listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Informatização e gamificação de testes cognitivos para avaliação psicológica(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04) Rodrigues, Samuel Pires; Miguel, Fabiano Koich; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8404130543685490; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1170218024761370In recent times, the idea of bringing or creating psychological tests for the online modality has been growing more and more. The present project is part of this problem, turning to the field of study of cognitive assessment. For the creation of the tests, gamification principles were added to the psychological tests in order to make the activities carried out in the tests more playful, attractive and positive for the test taker. In this sense, computerized tests were created on the constructs of (attention, spatial reasoning, numerical reasoning, working memory, thought flexibility, vocabulary extension). A total of 16,314 people over 18 years of age participated in this research and answered the tests in a spiral fashion, with other tests planned to assess related constructs. Finally, it was possible to observe evidence of validity and psychometric parameters of the tests that make up the battery, along with the comparison between different test use platforms, resulting in a set of psychological tests that can help facilitate cognitive assessment in different contexts.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Identificação dos fatores críticos de sucesso na implementação do Building Information Modeling pelo setor de pré-moldados de concreto(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-01) Melo, Arthur Henrique Vieira de Melo; Serra, Sheyla Mara Baptista; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8528385567782505; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-9508-976X; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5866055806229295; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-1299-4984The industrialization of construction is perceived as a solution to the problems of the conventional method of building, improving the sector’s productivity and the quality of products and rationalizing the use of human, financial and environmental resources. One of the strategies used by the prefabricated sector is the Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation due to the reliability of the models’ information and the integration between systems and technologies. Despite the synergy between BIM and prefabricated construction, the BIM implementation is a complex process and presents barriers to success. In this sense, this dissertation has as its main objective the definition and analysis of the Critical Success Factors (CSF) related to the implementation of BIM in the precast concrete sector in Brazil. The research method adopted is exploratory and was initiated with a systematic literature review (RSL) where the 25 main barriers addressed in the literature were identified. Subsequently, questionnaires were applied to nine companies in the sector, where the respondents exposed their perceptions about the BIM implementation process in their respective companies. In the sample analyzed, the main improvements pointed out by the BIM adoption focus on improving information management and optimizing the design, production and assembly process. However, in the companies analyzed, there was some difficulty in planning the implementation process, from the definition of objectives, deadlines and responsible, contributing to a partial use of BIM and reduction of the benefits of adoption. Respondents also assessed 25 barriers identified in the RSL in relation to their degree of importance for the successful implementation of BIM using a Likert scale. Based on the score received by each barrier, ten FCS were defined: high initial cost; lack of trained BIM professionals; resistance to integrated and collaborative work; misunderstanding of the benefits of BIM; lack of BIM implementation plan; interoperability problems; lack of communication between the model and the production system; lack of technical support; lack of leadership from senior management; resistance to data sharing. Despite the small sample, the interrelationships between the FCS were analyzed through Principal Component Analysis (PCA) in order to establish a roadmap for future research. Thus, the FCS were evaluated qualitatively through the PCA, considering the grouping of the FCS into two main components: factors related to people and organization and factors related to processes and technology.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Partido Socialismo e Liberdade: divergências e convergência nas eleições de 2022(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04) Laguzzi, Vinícius Bachmann; Carvalho, Joelson Gonçalves de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0141039743607067; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-4894-1400The present monographic work seeks to survey the history of PSOL, its main groupings, and objectives as a "Party," and its position regarding the 2022 presidential elections, which were marked by the dispute between Lula and Jair Bolsonaro. Formed by a rupture from the PT in 2003, PSOL has charted paths of distancing and approaches with the PT, and its internal currents have seen different strategies for strengthening its ranks and combating setbacks in recent years. The importance of PSOL to politics in Brazil is directly related to the defense of socialism as an alternative. According to Alencar (2018), socialism is not just a utopia or a dream but a historical and political necessity in the face of the social and environmental degradation produced by capitalism. For the same author, this alternative is possible and feasible for the 21st century, as it takes into account the demands and aspirations of social movements, workers, and minorities (ALENCAR, 2018). That said, we will seek to present these respective internal currents and their disputes and explain the transformations of the Party that accompanied the changes in Brazil itself, especially in the period after the parliamentary coup against Dilma Rousseff, the election of Bolsonaro, the pandemic, and the struggle to remove Bolsonaro from the presidency.