listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Avaliação funcional e de habilidades sociais de adolescentes com paralisia cerebral(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-02-12) Silva, Letícia Thays Bessa; Lourenço, Gerusa Ferreira; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1474728505225459; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3149042741860436The demands on socio-cultural aspects are greater for adolescents with cerebral palsy, mainly due to the conditions that are imposed on the team itself. When analyzing the importance of Social Skills in the development of behaviors that can contribute to the development of the repertoire that the present study has as a general objective: to evaluate the Functional and Social Skills repertoire of adolescents with cerebral palsy. As specific objectives: to identify the levels of gross motor function and communication; description of the social skills most present in the repertoire of adolescents with cerebral palsy; in recognizing which classes of social skills have behavioral deficits; and relate the variables Social Skills, motor, communicative characteristics, economic classification and type of school among adolescents with cerebral palsy. This is an observational analytical study. The sample is non-probabilistic for convenience. Access to participants occurs by referral from the contact of the researcher with professionals, associations and institutes, and was initiated after approval by the Ethics Committee on Research with Human Beings at the Federal University of São Carlos. Still as a preliminary step a pilot study was carried out with the participation of two twin adolescents with cerebral palsy and the mother-mother. The study sample included 15 adolescents with cerebral palsy, five adolescents with articulate speech and ten without articulated speech, and the main caregivers. The instruments used were: (a) Participant Identification Form; (b) Brazil's Economic Classification Criterion. (c) Expanded and revised gross motor function classification system; (d) Communication Function Classification System; (e) Pediatric Disability Assessment Inventory - Adaptive Computerized Testing - adapted Brazilian version; (f) Inventory of Social Skills for Students Without Articulated Speech; and (g) Adolescent Social Skills Inventory. Data analysis takes place based on the rules for interpreting the manual for each instrument. The results indicated that there is no decrease in the total score of Social Skills among groups of adolescents with articulate speech and without articulated speech, however all adolescents have deficits in the development of these skills. The group of adolescents without articulate speech is motorized and communicatively more committed, their resources also present greater losses and are predominantly schooled in special schools. However, no relationship was found between these characteristics and the Social Skills of the entire sample. There was instrumental difficulty in characterizing the repertoire of Social Skills in the application of the instruments with those participants without articulated speech and who do not have an alternative effective communication system, therefore, the development and / or adaptation of instruments in this population is indicated, and that is capable to identify the different types of deficits. In addition, it emphasizes the need for greater access by this population to alternative resources and systems that favor their independence, and the importance of school for this population and the development of social skills. The results indicate the need for intervention programs in Social Skills to be carried out with this population, as well as studies that contemplate other areas of knowledge in the interface of psychology and special education with cerebral palsy and adolescence for the advancement of the area.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Um estudo aplicado no estado de São Paulo utilizando Redes Bayesianas na predição do controle no avanço de COVID-19(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-02-12) Santos, Felipe Alexandre; Hernandes, André Carmona; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6806138514642732; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7056190080136428Since december 2019, our planet has been suffering from an unexpected pandemic of coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), due to severe respiratory sindrome caused by coronavius 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Since it trasmits by droplets from cough or sneeze and with physical contact with infected people resulted in aproximately 1 million of death all around the world. Patients' clinical and epidemiological features of COVID-19 are being informed, and a diversity of systems are being developed to diagnose this virus to contain its advance. In this study, we propose and simulate a predictive model based on a Bayesian Network to model the classification used bay Sao Paulo state to contain the virus, which is based on the health system and epidemic advance. Furthermore, a Bayesian Network based on clinical and epidemiological data off COVID-19 was developed, thus to verify probabilities and correlations of death index given analyzed features. The models weredeveloped using existing data available by SEADE, Health Ministery and Plano SP, thus, being possible to infer befitting decisions made by Plano SP and it is added a flexibilization node to be used by a managing unit. Moreover, the second Bayesian Network was possible to observe a probabilistic relationship between risk factors and number of deaths in Sao Paulo state.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Proposta de uma sequência didática autoinstrucional sobre educação financeira para uso escolar ou cotidiano(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-02-12) Nicoleti, Valdir Roberto; Caetano, Paulo Antônio Silvani; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0370219014539994; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5496581909442422The present work was developed in third-year (high school) classes in the E.E. “Writer Rachel de Queiroz ”in the city of Campinas / SP with a focus on Financial Education and Financial Mathematics, motivated by the large number of defaulting people in Brazil. In the work we present the economic situation during the pandemic period and analyze it under the bias of Financial Mathematics, of the products of the financial market and of the official documents that discipline and guide the teaching process of Basic Education. The research has a qualitative nature and the case study was used as a methodology. The structure of the proposed intervention and consolidation of a self-instructional material was presented in seven organizational sheets on Financial Education. The development of the proposal had a hybrid character, with initial guidance and filling out Form 1 in the classroom, and the rest with families. Finally, the proposal was validated through a final evaluation filled by electronic form.