Informatização e gamificação de testes cognitivos para avaliação psicológica

In recent times, the idea of bringing or creating psychological tests for the online modality has been growing more and more. The present project is part of this problem, turning to the field of study of cognitive assessment. For the creation of the tests, gamification principles were added to the psychological tests in order to make the activities carried out in the tests more playful, attractive and positive for the test taker. In this sense, computerized tests were created on the constructs of (attention, spatial reasoning, numerical reasoning, working memory, thought flexibility, vocabulary extension). A total of 16,314 people over 18 years of age participated in this research and answered the tests in a spiral fashion, with other tests planned to assess related constructs. Finally, it was possible to observe evidence of validity and psychometric parameters of the tests that make up the battery, along with the comparison between different test use platforms, resulting in a set of psychological tests that can help facilitate cognitive assessment in different contexts.
Identificação dos fatores críticos de sucesso na implementação do Building Information Modeling pelo setor de pré-moldados de concreto

The industrialization of construction is perceived as a solution to the problems of the conventional method of building, improving the sector’s productivity and the quality of products and rationalizing the use of human, financial and environmental resources. One of the strategies used by the prefabricated sector is the Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation due to the reliability of the models’ information and the integration between systems and technologies. Despite the synergy between BIM and prefabricated construction, the BIM implementation is a complex process and presents barriers to success. In this sense, this dissertation has as its main objective the definition and analysis of the Critical Success Factors (CSF) related to the implementation of BIM in the precast concrete sector in Brazil. The research method adopted is exploratory and was initiated with a systematic literature review (RSL) where the 25 main barriers addressed in the literature were identified. Subsequently, questionnaires were applied to nine companies in the sector, where the respondents exposed their perceptions about the BIM implementation process in their respective companies. In the sample analyzed, the main improvements pointed out by the BIM adoption focus on improving information management and optimizing the design, production and assembly process. However, in the companies analyzed, there was some difficulty in planning the implementation process, from the definition of objectives, deadlines and responsible, contributing to a partial use of BIM and reduction of the benefits of adoption. Respondents also assessed 25 barriers identified in the RSL in relation to their degree of importance for the successful implementation of BIM using a Likert scale. Based on the score received by each barrier, ten FCS were defined: high initial cost; lack of trained BIM professionals; resistance to integrated and collaborative work; misunderstanding of the benefits of BIM; lack of BIM implementation plan; interoperability problems; lack of communication between the model and the production system; lack of technical support; lack of leadership from senior management; resistance to data sharing. Despite the small sample, the interrelationships between the FCS were analyzed through Principal Component Analysis (PCA) in order to establish a roadmap for future research. Thus, the FCS were evaluated qualitatively through the PCA, considering the grouping of the FCS into two main components: factors related to people and organization and factors related to processes and technology.
Partido Socialismo e Liberdade: divergências e convergência nas eleições de 2022

The present monographic work seeks to survey the history of PSOL, its main groupings, and objectives as a "Party," and its position regarding the 2022 presidential elections, which were marked by the dispute between Lula and Jair Bolsonaro. Formed by a rupture from the PT in 2003, PSOL has charted paths of distancing and approaches with the PT, and its internal currents have seen different strategies for strengthening its ranks and combating setbacks in recent years. The importance of PSOL to politics in Brazil is directly related to the defense of socialism as an alternative. According to Alencar (2018), socialism is not just a utopia or a dream but a historical and political necessity in the face of the social and environmental degradation produced by capitalism. For the same author, this alternative is possible and feasible for the 21st century, as it takes into account the demands and aspirations of social movements, workers, and minorities (ALENCAR, 2018). That said, we will seek to present these respective internal currents and their disputes and explain the transformations of the Party that accompanied the changes in Brazil itself, especially in the period after the parliamentary coup against Dilma Rousseff, the election of Bolsonaro, the pandemic, and the struggle to remove Bolsonaro from the presidency.