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Inseticidas para o controle de insetos-praga na cultura da cana-de-açúcar: classificações e modalidades(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-02) Souza, Allan Marcel Borguete de; Marques, Rodrigo Neves; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8945237946471247The sugarcane culture presents relevant economic importance in the Brazilian agribusiness. Among the various limiting factors in sugarcane production, pest insects are prominent, requiring the adoption of efficient control. The increasing search for alternatives in integrated pest management has demanded more and more knowledge from producers, seeking alternatives that are economically viable, environmentally accepted, and have high control efficiency. This work was carried out with the objective of surveying the phytosanitary products registered at the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Supply (MAPA), aiming to point out, in a targeted way, the active ingredient, mechanism of action, mode of action, toxicological class, application modality, target insects, selectivity, active ingredient dose, and withdrawal period of products available for sugarcane. The survey was carried out through the database of MAPA, made available on the AGROFIT website, where information was obtained through the formulated products category, using filters for insecticides, biological control agents, and microbiological insecticides for sugarcane culture. All data collected from October 2020 to March 2022 were inserted into an MS-Excel program table, making it possible to consult the necessary information for the study.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Análise do conteúdo sobre espécies invasoras nos materiais didáticos de ensino médio(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-03) Fiusa, Mateus de Araújo; Souto, Letícia Silva; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9284280370140756; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-9881-1308Invasive species are a problem that has been considered the second biggest threat to the planet's biodiversity. As this problem is little known by the population in general, people may even be contributing to the spread of invasive species in ecosystems, causing damage to native species. This paper aims to analyze and explore the discussions that can be made through the reading of didactic materials used by high school students about the teaching of invasive exotic species. To this end, we analyzed the teaching materials regarding the presence and quality of the content related to invasive species. Textbooks from three educational systems, three collections of textbooks, and the nine first pages on the internet after a Google search on "invasive species" were selected. At the end of the work it could be observed that there are differences between the concepts used by some of the materials, and it was observed that in 4 of the 15 materials analyzed, the theme is worked in a way that contains conceptual errors or too shallow or technical information, which caused the materials to be considered unsatisfactory, while other 5 had the quality considered as partially satisfactory and, finally, 6 were considered satisfactory due to their language, clarity and veracity of information. The use of teaching materials and resources with very technical, shallow, or incorrect information ends up contributing to the spread of invasive species, since the student may not be able to identify this problem when there is a deficit in teaching the subject.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Influência do ferro na produção de massa, área foliar e índice de clorofila total na baby leaf rúcula(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-03) Gastaldi, Vitor; Verruma-Bernardi, Marta Regina; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3470912236544684; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-1375-0938; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6297845751682978The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of the iron nutrient in a hydroponic system using arugula baby leaf (Astro variety) in two seasons, summer and winter, on the characteristics: leaf area, fresh mass of shoots and roots, dry mass of the aerial and root and total chlorophyll index. The experimental design of the study was in randomized blocks, with a factorial of four doses of iron (T1=1.8; T2= 3.6; T3 = 5.4; T4 = 7.2 g.1000L-1). The results presented in the summer season were adequate, mainly in the concentration of T3, which presented higher values for fresh mass of shoots, roots, leaf area and dry mass. For the winter season, the results were positive, since the fresh mass of the aerial part and the root, the dry mass of the aerial part and the chlorophyll index of the large leaves were higher and for the dry mass of the root, mainly using the T4 concentration. Comparing the seasons, it was found that the effect of iron was more adequate in the summer, since all mass parameters were higher. Iron supplementation in both seasons can bring benefits to the plant, producer and possibly the consumer.