A Ciência Política e a Ciência Social Computacional: uma revisão sistemática

Abstract

The study aims analyse the intersection between Political Science and Computational Social Sciences. The growing volume of political data available online that has allowed the emergence of the Big Data universe as well as and the development of computational tools - such as machine learning - capable of assisting, modifying and testing social science analysis and its concepts has developed rapidly in recent years. Thus, in this work we aim to analyze how computational techniques have been applied in the national and international literature of Computational Social Sciences, with a focus on Political Science and its objects.
