Resumo

The following work describes the trajectory and experiences of a medical student at the Federal University of São Carlos in the period from 2015 to 2020, through a critical-reflexive analysis. It aims to transmit the personal and academic experience over the six years of the course, as well as their experiences and frustrations in the face of interpersonal learning and involvement. The narrative represents the Course Completion Work, as provided for in the Political Pedagogical Project, in a critical-reflective memorial report format. It is divided into cycles, starting with a review of the years leading up to university, going on to the basic cycle, the beginning of contact with higher education, difficulties and maturity regarding the course. It follows the clinical cycle with reflections on the introduction into medical practice and theoretical deepening. It ends at the medical internship, with considerations about each stage and personal and professionals experiences who shaped the professional who graduated. There are observations regarding the experience of working in clinical practice in the midst of a pandemic, also about the difficulties of working in the Unified Health System. Finally, a brief analysis of the extracurricular activities developed during graduation.