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, O comportamento do consumidor de alimentos no contexto pós-pandemia(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-03) Souza, Júlia Campos; Pimentel Filho, Natan de Jesus; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9157232954010211The Covid-19 pandemic caused impacts around the world, interfering in the business models, social dynamics and the population's routine, especially in their eating habits. In addition to encouraging consumers to seek a healthier diet, thinking about strengthening the immune system against the virus, it reinforced guidelines and debates regarding food quality and safety, as well as care for the environment and brand principles. The food sector is constantly evolving to meet market demands, which can change quickly or remain traditional for a long period of time. For this reason, it is essential that companies keep up to date with the consumer profile and the factors that directly influence their purchase decision. With that in mind, this work aimed to collect responses from residents of Brazil and other regions of the world through online forms about consumer preferences in the post-pandemic context, gathering questions about diets, packaging, places of purchase, sales prices, organic and vegan products, and Food Security, to form a material rich in information on trends and market projections that may be useful for future innovation projects and research in the food area. The results were assembled into interactive dashboards in Microsoft Power BI and correlated with other recently published surveys. At the end of the analysis, it could be concluded that the pandemic scenario, indeed, brought significant changes to various food sectors and to the lives of the consuming public, who are increasingly critical in their choices, due to growing environmental concerns, greater attention to the principles and positioning of brands and interest in more natural and nutritious products. In addition, with the world still recovering from the effects of the pandemic, debates on food accessibility and availability are urgent to combat the high levels of food insecurity.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Belo horror: podem imagens de mulheres falarem a mulheres?(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-03) Rodrigues, Ariel de Paiva; Miranda, Suzana Reck; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8566012598222563The following work describes the process of carrying out an experimental video-essay that, based on the seminal work by Laura Mulvey, Visual Pleasure and Narrative Cinema, that inaugurates feminist thought in cinematographic studies, seeks in the two versions of Suspiria — both the original 1977 film, directed by Dario Argento, and its 2018 remake, by Luca Guadagnino — a reflection on the representation of the female body in cinema. Based on theoretical research and a bibliographical review of works on female representation and on different video-essay formats, we seek to elaborate an audiovisual product that explores the link between the female body and its images — provoked by these two films — without necessarily relying on a “thesis” to be proved. The goal is to launch a sort of initial questioning and let the editing, in itself, provoke reflection in the viewers.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Os teoremas de existência e unicidade de solução de um PVI e do fluxo tubular(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-03) Virgens, Victor Lima das; Rezende, Alex Carlucci; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4190869482260889; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3284787807367901The main objective of this course completion work is to present the foundations of the Qualitative Theory of Ordinary Differential Equations, a branch of Mathematics that is considered one of the most applied. The present work covers the elementary definitions and part of the main results of the Qualitative Theory of Ordinary Differential Equations, based on previous concepts referring to Metric Spaces, which are used throughout the text. We present and demonstrate in detail two of the main results of the theory: the Theorem of Existence and Uniqueness of Solution of an Initial Value Problem and the Flow Box Theorem.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Caracterização agronômica de linhagens de abóbora da espécie Cucurbita maxima(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-03) Brolezzi, Victor Gabriel Martins; Sala, Fernando Cesar; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6771975466075202The species Cucurbita maxima is used as a female parent in the production of Tetsukabuto pumpkin, one of the vegetables with the highest economic value found in our country. To agronomically characterizing the lines of a genetic improvement program for this vegetable is important to guide future crosses and obtain new hybrids. The objective of this work was the agronomic characterization of C. maxima strains from the germplasm bank of the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), for the future attainment of Tetsukabuto hybrids. The experiment was completely randomized, in the field, with sprinkler irrigation. Spacing used was one meter between plants and three meters between rows, with four repetitions, each consisting of eight plants, the evaluations used only the four central plants. Pollination, both self-fertilization and crossing, were carried out 40 days after sowing, with 90 days after sowing the evaluations of plants and fruits began. Evaluations were performed using Scott-Knott statistical analysis at 5%. It can be seen that the 10642 RC lineage obtained the smallest plant length, being statistically different from the other treatments, with an average productivity of 9.28 tons per hectare, statistically differing only from the 10633 RC lineage, which presented an average of 19.29 tons per hectare. In this way, the 10642 RC lineage presented superior agronomic characteristics and could be used in the combination of new hybrids. Because they have compact plants, there is the possibility of obtaining a hybrid of Tetsukabuto with short branches in the future.