Teste adaptativo de regulação emocional
Resumen
Emotion regulation refers to the attempts used by the individual to influence which emotions one has, when one has them, and how one experiences or expresses them. The construct is present in the individuals' intrinsic emotional control and in how they relate to the environment, in different contexts. Instruments that assess emotional regulation are present in most research on the subject. In Brazil, there are no adaptive instruments for assessing emotional regulation. Thus, the present study aims to build the adaptive version of the Online Questionnaire of Emotional Regulation (QoRE). The first stage of the study is fixed by constructing items and administering the test in an online format. The second step is equivalent to instrument validation, in which it will be applied along with other emotional regulation assessment tests and similar constructs, also in the online format. Around 1000 people participated in the first study and around 300 people in the second study, all above 18 years old, with no restriction regarding other demographic data, such as gender, education and region of Brazil.
