Mulher na economia solidária: reflexões sobre sua participação

Abstract

This Dissertation sought to broaden the understanding of the difficulties and barriers faced by women in search of economic empowerment, awareness of gender equality, sustainability and also the obstacles to female leadership, where women's participation in the solidarity economy represents an advance in the context contemporary socioeconomic, emerging as an important phenomenon, raising reflections on its transformative role, where it not only challenges traditional stereotypes, but also plays a fundamental role in promoting more inclusive and socially conscious economic dynamics. The main objective of this study was to analyze the influence of female participation in the solidarity economy, understanding how women contribute to the construction of more equitable and sustainable economic models. To this end, this study conducted a comprehensive literature review, demonstrating patterns of contributions, challenges faced and positive impacts, providing understanding about the transformative role of women in this domain and pointing to potential areas for improvement and strengthening.