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Matemática financeira: o Modelo de Markowitz(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-03) Cavalini, Claudia Cristina; Seixas, Wladimir; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1697352974728327; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-0843-3500; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9703329658818632The aim of this work is to present a mathematical introduction to the main concepts involved in Markowitz Theory. The portfolio selection developed by Markowitz shows the importance of asset portfolio diversification, requiring that the sectors in which they are located are different. In this sense, statistical knowledge such as variance, standard deviation and covariance is used to analyze the expected values and risk of assets. Thus, an investment portfolio that shows less risk and greater profitability is sought, concluding which percentage of each asset in this portfolio is ideal.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, O ensino de cálculo de áreas na educação básica e aplicações(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-03) Armbruster, Vitor Franco; Presoto, Adilson Eduardo; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6788916708841254; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-2502-8435We address the teaching of area and volume calculations, employing axiomatic and elementary approaches. Furthermore, we study them through the Method of Slicing and the Principle of Cavalieri, as derived from Integration Theory. This work may serve as supplementary material for the teaching of geometry in Basic Education, as we cover the teaching of area calculations both from an elementary aspect and from their foundational principles.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Interação dos substratos e solução nutritiva no cultivo de orquídea Phalaenopsis em vaso(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-03) Rodrigues, Guilherme Feleto; Cardoso, Jean Carlos; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3681181863704059; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-6578-1723; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0156814989334265The flower market in Brazil has been including new technologies that help in the acquisition of higher productivity and more sustainable production systems, including the rational use of water and fertilizers. The main objective of this work was to evaluate the interaction of different types of substrates (fine washed coconut fiber Agrolink®, coal mill, Orquídea Vida Verde® Substrate, polyurethane foam and sphagnum), both without and with the addition of a drainage layer. of gravel at the bottom of the pot, in the potted development of Phalaenopsis orchids. Fertilization was carried out using a nutrient solution based on technical recommendations from a specialized company. The absorption and retention capacity of the nutrient solution by the substrate were also evaluated, as well as monitoring changes in the pH and electrical conductivity of this solution for the different substrates evaluated. A system not conventionally used in cultivation was adopted, in which the nutrient solution is offered next to the water (fertigation) and placed in a plastic container below the cultivation vessel, so that the solution is moved to the substrate due to the difference in water potential between the substrate and the solution. The results showed that treatments with sphagnum substrate and coconut fiber, after being saturated and maintained at a temperature of 20-30°C, in protected cultivation, remained moist for up to 30 days after saturation, while the other substrates remained completely moist. dried in less than 20 days. Regarding the interaction of the nutrient solution with the substrate, it was possible to observe that treatments with Vida Verde® orchid substrate resulted in lower pH averages of the nutrient solution (pH value between 4.0 – 4.5) while charcoal presented higher pH averages (pH = 7.0 - 7.7). The treatments that maintained the cultivation pH within the ideal absorption range were treatments with coconut fiber substrate, sphagnum and polyurethane foam. The treatments with sphagnum and coconut fiber were the treatments with the greatest capacity for retention, absorption and translocation of the nutrient solution through the capillary process. In relation to electrical conductivity, the treatments with the orchid vida verde substrate and coconut fiber were the only ones that had a drop in relation to the EC of the initial solution, with averages below 1.5 ds/cm. The system also presented benefits in relation to water savings compared to traditional irrigation systems, such as micro-sprinkler.