Resumen
Viticulture has been growing in Brazil in recent years, this growth is due to the insertion of new techniques and improvements used in vine plantations. Brazil has become a great exponent in the production of grapes for the manufacture of wines, juices or even the in natura product for the table, both for the internal and external market, and the main responsible for this growth was the adaptation of regions Brazilians for the cultivation of vines. Thus, this bibliographic review aimed to gather information about the different ways of growing grapes in different regions of Brazil. It is concluded that the cultivation of vines was adapted according to each Brazilian region, creating new methods of planting, irrigation and soil fertilization to circumvent the adverse edaphoclimatic effects that each state provides to viticulture.