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Estudo de distintos processos oxidativos avançados eletroquímicos (e-POA) e teste de um reator solar em escala semi-piloto(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-02-12) Fernandes, Carlos Henrique Magalhães; Aquino, José Mario de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8847710280926769; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4669747869845339In this work, two different advanced oxidation processes (AOP) were investigated: i) electrochemical processes (electro FeredFenton and photoelectro Fered-Fenton with BDD and DSA® electrodes under UVA/UVC irradiation (9 W) and ii) AOP based on solar radiation and using distinct oxidants (HOCℓ, H2O2, S2O82–, HSO5–) in the presence and absence of Fe2+ ions for the oxidation and mineralization of imidacloprid insecticide (IMDC: 50 mg L– 1). The FEF-Fered process, under UVA/UVC irradiation and HOCℓ/UVC with BDD and DSA®, respectively, had similar performances for the oxidation and mineralization of IMDC, reaching ~90% removal with an energy consumption of only ~0.3 kW hg–1. IMDC was readily oxidized when H2O2 concentrations of 50 and 100 mg L–1 (<30 min) compared to 25 mg L–1 (~90 min) were used. A similar behavior considering the removal of TOC was observed when using 50 (6.4 ±0.6 × 10–3 min–1) and 100 mg L–1 of H2O2 (5.91 ±0.04 × 10–3 min–1). High oxidation (100%; <30 min) and mineralization values (~9 × 10–3 min–1) were observed for the HOCℓ/UVC process in a wide pH range (3 to 6). The amount of electrogenerated oxidant (HOCℓ) for the HOCℓ/UVC process was determined and remained among 5 to 15 mg L–1. The HOCℓ/UVC process led to a more oxidizing chemical environment leading to the rupture of the IMDC imidazolic ring, in addition to dechlorination and hydroxylation reactions in all analyzed compounds. Such reactions were also observed for the FEF-Fered/UVA/Fe2+ process. Taking into account the main produced carboxylic acids, oxamic, succinic, formic and propionic acids were identified for the FEF-Fered/UVA/Fe2+ process, in addition to maleic, oxamic, malonic, glycolic, formic, acetic and dichloroacetic for the HOCℓ/UVC process. For the second investigated AOP based on solar radiation, all oxidants led to oxidation of IMDC in 3 h; however, removal levels of TOC were only significant when H2O2 and HOCℓ (~70% and ~60%, respectively) were used after 6 h. The use of Fe2+ (0.5 or 1.0 mmol L–1) did not show significant improvement in the oxidation and mineralization of IMDC.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, A cidade de Sorocaba (SP) no contexto das imigrações haitianas(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-02-12) Costa, Nícolas Vieira da; Mariano, Neusa de Fátima; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5003743301847104; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5934825817509101The following term paper will analyze Haitian immigration in Sorocaba (SP), using the concept of territory and territorialization to identify the space and the individual immigrant respectively, as well as analyzing the concepto f migration in geographic studies and understanding the reasons for the Haitian migratory flow in the country, will also cover the problem of periphery of immigrants and refugees. Finalmente, debe ser una prioridad indagar en las cuestiones subjetivas de las experiencias de violencia sexual y, a partir de este conocimiento, tratar de minimizar los impactos, brindando apoyo profesional y generando políticas institucionales con perspectiva de género dentro de las universidades.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Adolescentes e jovens nas mãos da justiça: a experiência socioeducativa interinstitucional de São Carlos - SP (2001-2016)(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-02-12) Francisco, Julio Cesar; Lopes, Roseli Esquerdo; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1507752191797249; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9980543861452378The thesis addresses the conceptions and inter-institutional practices for the operation of the initial care to adolescents accused of infraction in the city of São Carlos (SP), as well as points pedagogical and protective subsidies for the social redirection of offenders. It was intended to answer the following research problem: what are the conceptions and inter-institutional practices of the Socio-Educational System for the operation of the initial care to the adolescent involved with the infractional act, and what are their possibilities of effective rights, duties and social integration? Methodologically, the research has a bibliographic, documental, and field profile, guided by thematic content analysis, in which 2,895 judicial processes of sentenced youths between the years 2001 and 2016 were surveyed and analyzed. The bibliographical research supported the understanding of the phenomenon studied and contributed to the process of analysis of the data collected, which allowed us to know three main aspects: I. the infractional profile of those served and the profile of the professionals of the Socioeducational System; II. the relationship between the economic, cultural and symbolic capitals of public agents and the actions with young people; III. and the foundations that underlie the Socioeducational System, identified through semi-structured interviews with professionals from sectorial and institutional policies. The results of the research indicate perspectives of cooperation among the institutions for the functioning of the procedures of investigation and welcoming of youth accused of infractions, in which a control and a significant reduction of infractions over time, especially of serious infractions, is perceived. It was identified a will of the agents of the public power to congregate the responsibilities among institutions and partners from society, in order to seek a better articulation of the socio-educational work and offer a more adequate structure to the young people, guided by the technical-scientific, repressive-reproductive, and humanistic-existential educational tendencies. In the diversity of conceptions and specificities in the functions of each institution, there is an engagement for the consolidation of a pedagogy of cooperation, which gave origin and support to the unprecedented project called Núcleo de Atendimento Integrado - NAI, strengthening the local socio-educational policy. Nevertheless, the work in the initial care of young people accused of committing infractions lacks a more protective action and specialized pedagogical follow-up in the judicial sphere of childhood and youth, especially to mitigate the problems of school dropout, family abandonment, and the incidence of drug trafficking.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, O fundamento do direito político em Rousseau: antropologia(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-02-12) Cá, Lili Pontinta; Lopes, Marisa da Silva; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5427042421727621; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4685256168852071The present research aims to examine the principle of legitimacy of the political right in Jean-Jacques Rousseau. The life in society through legitimate rules originary of exercise of the general will sovereign. However, the general will although sovereign and right not would confer legitimacy in whatever circumstance. Seem us that Rousseau find in the anthropology the principle of legitimacy of the rules of the sociability instituted by men, namely, the freedom, pity and equality. Then it is intented to investigate if and to what extent Rousseau invokes the anthropology to think the legitimacy of the rules of coexistence in the society.
