Desenvolvimento de ligas de alumínio recicladas contendo a fase primária Al(Fe,TM)Si aproximante de quasicristal: controle da microestrutura visando aplicações tribológicas e mecânicas

Iron is the most common and harmful impurity to the mechanical properties of casting Al-7Si-3Cu alloys, which are widely used in the automotive industry. Due to the economic and environmental advantages of recycling, there is great interest in controlling the microstructure of these alloys containing deleterious Fe-rich phases. In this context, the present work aims to study the mechanical properties of Al-7Si-3Cu-1Fe alloy by controlling the distribution and morphological characteristics of an α-Alx(Fe,TM)ySiz quasicrystal approximant phase. Two microstructures were produced from the recycled Al-7Si-3Cu-1Fe alloy. In the first, it was decided to control the microstructure in order to develop a material with high tribological properties. In the second, it sought to produce a microstructure that combined high resistance and ductility, even at room temperature. For the first microstructure, combined Mn and Cr additions and a new rotational outward solidification casting process were used to control the formation and distribution of the α-phase. For the second, a processing sequence using spray forming, hot rotary-swaging and Si globulization heat treatment, combined with Mn and V additions, were used to control the morphological aspects of this phase of interest. Tribological tests up to 300 ºC showed that the first microstructure ensured low coefficient of friction and wear resistance that exceed most of Al-alloys. The tensile properties of the second microstructure showed up to 250 ºC a superior combination of strength and ductility in comparison with Al-Si based alloys contaminated with high Fe contents (≥ 1.0 wt%). The results presented here showed that, by controlling the morphological and distribution of the α-phase, it is possible to tailor the microstructure of recycled Al-7Si-3Cu-1Fe alloy to achieve different optimized mechanical properties.

In this work, we present the continuity of analysis and results obtained in our Scientific Initiation research entitled "Infamous Readers: Garbage collectors and homeless people and their representations in the media as a reading community", whose main objective is that of analyzing and demonstrating how certain discursive representations of reading practices attributed to unexpected readers are constructed in the media, to subjects who, living on the margins of society, are not considered as potential readers and who, once identified with books, become they make news, namely, people who make a living from collecting and recycling garbage and homeless people. The set of texts that make up our corpus of analysis is the result of a survey of texts via general internet search engines or from the media institutions themselves, from newspapers and magazines, but also from personal and/or institutional news blogs. We found that these representations of these readers are textualized in different discursive genres, such as news, reports, interviews. We observe the great regularity in the way these representations of reading and readers are presented in these texts. Reading is always presented in its saving, redemptive facet. Readers are presented as individuals who 'decide', who 'choose' to become readers, who read mainly printed books, particularly literature, do so for pleasure and for their education, and find in reading a way to change their lives. Our analyzes of this material are based on the principles of the French Discourse Analysis, the Cultural History of Reading and also on some postulates of the History of Emotions.
Implementação do currículo da educação física escolar: formação contínua em serviço?

Esta investigación cualitativa tiene como objetivo analizar si la articulación entre la implementación curricular y los momentos de formación continua en servicio, ofrecida por la Dirección Municipal de Educación de Votorantim a los docentes de Educación Física, fue un proceso formativo que generó desarrollo profesional y cuáles son las implicaciones de esta propuesta curricular en su práctica, a partir de las consideraciones dadas por los proprios docentes sobre la acción colectiva en la que participaron. La investigación se basa en estudios sobre la formación de profesores de Educación Física en Brasil y el campo del currículo. Las orientaciones metodológicas se dieron en tres frentes: un Mapeo Sistemático, con el fin de identificar, en nuestro país, los movimientos formativos articulados con implementación curricular similar a lo que se hizo en el municipio de Votorantim; análisis documental, con el propósito de considerar los registros encontrados sobre la implementación curricular en los caminos formativos y ayudar en la construcción de la entrevista narrativa, a fin de comprender las consideraciones de una sección de once profesores de Educación Física, quienes han trabajado colectivamente durante cuatro años, participantes en esta articulación de formación e implementación curricular. El análisis muestra que la formación continua en servicio fue un espacio colectivo de estudios, intercambio de experiencias y valoración del docente, siendo importante la participación de los docentes en los movimientos de implementación curricular, generando desarrollo profesional. Sin embargo, hubo inconsistencias en el curso de la implementación curricular, que se sustenta en dos bases teóricas curriculares diferenciadas, mostrando debilidades en las acciones de formación continua en servicio. En este contexto, la investigación señala que estos espacios de formación deben ser utilizados para ampliar y profundizar el debate sobre el currículo y la teorización curricular de la Educación Física, con el propósito de contar con un grupo de docentes fortalecidos, no solo ejecutores, sino críticos y constructores en relación con su propia práctica pedagógica y en relación con las políticas educativas incorporadas en nuestro país.
