparesis group showed greater dexterity, initial reaction and smoothness during dorsiflexion post-robotic assistance therapy. People with chronic hemiparesis presented short-term performance gains in submaximal torque maintenance, especially during dorsiflexion after a single robotic therapy session. The actual robotic therapy protocol promoted preservation and maintenance of neuromuscular performance when compared to the healthy control group. In addition, analyzing the metric data obtained during the robotic therapy session corroborated to identify motor adaptation related to the speed, accuracy and errors in the trajectory position. Based on the consideration that teacher training should be a permanent process and considering the limitations of instrumental teaching in the initial formation of musical educators, we propose an intervention - the formative activity Recorder and musical education: experiences and reflections - aimed at the continuing education of educators who already use or intend to use the recorder in their classrooms. The activity was elaborated and conducted by the researcher, being offered in the Musicalization Laboratory of the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), between March and May of 2016 and had the participation of twelve educators, in exercise and in initial formation. The objective of the research was to identify and understand educative processes resulting from the intervention proposal. In order to do so, it was supported by theoretical contributions on teacher training and continuing education (GARCÍA, 1999; MIZUKAMI et al., 2002, FREIRE, 1997a and 2009, among others), on training of the musical educator (BELLOCHIO, 2003; DEL BEN, 2003; QUEIROZ; MARINHO, 2005; PENNA, 2007) and on recorder (BARROS, 2010, FRANCISCO, 2015a, 2015b e 2016; CALLEGARI, 2012 e 2013). As a methodological approach, the qualitative approach (DEMO, 2005; BOGDAN; BIKLEN, 1994), action research (THIOLLENT, 2002) and content analysis (BARDIN, 2006; FRANCO, 2008) as method of data analysis. The intervention was elaborated with reference to authors of education and musical education (FREIRE, 1997a; OSTETTO, 2010; FRANÇA; SWANWICK, 2002 and BEINEKE; FREITAS, 2006), seeking a dialogic perspective of the education. The importance of new cancer treatment researches is very clear since the ones that has been used are not very effective and may lead to drug resistance, implying in a constant dose increasing which can lead to toxicity issues. Collateral effects and the instability generated in the patient’s organism are also reasons why the necessity of discovering new cancer treatments is imminent. A treatment alternative that has aroused interest is the use of monoclonal antibodies as immunotherapics, since they act by stimulating the patient’s immune system neutralizing the tumor cells in a very efficient and specific way. This kind of antibody can be produced by culturing hybrid animal cells, better known as hybridoma, under strictly controlled conditions so they can be studied and used in human beings. For this reason, the major goal of this project was the production of murine monoclonal antibodies using hybridoma cell culture in order to stablish an efficient culture methodology for hybridomas PC-61 or DTA1 producers of monoclonal antibodies anti-CD25 and anti-GITR, respectively, with high quality and enough amounts using Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) free medium to, in the future, carry out animal model studies of their potential as therapeutic agents for cancer treatment. Both hybridomas were cultivated on a small scale with RPMI medium and addition of SFB, for comparative purposes and only one was selcted for the second step. The sequential adaptation methodology test, consisted in a gradual percent’s reduction of medium with serum at the same time that increase the percentage of commercial medium without serum, and was selected the medium without SFB in which the hybridoma was better adapted. After was carried out on a laboratory scale in a system type spinner flask (500 ml) with the commercial medium selected in the previous step, in controlled conditions of temperature (37 ° C) and pH (7.2). The issue that guides the research is defined as: which elements indications that composed algebraic thinking have been conceived and described by Brazilian studies in Mathematical Education from 1994 to 2014, and which of these elements have been prioritized in the teaching of algebra in basic education? For this, a qualitative meta-analysis was performed with 20 dissertations that composed the corpus analysis of the thesis, by taking into account as the theoretical basis for the data analysis the Ginzburg (1989) indiciary paradigm. We identified, starting from signs, a conception of ready and finished mathematics, the science of standards and regularities, which has an abstract thinking, a formal and symbolic language, by the researchers themselves. All these hypotheses can be identified in the memorials and interpretation of the theoretical references used in the research. Another evidence are the activities and didactic sequences elaborated by the teachers/researchers that prioritize in a certain section the formal algebra, symbolic, through the observation of regularities and numerical and/or geometric patterns in the process of teaching algebra. The repetitive nature of this sport can lead to bone, muscular and kinematic adaptations. Studies analyzing these adaptations in young athletes are scarce in the literature. Researches in this area are important since it could provide knowledge about upper extremity functioning pattern and adaptations due to the swimming practice in this young population. Furthermore, it could help to develop prevention programs for shoulder injuries, focused in this population. In this way, the purposes of the thesis were: 1) to compare scapular kinematics, scapulothoracic muscle activation and shoulder muscles pressure pain threshold between children and adolescents non-athletes, amateur swimmers and competitive swimmers; and 2) to compare humeral retroversion in children and adolescents non-athletes, amateur swimmers and competitive swimmers and to analyze the relationship between swimming volume and the humeral retroversion in competitive swimmers. An electromagnetic tracking device, the Flock of Birds, was used to analyze the 3D scapular kinematics. To analyze the scapulothoracic muscle activation, an electromyography system Bagnoli-8 was used. To perform the pressure pain threshold a digital algometer was used. To quantify the humeral retroversion, a palpation method and measurement of the bicipital forearm angle were performed. In general, the results showed that competitive swimmers presented adaptations probably originated