affect way the single register has been operated locally. This work is the result of wilde
field research conducted between from 2011 to 2013 at São Carlos - SP and presents
some developments continuities and ruptures after a change in the political framework
to city after the result of municipal election to 2012. I have followed the routine of
interviewers, interviewed managers and people who has worked directly in the creation
and implementation processes of the register locally and the Ministry of Social
Development and Hunger Alleviation (MDS) in Brasilia. The idea of this essay is that

and analysis of Registration of Books can perceive a privileged way the ways in which

borders from the different possibilities of cutouts and is positioned on one side or the
other of the counter
