Proposta de melhorias na gestão agrícola de usinas do setor sucroenergético

Abstract

According with the importance that the sugarcane sector has in the Brazilian economy and in the world, the growing demand for innovation in the area and the constant need to keep up to date with the market, this paper aims to propose improvements in agricultural management of plants in the sector in order to evolve agricultural operations, boosting production and reducing losses. For this, a literature review of the literature on the proposed topic was carried out, so that it was possible to do a content analysis for a qualitative approach through critical reading for the preparation of the proposals. From this, the possible gaps that agricultural management may have were identified and, thus, several proposals for improvements were created, divided into three aspects that are the basis of an organization's management: knowledge management, information management and management of people, however, the proposals can be applied together or individually, depending on the need and objective of the organization. And so, the results of the work are not limiting or perfectly conclusive, given the lack of work related to the sugarcane industry and the constant need to carry out further research to deepen the knowledge between the relationship between the concept of management and the spheres of the sugarcane industry.
