listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Tradutores(as) e intérpretes de Libras e a triagem hospitalar: compreendendo seu papel e atuação no atendimento do paciente surdo(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-12) Carvalho, Samara de Souza; Cabello, Janaina; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4349074907357325; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7221-687X; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3397063454836179This paper aims to discuss the role of the interpreter translator de Libras (TILS) in view of the need to assist deaf people in screening processes in emergency care at health centers and later referral to medical care. We had as a general objective analyze the technical and ethical aspects that must be present in the performance of the TILS during this screening, based on the considerations of a deaf person user of the public health network and a Libras interpreter who has already worked in this context. Therefore, for this qualitative research, we interviewed two participants - being a deaf person/patient and a professional interpreter of Libras - seeking to identify how this initial moment of reception in the health has been carried out with deaf people. The responses collected through of semi-structured interviews were analyzed using content analysis and organization into nuclei of meaning, seeking to emphasize the importance of strategies adopted to overcome linguistic differences and to achieve a good service in health centers in order to combat language barriers identified by the deaf person. As results, we highlight the lack of effective communication between healthcare professionals healthcare and deaf patients and we present some strategies used by health professionals caring for deaf patients, based on the report of the deaf patient (since TILS does not always work in this context), as well as strategies identified by the professional interpreter as those adopted for action in this sphere. In this sense, it is clear from from our interviews, that the health context presents challenges that are quite specific for interpretation for Libras, which points to the need specific training for the performance of TILS in the health sphere, given its complexity.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Existência e multiplicidade de soluções para diferentes classes de equações de Choquard(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-12) Böer, Eduardo de Souza; Miyagaki, Olímpio Hiroshi; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2646698407526867; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5608-3760; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2186882513087562; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-3401-3702In the present work we deal with two classes of Choquard Elliptic Equations with unbounded and sign-changing potentials, considering Fractional and Kirchhoff operators and nonlinearities with exponential critical growth. Applying variational techniques and classical theorems, under suitable conditions, we prove existence and multiplicity of solutions.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, A gestão da informação e do conhecimento no âmbito da transformação digital por análise bibliométrica(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-12) Cavaretti, Nicholas; Hoffmann, Wanda Aparecida Machado; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7609135667093837; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7171-2142; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4940470317677603; https://orcid.org/0009-0008-3219-8847With the evolution, intermediary and convergence of digital, biological and physical technologies, the scenario of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is directly associated with the conceptions of the next steps of Digital Transformation and the concept of Industry 4.0. In this way, it is noted that Information Science could have the opportunity to enhance better results or approaches in the digital scenario. In this sense, this research aims to evolve, understand and approach the relationships between the topics Information Management, Knowledge Management and Digital Transformation, through bibliometric analysis. Indeed, it is classified research of a basic nature and with a quantitative-qualitative and exploratory-descriptive approach. The choice of the Web of Science database made it possible to recover, by descriptors, 5,615 records for Information Management, 5,297 records for the term Digital Transformation and, for the term Knowledge Management, 9,924 records. For data processing, visualization and construction of maps and networks, the VOSViewer tool and also Excel were used. Data such as: the collaboration network between countries, the evolution of publications and the co-occurrence of keywords through maps were analyzed and presented. Thus, 24 concepts were obtained that can be considered the connections that support Information Management and Knowledge Management in the context of Digital Transformation. It was found that there is a convergence that approaches the themes through Computer Science, Business and Economics (Business Economics), Engineering and Information Science when directed and focused on the identified research areas and under analysis to the most productive countries, in the Within the scope of research focused on Knowledge Management and Information Management publications, it is possible to verify that the first three positions in both rankings remain, being China United States and England. On the other hand, it can be considered that Germany, as a precursor of Digital Transformation initiatives, remains the leader in the ranking of publications on the subject. It is suggested as future studies the use of other metrics for analysis and measurement of results, as well as the use of other indexing bases of scientific documents and software for bibliometric analysis.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Outsiders na Câmara dos Deputados nas eleições de 2014 e 2018(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-04-12) Firmino, Karine Rodrigues; Kerbauy, Maria Teresa Miceli; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4762029784021248; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-0622-1512; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7703513035525633The 2018 elections marked Brazilian politics, as they promoted a series of ruptures in the patterns of government formation and opposition. In the media, those elections were "the time of outsiders". This phenomenon is still little studied in Political Science independently without being associated with phenomena such as populism and antipolitics (BARR, 2009). The few existing studies are focused on executive candidates and majority elections, there is little material on the occurrence of outsiders in parliaments. Therefore, this research is dedicated to investigating the entry of outsiders in the Chamber of Deputies in 2014 and 2018. We argue that outsiders are not simply newbies (newcomers) in the Federal Chamber and that neither can they be assumed to be political rebels. The results show that there was a significant growth of outsiders in the Chamber of Deputies in the 2018 elections compared to 2014, with the right-wing parties being the ones that elected more outsiders. In this research we discuss the theoretical challenges in defining who are outsiders in Brazilian politics; we resort to studies on career and profession in Brazil, to establish the filters of inclusion and exclusion of parliamentarians in the category of outsiders, to characterize and locate these actors in the Brazilian political system.
