Resumo

Being a bicentennial market, the soft drink industries have one of the most consumed beverages in the world, such success is the result of the great performance of companies consolidated in the market that boosted the quality and visibility of carbonated beverages, this growth is noticeable when observing that by the ninth consecutive year, the Coca-Cola Company was the most consumed brand in the world. Given this scenario, is there still room for innovation and greater growth? In a world increasingly concerned with consuming healthier beverages, the soft drink industry had to reinvent itself for this trend, and attentive to this perspective, the company Açaí Futuro proposed a healthier product with national roots, launching the soft drink from açaí. With an eye on this national and innovative product, the present study carried out a bibliographic review of the production process of regular and zero sugar soft drinks of the Açaí Futuro brand, in addition to the ingredients that make up the drinks. A bibliographic survey was carried out from academic theses, dissertations, scientific articles, books available on digital channels and bibliographies contained in the company's internal files and companies contributing to the manufacturing process.