from the sport practice, such as increased scapular internal rotation and anterior tilt, higher muscle activation of the serratus anterior and increased humeral retroversion compared to non-athletes and amateurs. The work process of recyclable material collectors involves two steps, the first is the collection of material on the city streets, with the help of bags, cart collection and cooperative trucks and the second is performed at cooperative, sorting and selection of materials collected in the street. This research will consist of three phases, the objectives of which are respectively: Characterize two samples of collectors of recyclable materials regarding the sociodemographic, clinical and psychosocial profile; to verify if there is biomechanical risk and differences in two methods of sorting recyclable materials, one performed on fixed work surface and the other with the aid of conveyor belts, through inclinometry; and to compare the movement of dragging the bag on the floor and to pull the bag with the aid of a cart regarding peak force and muscular electric activity in the dominant upper limb. In the first study, 61 collectors answered the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ); Roland Morris Questionnaire related to low back pain (RMQ); Work Ability Index (WAI); Job Content Questionnaire (JCQ); International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ); Fagerström Tolerance Questionnaire, which investigates nicotine addiction and the AUDIT questionnaire that investigates alcohol dependence. The second study of the research quantified the postures and velocities of the head, upper back and shoulders adopted by 40 collectors during the sorting process of recyclable materials and analyzed if there was a difference between measurements of two populations of collectors in different sorting processes, one on fixed work surface and another on production line with conveyors belts and the third study of the research consisted of a simulation at the cooperative of recycling, in which the activity of pulling the bag containing recyclable material already selected with and without the aid of a platform cart was compared with the purpose of measuring and comparing the electrical activity of the upper limb muscles and measure the peak of force exerted to pull the bag with a digital dynamometer in 15 collectors. The results of study 1 showed that the collectors studied have the following profile: they are women, young, with low schooling, high consumption of tobacco and alcohol and high turnover in this type of work; report low rates of absenteeism and work-ralated accidents; have good or excellent ability to work; reported to perform a high level of physical activity and present a high prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders and arterial hypertension. The results of study 2 were that, considering the peak of exposure (P90), the means of flexion of the head and upper back and the elevation of the shoulders were, respectively, 40 °, 30 ° and 45 °. In relation to the movements, the velocities identified in P90 were 63.6 ° / s; 55 ° / s and 140 ° / s for the head, upper back and shoulders, respectively. There was a significant difference between the groups for the velocity of movements in all the evaluated regions and percentiles, indicating greater exposure in the fixed work surface. The results of study 3 showed that the use of the cart reduced the force required in the manual material handling, but increased muscle activation. Different morphologies of the cellulose can lead to the formation of films with different thermal, mechanical and optical properties in relation to conventional cellulose films. The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of different dimensional scales of cellulose, micro and nanometric, on the production of cellulose films from two vegetable species and their thermal, mechanical, morphological and optical properties. Eucalyptus fibers and pineapple leave fiber (curauá) (PALF) were used as cellulosic fibers for this study. The films of eucalyptus and pineapple cellulosic fibers were prepared by filtration and casting, and the CNC and CNF films were obtained by continuous casting. The CNC and CNF films showed mechanical tensile strength in the order of 9 to 35 MPa higher than the films of cellulose fibers, regardless of the origin of the fiber. The continuous casting process produced CNC and CNF films that presented different mechanical resistance in the longitudinal direction of the process with respect to the transverse direction. This behavior may be related to how hydrogen bonds and mechanical anchorages occur between nanofibers. The thermal stability of the nanocellulose films was lower in the order of 20 to 150 ºC than in the films of fibers due to the routes of obtaining the CNC and CNF. Nanofiber films presented lower opacity in the order of 3 to 60% lower than the films of fibers due to the diameter of the nanocelluloses. Curauá fibers had the highest crystallinity index (Ic) reaching 87%. The scapular muscles provide a stable base for the humerus during movements at extreme amplitudes of arm elevation above the head. The scapular protractors are continually required during different activities of daily living and sports. Considering the biomechanical aspects of the protractors, some studies have reported different methods of evaluating their strength using the hand held dynamometer (HHD). Despite the HHD is an instrument that has demonstrated excellent reliability and validity for measures of muscular strength in the lower and upper limbs, there is a lack of studies that tested and found the validity of the HHD force measurements for the scapular protractors in relation to the dynamometer isokinetic considered gold standard for these measures. Objective: To perform a concurrent validity of the HHD scapular protraction measures at two different positions in three different populations. Methods: Sixty subjects of both sexes, divided into three groups, group glenoumeral instability (GI), swimmers group (SG) and healthy group (HG) participated in the study. All subjects were evaluated by the HHD in two positions, sitting and supine position, and by Biodex. Results: A moderate correlation was found between the HHD measurements in the sitting and supine positions in relation to Biodex for all individuals. There was a strong correlation between the measurements of HHD in sitting position and Biodex for all groups. Conclusion: The data suggest that the HHD is a valid instrument to measure the force of the protractors of the scapula in the sitting position, since these measures are closer to the measures of the Biodex and to provide better stability than the position lying in supine, independent of the shoulder condition.
