Resumo

This study analyzed the well-being policies implemented by human resources management as a factor in the perspective of employee well-being. The study aimed to investigate the main themes that contribute to the sense of satisfaction in the work environment. The methodology used was a case study of empirical-phenomenological research and the information was collected through documentary analysis of the climate study of questionnaires applied to all departments of the organization and interviews with HR managers, Controllers and Business Partners. The results indicated that transformational leadership practices, effective communication and recognition programs positively interfere in employee motivation. The research also demonstrated that diversity and inclusion have a positive impact on talent retention and organizational climate. The conclusion highlights the relevance of human resources management for the standardization of initiatives aimed at well-being and the training of leaders to establish a beneficial organizational culture.
