Abstract
The advancement of Artificial Intelligence in various areas of society has raised concerns in various areas and ethical regulation, therefore, has become an urgent and relevant topic. This study aims to examine ethical regulations of technologies that use Artificial Intelligence in different parts of the world. By analyzing the content of current legislation, we seek to offer a comprehensive view of the current situation and identify the challenges and gaps to be faced in the future. The ethical regulation of Artificial Intelligence is essential to ensure that its development and that its use is conducted in a responsible, transparent and secure manner, without further aggravating the vulnerability of subjects and State institutions.
