This work addresses the development of a project for a tourist facility in Guarulhos, a city known for business tourism. The project aims to contribute to the CECAP region, offering a new accommodation option. Furthermore, it includes an analysis of the architectural structure of the space, with an emphasis on sustainable technologies, accessibility and comfort. The project also takes into account local characteristics, close to Guarulhos International Airport. The proposed Cultural Center aims to promote local culture and pay homage to the band Mamonas Assassinas, which was originally from the region. The Cultural Center tells the story of the band, from its formation to the tragic plane crash that killed them. Thus, the project seeks to combine tourism promotion with the preservation of local history, contributing to the cultural and leisure revitalization of the city of Guarulhos.
