Demandas e trajetórias de mulheres em situação de rua do município de São Carlos- SP

Abstract

This Course Completion Work is the result of Scientific and Technological Initiation Research that was accepted with a scholarship by the 001/20 notice of the Coordination of Scientific and Technological Initiation Programs of the Pro-Rectory of Research of UFSCar, with a period of validity between 01 /09/20220 to 08/31/2021. The general objective of the work was to identify and understand the main demands of cissexual and/or LGBTI+ women living on the streets in the city of São Carlos-SP and to create strategies and possible protocols to meet the specific demands of this group, contributing to the flow of care. intersectoral. In addition, it seeks to build social technologies based on the demands and reflexes caused and accentuated by COVID-19. To do so, it presents the confrontations and policies aimed at the homeless population, focusing on women and part of the LGBTQIA+ public, emphasizing the role of Occupational Therapy in the area. The research is part of the qualitative and quantitative field of study, proposing a documental analysis of the 1st Census with the homeless population in the city of São Carlos-SP and, later, conducting interviews with employees of the intersectoral network of the city of São Carlos-SP.
