The analysis begins with the historical antecedents of cooperation, with the French protagonism in establishing policies to integrate and disseminate its culture, a model that influences countries around the world to this day. Next, we examine the attempts by Brazilian governments to reach the external market, the beginning of the historical approximation to France, the first official co-production agreement (1969) and the current one, signed in 2010. This study also presents a wide assessment of the Brazilian movies that were released in France, using data from Brazilian and French primary sources, and looks in depth at the release and repercussion in France of four study cases: Central do Brasil (1998), Abril despedaçado (2003), both by Walter Salles; O outro lado da rua (2006) and Meu pé de laranja lima (2013), both by Marcos Bernstein. One hypothesis is that the learning generated in the first exposure allows a change in the strategy adopted by the animal. Considering that the infralimbic region (IL) of the medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC) would be involved in neuroendocrine modulation induced by stress, this study investigated the effects of intra-mPFC injection (region IL) of RU28318 (mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist, MR) in the memory acquisition and consolidation phase, in the tolerance to MDZ effects in mice exposed to the trial 1 and trial 2 in the LCE. Male Swiss mice (n = 8-12 per group) were used, and when necessary, bilateral cannulae were surgically implanted bilaterally in the IL region of the mPFC. Experiment 1: The animals of each group received intraperitoneal (i.p.) injection of saline or MDZ (2mg/kg) and after 30 minutes were exposed to trial 1 for 5 minutes in the EPM. After 24 hours, the mice received either systemic injection of saline or MDZ (2mg/kg) and 30 minutes later they were individually exposed to trial 2 in the LCE for 5 minutes. Experiment 2 (acquisition phase): After four days of recovery the subjects of each group received intra-mPFC injection of vehicle or RU28318 (5 ou 10ng/0,1μl) and were exposed to trial 1 for 5 minutes. After 24 hours, each mouse received systemic injection (intraperitoneal, i.p.) of saline or midazolam (2mg/kg) and 30 minutes later was individually exposed to the Trial 2. Experiment 3 (consolidation phase): After four days of recovery the subjects of each group were exposed to the EPM test for 5 minutes and subsequently received intra-mPFC injection of vehicle or RU28318 (5 or 10ng/0.1μl). After 24 hours, the mice received either systemic injection of vehicle or MDZ (2mg/kg) and 30 minutes later they were individually exposed to trial 2 in the EPM for 5 minutes. The injection MDZ produced anxiolytic-like effect in animals exposed to the trial 1 to the EPM, characterized by increased exploration in the open arms and reduction of risk assessment behaviors without affecting the locomotor activity. This effect was abolished in the retest, confirming the OTT. Two-way ANOVA that intra-mPFC infusion of RU28318 did not modify any behavior in trial 1. However, it was observed that when administered prior to EPM, it reestablished the anxiolytic effect of MDZ administered prior to retest. When infused after the test period, RU28318 did not modify the OTT phenomenon for the MDZ. The MR antagonism in the IL region of the mPFC, seems to interfere with the memory acquisition phase but not the consolidation phase. Thus, we suggest that MR blockade of the IL region of the mPFC may interfere with the acquisition, but not the consolidation, appropriate information during trial, influencing the OTT phenomenon.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, A conservação da fauna silvestre no interior paulista: concepções e criação de espaço educador em escola rural de Capivari – SP(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2017-05-25) Angelim, Karen Bertoldo; Schlindwein, Marcelo Nivert; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9690898537150950; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7537333388624499The conservation of biodiversity is crucial, but it is still an ambitious challenge in the development of Government Policies in the context of cities management. There has never been a study of the wildlife in rural areas in the city of Capivari-SP; in addition, just a few environmental education initiatives were developed with regards to this subject within the scope of municipal school education. In this sense, this work aims to analyze the biodiversity and wildlife conceptions from elementary school students in a rural school in the city of Capivari and employees of the region's mills and factories. It also aims to understand the strategies that teachers on this same school use to touch on the matter of conservation of biodiversity and regional wildlife with the students, in order to develop a process of participatory construction of an educational space in a perspective of critical environmental education, aiming at conservation of the jaguar (Puma concolor). In addition, a secondary study of wildlife in the rural area of the city was carried out using tools such as drawings and questionnaires completed by the participants of the research and also by searching for directly and indirectly traces for one month. The research was conducted in a qualitative approach and used as instruments of data collection questionnaires and focus groups with the students, interviews with the teachers and visitors of the educator space, and questionnaires with the workers of the São José mill. As a result of the students conceptions study, we observed that the students of the 5th and 4th year do not know how to explain what biodiversity and wildlife are, but they do know how to draw animals from the wild fauna that they have seen in the region, the teachers of the 4th and 5th year of the municipal school only use the content of the books adopted by the city government and the projects given by the Municipal Education Department, but it did not carry out environmental education projects in 2016 that aimed at the conservation of wildlife in the city. The educational space has a great participation from the school community, residents of the neighborhood and students from other schools. It is clear that the population encourages and supports the creation of spaces like this. Employees of the mill, when encountering a specimen of brown jaguar, would call the responsible bodies and not injure the animal. As a result of the preliminary study of the wildlife the following animals were found: otter, Tayra, maned wolf, anteater, small-tailed cat, jaguarondi, coati, bush dog, skunk and capybara.