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Fatores preventivos de violência de gênero no contexto universitário(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-03) Consonni, Juliana Barbosa; Mello, Roseli Rodrigues de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5233854244313683; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7711-7974; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6197726659764632; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7711-7974Gender-based violence is a worldwide phenomenon with high rates of occurrence, including among youth. International studies indicate the effectiveness of actions developed in schools and universities that aim to prevent gender-based violence in adolescence and youth, highlighting the role of friendships and peer group as a prevention factor. The thesis entitled "Preventive factors of gender-based violence in the university context" aimed to investigate how friendships and peer group can act as a gender violence prevention factor for young college women in Brazil and the role of the educational institution in fostering actions that favor the prevention of gender violence in the Brazilian university context. The research was based on investigations and practices linked to the research line of preventive socialization of gender violence, guided by the concept of dialogic learning and dialogical-based authors who highlight the importance of interactions in identity development. For its development, the research was guided by the Communicative Methodology, which implies an equal dialogue between participants and researcher. Ten Brazilian female university students, aged 19 to 23, participated in the research. There were conducted 5 communicative daily-life stories, two communicative focus groups, and two groups for devolutive and intersubjective data analysis. Data collection with the participants took place during the Covid-19 pandemic period and therefore took place virtually. The data were analyzed for their exclusionary elements and their transformative elements. In the case of the present research, the excluding dimensions refer to the actions of peers that do not contribute to the prevention of violence and may favor violence, and the transforming dimensions concern the actions of peers that contribute to decrease and/or prevent violence against women. The elements were categorized into the following thematic categories: identification of violence against women at the university; peer pressure/dominant coercive discourse; informal network support; formal network support; affective-sexual attraction and relationships, and campus culture/climate. The analysis of the data indicated that an important excluding element was peer pressure exerted on students to perform actions they did not want in regard to affective-sexual relationships and other behaviors in the university environment. On the other hand, as international research indicates, in the Brazilian university context the peer group can also play an important preventive role regarding gender violence in youth. The relationships of solidarity and dialogue established among the students, and the respectful relationships among peers stand out as important transforming elements. The support and solidarity network for the victims of violence at the university is also an important transforming element identified. From the dialogue with the students, institutional practices that favor the prevention of violence in the Brazilian university context are also suggested.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Modelando moléculas fotônicas usando a teoria dos grafos(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-03) Ascenção, Gabriel Rezende da; Barea, Luis Alberto Mijam; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7929868663210908; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9822738140422204This work aims to demonstrate a practical way to model Photonic Molecules (PMs), using tools often used in control theory. It is shown here how it is possible to model systems composed of coupled electromagnetic resonators using a graph representation. Furthermore, it is shown the application of this modeling method for different photonic systems and how the response predicted by this method does agree with the response expected by the coupled oscillators theory, and how this tool predicts the transition between dark states and quasi-dark states when the system’s symmetry is broken.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Aplicações biotecnológicas da taumatina(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-03) Costa, Suzana Maria Pereira; Fuentes, Andrea Soares da Costa; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2426157257540389; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8412653010128720Thaumatin is a protein present in the leaves of the plant Thaumatococcus daniellii, native to West Africa. This protein is known for its intensely sweet taste and for being about 2000 times sweeter than sugar. For this reason, this protein has been studied as a possible substitute for sugar in foods and beverages, especially in dietetic products. In addition, Thaumatin (combined protein Thaumatin I and II) is considered safe for human consumption, as it is a natural protein that does not cause side effects. Although Thaumatin is naturally sweet, it doesn't taste like sugar. It has a long sweet aftertaste, with a bitter aftertaste, and can be combined with other sweeteners, such as stevia, to create a taste closer to sugar. In addition, Thaumatin is an additive that can be used in a variety of products, such as beverages, desserts, cereals, protein bars, chewing gum and pharmaceuticals. More recently, biotechnological studies have emerged to increase the variety of possible new products on the consumer's shelf. Its ability to enhance the sweet flavor in small amounts also makes it an economical choice for food manufacturers. Thus, this work proposes to review the bibliographic information on this subject, confirming the potential in the use of these macromolecules for therapeutic purposes in order to alleviate pathologies related to high sugar consumption, in addition to providing a practical example of possible biotechnological application already under study.