Gerenciamento de processos, qualidade e gestão ambiental em cooperativa prestadora de serviços de saúde: Unimed São Carlos

Abstract

The reason for this paper is to describe the activities of the internship on the industry of heath care services- Unimed São Carlos. During the internship tree main activities occur, the first one was the diagnoses and implementation on the ISO 14001/2015 taking as example other cases of implementation of the certification on health care services. The second was an external audit for the maintenance of the ONA 2 that the hospital already has. The third was the creation of two process maps, one for the logistics of intrauterine device and the other for disposal of chemical residue. In this paper also describe the importance of the internship for the formation of the student and the troubles that will be faced on the work market as an environmental manager.
