Transformação digital e competências da Liderança 4.0: um levantamento com profissionais da região de Sorocaba

Resumo

The fourth industrial revolution, marked by the integration of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, has demanded a new posture from leaders in organizations. In this scenario, leadership 4.0 emerges, requiring specific competencies to deal with volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environments. This work aims to investigate which leadership 4.0 competencies are most valued by professionals working in the Sorocaba region. The research used a quantitative approach and the survey research method; for data collection, an electronic questionnaire was constructed, structured with closed questions, based on the leadership 4.0 competencies - connectivity, versatility, development, and personal aspects.