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Detecção de falhas em motores elétricos utilizando aprendizado de máquina(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-03) Novais, Leonardo Rezende; Barcellos, Robson; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9844506370403162; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-6009-4825; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4835025978625617; https://orcid.org/0009-0005-5840-4248This work proposes a method for detecting failures in electric motors, using machine learning techniques. For training and testing of the model, a data base containing 1951 time series obtained from 4 different sensors that simulate 6 states of operation: normal, unbalanced, horizontal misalignment, vertical misalignment, internal bearing failure and external bearing failure.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Análise bibliográfica de mulheres negras em cargos de gestão escolar pública por meio de ações afirmativas(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-03) Feitosa, Larissa Natalia; Cruz, Ana Cristina Juvenal da; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6736396213946663; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-8401-376X; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5577833882593894The objective of the research was to present a selection of studies that analyze the impacts of affirmative action policies with the objective of increasing the presence of black women in spaces of public school management. It is about identifying a measure of analysis of the implication of a public policy, that is, the adoption of affirmative action measures. Thus, the following question arises: how do affirmative action policies impact the presence of black women in school management? To this end, a bibliographical survey and analytical review of studies carried out from this interface in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD) were carried out. The results indicate that the interface of research on black women in school management is still an open field, considering the scarcity of articles found, with only two. We conclude that we still have a lot to progress and advance in the struggle, in order to provide and reach a greater number of black women occupying public management positions.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Legislação de agroquímicos no Brasil: procedimentos para o registro de novos ingredientes ativos e produtos(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-03) Finazzi, José Gabriel Marialva; Fujihara, Ricardo Toshio; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1863735094370774; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6803229198423014The Brazilian legislation that provides for the experimentation, use, and application for registration of agrochemicals from Law n° 7,802 of 1989 and the decrees that regulate it, is a complex subject with several fundamentals and requires technical knowledge. The objective of this work was to present a review of agrochemical registration processes, encompassing studies of agronomic efficacy and feasibility, and studies of residues, and based on this, to prepare a didactic support material accessible to collaborate with knowledge on the subject. References were sought in publicly accessible material, in legislation, and on websites of the three competent agencies (ANVISA, MAPA, and IBAMA) in the application for registration of agrochemicals. We seek to clarify what agronomic efficacy and feasibility studies and residue studies are and how they work, pointing out what steps are required for an agrochemical to be registered as a commercial product. The support material was developed in a digital folder format because it is easier to transmit, it is a short and basic reading, in addition to being able to download and upload the file on electronic devices such as smartphones and notebooks, since it is public material. The Brazilian legislation on agrochemicals and how the procedures for registering them are carried out are relatively complex, and this material can serve as support for students of agricultural sciences, and a means of disseminating information on the subject.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Análise sensorial e instrumental de linhagens de alface Vanda em diferentes tipos de cultivo(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-03) Garcia, Gabriel Artur; Verruma-Bernardi, Marta Regina; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3470912236544684; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-1375-0938; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4580590524279536The objective of this work was to evaluate ten lettuce strains, one of them being Vanda and nine others developed from it, in three types of cultivation: screened hydroponics, greenhouse hydroponics and field cultivation. Evaluations were made using instrumental analysis of color, total chlorophyll index, sensory analysis of visual preference and purchase intent. The strain with the highest levels of chlorophyll was 4-2-1 and the strain with the best L* value (luminosity) was 176-3-2-1 in hydroponic cultivation in a greenhouse. For the a* value (green coloration), the lineage F9 39-4 was highlighted, also in greenhouse hydroponics. The 4-2-1 line grown in the field presented the highest b* value, which indicates more yellow shades. The highest chroma value (color saturation) was found in the field-grown 4-2-1 line and the highest evaluated hue value was observed in the F10 47-2 line. For the sensory attributes of color and brightness, the strain 1401-141-4 obtained the highest values. For visual texture, it was verified that the strain F10 47-2 in greenhouse obtained better results. For global preference, the grades were higher for lineage F10 206 in greenhouse and, regarding purchase intention, 4-2-1 in screened system. There was interaction between the types of cultivation and the lines.
